I had an amazing experience at the Hyatt Regency. Martin from the valet team provided outstanding service. He was incredibly kind, patient, and handled my car with great care and professionalism. You can tell he truly cares about giving guests a great experience. Thank you so much, Martin—keep up the great work!
I had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff truly made us feel welcome. A special thank you to Marco from the parking/valet team. He was extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free. His positive attitude and outstanding customer service really...
We went for a seminar, I don't know how the rooms were, but the ambiance was beautiful and food was delicious. We valet park so it wasn't possible to leave out for lunch. The location didn't seems to have eateries within walking distance. But we were new to the area and may not have known where things were. I enjoyed the seminar
Exceptional Hospitality from Start to Finish. We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Dallas. Even before we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by email from Michelle Tagovailoa, the Guest Experience Manager. I mentioned that I would be traveling with my 3-year-old daughter, and they were incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. We were upgraded to a spacious terrace suite, which was perfect for our...
I don't know what went wrong there. I had already paid, but they charged me again at the hotel counter. It's very strange! This alone makes me unhappy and I would not consider staying in this room again!
I proposed to my fiance yesterday at the reunion tower and we stayed in one of these beautiful rooms and had the best day of our lives. The Centennial had a breakfast bar in the morning and everything was delicious! And Robert Larios the guest services manager even emailed me after our stay to make sure we enjoyed everything. Really made our whole experience special. Robert is the best in Dallas! I...

The gym is INCREDIBLE! Probably best hotel gym 🏋️‍♀️ I've ever experienced. The rooms were nice and clean but I found the bed and pillows extremely uncomfortable. Maybe it is just me but that was the reason I couldn't give it 5 stars.
Call it an A-. It's a nice hotel and a Great location, but there's nothing more special about this than the other dozen hotels that are surrounding it. I didn't find a lot of amenities and it's more set up as a business hotel. I will say that the staff was exceptional. From the cleaning staff to the front desk clerks to the Bell desk, all of them were very friendly and attentive and worked very hard...
Awesome hotel, great rooms, but the staff is not at par with those qualities. I stayed here many times for major conferences/shows held at the adjacent conference center. Nightly rates are a fortune around those events. You expect smiling, attentive staff who are responsive to your requests and preferences when you are paying an outrageous nightly rate, but at the DC Marquis, I have been very frequently...
Two night stay for work conference. Staff was great, professional and friendly. The food provided as part of our company conference was good overall. The room was comfortable, nothing stood out from other hotel rooms. The bar is nice, had a few drinks there, very friendly bartenders! Enjoyed my stay! Walking distance to several bars and restaurants.
If the Marriott Marquis Washington, DC were a person at a conference, it would be that polished executive who owns every room, knows exactly when to smile, and somehow still squeezes in networking at 3 a.m. Location: Absolutely Strategic Let’s start with the great news: this place is smack in the heart of downtown DC. You’re walking distance from the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, the Smithsonian...
I stayed at the Marriott Marquis Washington for four nights and found it to be a traditional, full-service hotel offering a fairly standard experience. While the overall stay was comfortable, there were a few aspects worth noting. Service: I requested a blanket and a kettle, and while the items were eventually delivered, it took nearly an hour, which felt a bit slow for a hotel of this caliber. Breakfast...

I booked a city view room, but it was on the side of the beach, so I could still see the ocean from the balcony. You could say it was a partial sea view. The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area which was convenient. However, the shower and bathtub were combined and felt a bit cramped and inconvenient, but it was manageable. The soundproofing was quite poor; even...
Great location, right across from Waikiki Beach, which is super convenient if you want to enjoy the sand. It's also walkable to luxury stores, though it's a bit of a distance. The room amenities are typical of an old-school American hotel. The shower curtain in the tub is hard to use. The lower floors are incredibly noisy; you absolutely need earplugs to sleep, otherwise, the poor soundproofing will...
It was okay, pretty old staff was nice
The room was spacious, but the facilities were a bit old, though complete and clean. The location was convenient for getting around, and the view was lovely. The buffet was also great and met expectations, it was just very crowded!
Perfect Location for every where. Shopping mall, Food, Beach, It little bit old facilities, but good service.

The room facilities are complete. Service: The service is excellent!
Great location on the main street. Valet parking is available for a fee but very convenient.
The hotel was great! I was disappointed that I was charge an extra $10 per day due to the size of my vehicle. That should not matter because it was still placed in a standard size parking spot.
The hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences. First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day. Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation...
great service. rooms were clean however could be updated.

We stayed for the weekend as a couple and this the experience can be summarized with hair in the towels, rude staff at breakfast, and a never ending waiting for check out.
No parking around except for expensive public parking 50$ per day or valet at 65$ per day. Breakfast is very normal with a rude person in the egg station who keep making grimace everything u ask him to make an omelet. He also keep touching the fruit station with his gloves which were touching the eggs with.
Last weekend a friend and I stayed here for a game at State Farm. From the moment we arrived until we left, the service was stellar (except for one instance - which I'll get to in a moment). Everyone was super friendly, the place was clean even though the property has been around for a really long time. They are working on upgrades, but the beds and showers were fab. The only negative encounter was...
It’s a good place to stay at the staff is very pleasant
I stayed here for a conference taking place in the hotel, which made it very convenient. If not for this and for it being a business expense, I would not stay in this hotel. Pros: Decent room, very comfy bed, nice city views. Convenient Starbucks inside and lots of places to sit and work. Cons: $60/night valet in addition to the already expensive room. There were visible tears and stains on the carpet...
Rooms were of good quality, except there wasn’t any body wash provided to me. Keys would not work on certain elevators, but not all of them (even when the elevators went to my floor) the badge just wouldn’t scan on the same two elevators. It was nice how there is a Starbucks in the lobby. The pool was great! The gym was nice. Conference rooms were also nice. They have a luggage storage area downstairs...

The rooms are very clean, location was just at Fremont Street however there was no noise at all from the Fremont Street in the rooms which is a great plus. Other hotels had noise complaints as its loud at Fremont Street till very late night. So it's definitely a plus. Service was good. There's a cafe in the hotel where we can get pretty good coffe and breakfast. The table games and slots are limited...
Modern hotel downtown that feels different from the old-school Fremont properties. The rooms are clean and contemporary, the rooftop pool is fun, and the location is perfect for exploring Fremont and the Arts District. Prices are very reasonable. The casino is small but has a good vibe. Freedom Beat restaurant is surprisingly good. If you prefer downtown Vegas over the Strip, this is one of the best...
We stayed here for Valentines weekend and what a ton of fun we had. Great value for being downtown, and the suite was huge! We got the 1 bedroom suite on the top floor. Only small issue was maybe what some might consider a slow check in process. However the staff was very polite and we loved our stay. We will be back! Valet parking is cheaper then just trying to find parking, so highly recommend to...

Beautiful venue. Great for the conference I was attending. Screens could be seen at the back of the room. Staff was very attentive. I was there during the day to attend a convention. The hotel us lovely and welcoming. There were rooms for panel discussions. The checking in was very easy and easy to find our room where the panel discussion would take place. At lunch time I ate at the restaurant in the hotel. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. The conference rooms were mostly fine, but sometimes cold and the pillars created line of site issues for screens and speakers. The room refreshes were thorough. Finding the conference rooms was sometimes confusing. Overall, the hotel was a great location with lots of food options nearby and a quick walk to the zoo. Great location!
Gorgeous gardens!!! Always love this hotel. Its the second convention I have done and stayed in for. The breakfast is amazing, just the best I have ever had at a hotel. Its on the concierge level. There is a sauna, which is great, but one of the highest perks is the vintage decor throughout many wings of the place and the overall fantastic job at decorating and apportioning rooms. Plus...most important...
Stay one night at the hotel and it was not too bad. So lets start with the check in. I arrived about 2 hours early before the given time for check in and was able to get to my room early. The only downfall with the room was that out of 5 power...
The location is great and easily accessible. The lobby is very nice and large with a nice bar area. The rooms in the central tower are fine - a bit dated and old. Glad to have a mini fridge though, and overall very quiet. Nice new TV in the room.

Perfect place to stay for a weekend in the city and great value for money. We had a queen room with two bathrooms which was very convenient. We booked a lake view, and it was stunning! The pool was crowded, so unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use it.
The front desk staff were warm and friendly. They were very patient with me, even though my English isn't great, and used translation software to help. My room had a city view; while it wasn't a lake view, I could see the tall buildings outside. The room was spacious, and although the decor was a bit dated, it was exceptionally clean. You have to pick up bottled water yourself from the front desk....
Everything was fine, but when I returned to the hotel the second night, after taking a bath and using the bath towel, I found a pair of used old socks. They were neither mine nor my friend's. This made me feel extremely disgusted and uncomfortable. I am very concerned about the hygiene situation at Hilton. This is a problem that should not have occurred
Excellent environment, centrally located with convenient access to all attractions. The staff were exceptionally gentle and polite. If I visit again in the future, I will definitely choose this place again.

Room was in pretty good condition. Could use the crevice tool around the edges of the carpet, and some grout cleaning in the shower. Was told it had golf course & mountain view, and it did. It is a Hilton, but not as nice as others you may have experienced because it is seriously dated. For starters, just let me say we had a fine time, but we had to acclimate to the reality of the claim that the hotel was conveniently right between two metro stops - it really isn't. You can walk to the Dupont Circle with little to no trouble, but walking back is up hill all the way which could cause...
As a Hilton Honors member I trust the Hilton Quality standards worldwide and never had so far a disappointing experience until now. Breakfast was very mediocre, not much variety. However, it's very close to Disneyland.
The amenities are old and bathroom is not clear the way I’d like. The shower water wasn’t heated up well, and hot water didn’t last long enough for 3 ppl for tow days in row. Parking charge is much higher than some hotels. Won’t return for sure.
Booked this for my bosses. I heard it was split into two buildings, so I assume it was decent since I didn't get any negative feedback. The price was quite high during the exhibition, but the surrounding area was alright. Orlando is a beautiful city.
Shower space is to small and narrow.. They also chargeed resort fee $30 each night. And charge for the parking each day $25 , so each day i got $55 additional expense. So It is not good to do shopping with the price listed on the web site.  I’m a hilton honor memeber but not really feeling well treated…

It was pretty good. They offer a free airport shuttle service, which is very convenient for a layover. The room was also quite spacious. However, if you're not a Marriott Bonvoy member, Wi-Fi costs $19 per day.
The room is generally good. It's an old hotel, but well-maintained. The parking fee is indeed very expensive. Hotel Wi-Fi costs extra, unless you're a member. I've noticed this is pretty common in Los Angeles.
The room was great! Definitely remember to book an M CLUB room, which comes with free breakfast and a $50 voucher you can use at the downstairs bar – the food there is delicious. However, the inexplicable alarm that went off at 6 AM the next morning was absolutely infuriating. Also, I think I lost an earbud in room no. 1514. I had an excellent stay at the Los Angeles Airport Marriott. The front desk team was incredibly welcoming and efficient—check-in was a breeze and they made sure to recognize my status right away. The owner said the location is better than Hyatt, so I'd definitely book again next time. The airport shuttle bus is very convenient, running every 15-20 minutes, so there's almost no waiting time.

We book the Royal Pacific hotel for the location. Perfect for Universal studios and Islands of Adventure. As we were visiting in February, we didn’t use the outdoor pool. Second time staying at this Universal Hotel. Hotel is generally nice and very convenient.Service is pretty good too.

Starting with Victor at the front desk, Mark Matt, and Nicole of concierge, all of the guys over at the luggage desk,👊 Skylar of Jake’s American Bar made our fist meal so special for our anniversary Also Bryan aka Raptor treated us so kindly! Charmaine of the Orchid Lounge...

We had a theme park view and it was just lovely. I really can’t...
We loved the hotel but encountered a few problems with our room unfortunately. The location is great we loved the water taxi to the parks and the express passes but they weren’t really needed during our trip as lots of rides were walk on
