I stayed for four nights to watch the Dodgers. The location was excellent — close to the stadium and surrounded by many great restaurants and cafés. While the area may not be considered the safest, the hotel and its immediate surroundings were well-lit and felt very comfortable. The room was clean, the gym was fully equipped, and I would definitely like to stay again.

We went for a seminar, I don't know how the rooms were, but the ambiance was beautiful and food was delicious. We valet park so it wasn't possible to leave out for lunch. Good hotel. Very close to Coluseum. Near big Grocery store, tram station and AirPort Express.

We were in a newly remodeled room. It was cute, with comfortable beds and a nice Mountain View. Friendly staff and lots of good amenities. We parked nearby at SP+ Parking (15th and Tremont) for $7 instead of the $55 at the hotel.

We stayed for the weekend as a couple and this the experience can be summarized with hair in the towels, rude staff at breakfast, and a never ending waiting for check out.

No parking around except for expensive public parking 50$ per day or valet at 65$ per day. Breakfast is very normal with a rude person in the egg station who keep making grimace everything u ask him to make an omelet. He also keep touching the fruit station with his gloves which were touching the eggs with.

Rooms were of good quality, except there wasn’t any body wash provided to me. Keys would not work on certain elevators, but not all of them (even when the elevators went to my floor) the badge just wouldn’t scan on the same two elevators. I had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Washington. The bed is very comfortable with high-quality bedding, which made for a great night’s sleep. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is nice, service is good. One day the batheroom door is locked at about 22:00 in the evening, service people come in 10 minutes to open the door.

Everything was great- the gold experience was totally worth it. The private concierge, the breakfast and lounge access were fantastic. The room was very clean and pleasant. The spa was ok- nothing special in terms of the service quality.

My wife was at a conference and my wife was there all day by herself. The first full day she was at the pool and there was little service - no umbrellas put up, food was left by her chaise, had to ask where to get food, etc. Booked an all day spa experience and found it to be very crowded and dirty. If you've never stayed in a Fairmont Gold property you're missing out. It's basically a hotel within a hotel. You get your own dedicated check in desk with dedicated staff. Fairmont Gold We had a short but very sweet weekend in Austin, with the Fairmont as our home base. We did the gold package, and it was worth every penny! The staff was friendly, the Gold Lounge was stocked with great snacks and drinks, and the gym was very nice with a great mix of cardio and weight options. The bed was very comfortable, and overall it was truly a pleasurable stay.

We would return for the comfort and cleanliness of the room, ease of parking and location. However, the wireless signal was not adequate to work, which we needed to do, and the cell reception was poor. The $30 parking charge - to park in a lot in front of the room - was not disclosed. I know this sounds petty but the coffee set up was hard to figure out and tasted bad; maybe try a Keurig.

Be ready to pay for parking per vehicle per day. Pools are very busy but good for families. Other than that the stay was good. Property amenities are good for snowbirds, families, and group trips.

We had numerous issues on arrival, check in was v slow. I asked for the sofa bed to be made up and had to ask 3 more times - 4 different members of staff and in the end had to speak to manager. Another guests eye drop bottle was under the bed and the toilet was dirty. We had asked earlier about moving rooms & was told none were available !! The hotel room was ok. I got the king bed wicked small room. The facilities seem neither new nor old. But the bathroom facilities are strange, including the sink and bathtub. They make movement not easy. The hotel was packed. Actually for me too many guests, maybe there was an event during my stay.

It seems to be an old hotel that's been renovated, but it has a small balcony and good hygiene. It's also close to Disneyland. Breakfast was a bit chaotic with too many people, and when the food came out, the plates were cold.

A very surprising vacation experience. The hotel park is very large and the green environment is very beautiful! The swimming pool is large, has ladders and has its own rafting area. Shower head was falling out and there was a dirty kids underwear in closet. The room didn’t feel clean. Also an alarm went off around 6am coming from an empty room next door and the hotel phone wasn’t working. We were asked to address concerns with Manager and he was sincerely apologetic and exceptional.

My biggest complaint was the shared door between two suites (strangers in the other room) was that you could hear EVERYTHING through that door!  Also, the sink in the bathroom was not draining so that is a gross point.  Service was outstanding and in a pinch we would stay there.
