We stayed for the weekend as a couple and this the experience can be summarized with hair in the towels, rude staff at breakfast, and a never ending waiting for check out.

No parking around except for expensive public parking 50$ per day or valet at 65$ per day. Perfect place to stay for a weekend in the city and great value for money. We had a queen room with two bathrooms which was very convenient. We booked a lake view, and it was stunning! The pool was crowded, so unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use it.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Washington. The bed is very comfortable with high-quality bedding, which made for a great night’s sleep. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Beautiful hotel within walking distance from Citywalk. There are free shuttle buses connecting the hotel to all Universal Parks. You can also take the hotel boat to the main universal parks, which is frequent, fast and free of charge. Hotel room keys can be used for expenditures at all the park facilities. Christmas travel meant expensive room rates, but thankfully, every guest received a Universal Studios Express Pass, which made it worthwhile.

Absolutely gorgeous resort within walking distance of Universal Studios parks. The grounds are meticulously maintained and every employee we met offered impeccable service. They have daily housekeeping and it was outstanding! The rooms are well maintained, with large oversized bathrooms and ample drawer space for storing your clothes. We loved the hotel but encountered a few problems with our room unfortunately. The location is great we loved the water taxi to the parks and the express passes but they weren’t really needed during our trip as lots of rides were walk on
