The Westin Seattle, Seattle1 / 30

Seattle, 1900 5th Ave 🧭 Map
They upgraded our room upon arrival! The staff were very friendly and courteous. We had a beautiful view room overlooking the city on the 14th floor. The pullout couch bed is really only suitable for one child. Our oldest daughter took the couch bed and said it was very uncomfortable so we had everyone in the extra large king sized bed. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the mattress was soft...
We had a great time we were at the bite of Seattle and we thought we stop over on your property for the evening within the night and we ended up at Demetrius Jazz Alley and had a great time there dinner just a wonderful experience sunny the beds are wonderful so thank you very much
Everyone was so friendly but your concierge Ted was amazing
The room is large and spacious, with good lighting on the high floor, and you can clearly see the nearby street view and the seaside. The bed is large and comfortable, and the sound insulation is good. The location is close to the attractions, convenient for walking, and the monorail is only a three-minute walk away, which is suitable for travelers who do not drive.
The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes away from the light rail and monorail stations, and is very convenient to the airport and the Space Needle. The hotel facilities are average, but the beds are comfortable. All the hotel staff are very friendly. Because the hotel is on the roadside, it is relatively not so quiet. But the location and service are worth choosing.
The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. You can walk to anywhere! The environment is nice, clean and tidy. Although it is an old hotel, the rooms and bathrooms are not small, and the view from the room is also nice (2336), especially at night. The service attitude of the staff is quite good, and the app used to call a car is also good (Uber), and it arrives very quickly after...

The SPA at Desert Springs, Palm Desert1 / 30

Palm Desert, 74855 Country Club Drive, CA 92260, United States, 92260 🧭 Map
Lovely stay at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa. The property was gorgeous! Palm trees and beautiful water everywhere. They even have flamingos out by the front of the resort. Our room was comfortable with a balcony view so we got to take it all in for the 2 days we were there over the Easter weekend. Highly recommend!
When you call front dest, I have waited for a long time.
We stayed here because of Coachella. The environment is great. The golf course is in the entire resort. Because the music festival ended late, the hotel specially prepared supper for everyone to buy, which was very considerate. The corridors and rooms are obviously old, not worth the price. Overall it's OK.
Small room, ugly room, septic truck pumping sewer till 2am by our room. Noise and smell. First stay and maybe last
This hotel was a joy. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.
Beautiful resort with onsite dining and pool. Room and outdoor areas were clean.

Room was a little dated, but nice. Had a kitchen and living room. We really did use service much, ut they are friendly
Great hotel with a great atmosphere. The location is quiet and more comfortable than the other venues on the strip.
Fantastic hotel! Smell clean and the rooms are all very large. The bathrooms are large than most hotel bedrooms. No smoking or gambling and the pool is beautiful!
This was my first time staying at a Trump property & Trump International in Las Vegas has it all, the rooms are super plush, the beds feel great, the pool is amazing, the DJT restaurant serves up great dishes if you don’t want to go out. All of the staff were very respectful, helpful & treated us well. The valet parking is free, just remember to tip, those guys are out there hustling & it’s hot.
Beautiful hotel and perfect for an overnight stay after visiting Zion and the Grand Canyon. My kids enjoyed the pool. I loved that the hotel is non-smoking, had large rooms, and is across the street from the mall. The restaurants looked good at the hotel but we ended up eating at the mall. Security is top notch at the hotel as well. We had zero issues. The strip is a quick 3 minute walk.
My first time staying at a Trump hotel. From the moment I arrived, valet staff was very attentive ,front desk wanted to upgrade us a party of 4 to one of the suites on 64 floor,at steep discount, we politely said no. Check in was breeze. We had 2 rooms, suites on the 41st floor overlooking the strip, The room was great, very clean, and again we had the view... The hotel is across from Mall and you can...

Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach, Honolulu1 / 25
8.3
Honolulu, 2490 Kalākaua Ave 🧭 Map
The oceanfront room offered a truly beautiful view of Waikiki Beach. As soon as I entered the room, it smelled lovely, and the bathroom and toilet were very clean. The access was also excellent. I'd love to stay here again.
Went there for our honeymoon, and the partial ocean view was actually better than I expected! The room condition itself was all fine, but the bathroom was the worst! It's a dry bathroom, but there's no shower door or curtain in the shower stall, so it literally floods... I almost slipped several times in the bathroom. And the towel rack is right above the toilet, so you can't even hang towels there...
The stay was great, lovely staff!! We celebrated are 10 year anniversary and had the best time
I've stayed at three hotels in Hawaii, and this one was the cleanest. The room size was a bit smaller compared to other hotels, but it was fine. Since it was Christmas, they were giving out hot chocolate in the lobby, which was delicious. It's very close to the beach, and the pool is nice and pretty, but for beach equipment rentals, you have to go to a place quite a distance away, not the hotel itself...
The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, and the location was super convenient. I loved the beautiful view from the balcony. My only complaint is that the soundproofing in the room wasn't very good.
Great staff—always willing to help. The lobby is really nice, with a beautiful aquarium and comfortable seating areas. The room is smaller compared to Hilton Hawaiian Village, but we loved the clean décor. Our balcony had an ocean view, which was really nice. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing experience! I was luckily enough to enjoy the luxury and beauty of this resort and all of the experiences that came with it on a company work trip. From start to finish everything about this trip and stay at this resort more than met my expectations. Everything from the beautiful grounds and gorgeous upkeep of the resort, to the helpful and accommodating Omni staff - supporting our company...
yes the breakfast was fresh. They just forgot to put the cheese on the omelette. Everything else was good.
The hotel has suffered some set backs in the 2 years since we’d last been there. The hotel was much dirtier. Especially in common areas like the pool and arcade. Service was overall not great. All the Valet staff is amazing! They give a great first impression. Our front desk check in was cold and unwelcoming, a pretty stark contrast. The folks in the market were also all really great. The restaurant...
The kids loved the pool, slides and splash pads! Everything was clean and the restaurants on site were good. The rooms were nice and new, but several other areas could definitely use some updating. The staff was great!
Beautiful property and resort. Very helpful and friendly staff. Resort restaurant food is good but a bit pricey. I would stay here again and I would recommend to friends.
The service is always the best here. Stayed here for a golf getaway with my buddies and really enjoyed myself. Loved both courses; but the North is by far the better course. The rooms have been updated and are amazing. Looking forward to my next visit.

Nice 4* hotel closed to popular Times Square and Hard Rock cafe with easy access to lots of food and amenities. City Subway is just 2mins walk from the hotel lobby Helpful staff and room is comfortable and clean Got free pass for general admission fo American Museum of Natural History Will stay at this Westin again in next visit to NY
The location is perfect. Just walking distance around times square. Food and bakery surrounding the hotel. Very convinient. Will come again next time
Very convenient location, comfortable rooms, and lots of Chinese restaurants nearby.
We booked a room with city view. They gave us a room with window and there was no city view. Something blocked our window view and they did it on purpose. They usually give trip.com or *********** customers on the same floor which blocks the window and blocks the city view.
Overall, it was good. I asked for some amenities once, and though they promised to send them up, they never arrived. The location was very convenient for getting around.
Good service, clean rooms. The area is bustling with shops and restaurants, and it's just a block from Times Square.

We really like the bed (very comfortable) Pillows very, very nice for our taste Hotel amenities like the bar for drinks and the restaurant for breakfast and lunch! We really enjoyed our stay! Deeply Grateful!
In town for a show at the sphere and this hotel was super convenient and within walking distance. Friendly staff, they even found a curling iron that I had lost. My only complaint was that you have to pay to park. However it seems that is becoming the norm at most hotels these days.
Conveniently close to all the action on the *****. Lovely quiet pool, all the amenities, and great view of The Sphere!
Truly an extraordinary experience. Everything exceeded expectations, from the exceptional food to the outstanding service provided by Ari. I want to express my gratitude to Ari for ensuring my visit to the bar was highly enjoyable. I hope to encounter more employees like Ari, who are exceptionally friendly and skilled in service. I will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend it.

Luxury craftsman style hotel located right at park with direct and easy access to downtown Disney and the parks. Disney has amazing friendly staff. The housekeeping team was wonderful and checked in on us several times per day. The rooftop deck overlooking World of Color was a great perk, too.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The hotel itself is stunning. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. If you’re traveling with a family to visit Disneyland this is the hotel for you. We love the convenience of being able to walk back to the hotel to take a little break. Highly recommended.

Hotel Edison Times Square, New York1 / 30

The hotel's location is great, near Times Square with multiple subway lines. However, the room assigned by the front desk was in a terrible spot, facing another room's outdoor AC unit. On top of that, the indoor AC unit was very noisy, so much so that I had to turn it off to even attempt to sleep. The hotel's room service was also mediocre; they always forgot something, like disposable cups, or they...
Located in Times Square, it's a pleasant walk to Central Park and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The rooms are a bit small, and breakfast is grab-and-go with three vendor options. I recommend Carve at the intersection of 47th Street and 8th Avenue for more choices. They also offer complimentary red and white wine every Tuesday and Friday from 5-6 PM. Pictures 4 and 5 are from Bond 45.
Employees were not accommodating especially at the front desk.
The hotel is quite old, but given its prime location right next to Times Square, you can't really complain too much. However, the large industrial fan from the adjacent building right outside my room was incredibly noisy.
Great hotel with great location
Room was quite small and basic, and walls were thin. Staff was very helpful. There is no on site restaurant except for the steakhouse so it was not an option for my 15 night stay to dine there every night. Great location near to Central station. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful time for our staycation. The restaurants we went to were Noodle 8 and T-Bones and both were phenomenal in both service and food. We stayed one night and had spa services. Everything was absolutely amazing. Only complaint I have is your parking garage/lot is a bit confusing. We had to go around a couple times before we figured out where to go.
First time staying at the Red Rock Casino and loved it! Great accommodations, friendly staff, and good pool!
Red Rock for our son’s wedding. Very nice location. Nice big rooms with beautiful views! Good food options.  Only downside, casino needs updated ventilation. Toilet paper, tissues & toiletries cheap!  For $300-$500 per night, I expect nice toilet paper & toiletries.
This is truly a beautiful resort. So glad a friend recommended it. We love to be away from the strip but close enough for shows. This place has everything you might want for a getaway. Many Great restaurants, superb service and reasonably priced.. try to get a room with a pool area view if you can. But the rooms are fabulous anywhere. We will be returning for sure.
Excellent property. Will never stay on the strip again!
Beautiful property in Summerlin at the base of Red Rock Canyon. Total 5-star hotel with nice restaurants and an ample food court. Big beautiful pool as well. Oh, and a 15 screen movie theater and a bowling alley. A great destination for a high-end, mellow Vegas trip. All the employees are nice and helpful.

Amazing experience would highly recommend this beautiful place during Christmas time.
The hotel location is excellent. Our room was clean but very old beds and squeaky, the shower didn't work properly. The breakfast is over priced, cold and very minimal. I would not rate this hotel as a 5 star. Understably its a busy period but the lobby was overcrowded with outsiders taking photos. The door men were great, sorry can't recall the names.
I stayed with my family during the Christmas holidays and had a great experience. Each staff member was welcoming and attentive. I look forward to visiting in the future

The room was a good size, had plenty of storage, was clean, and was in a great location that was very walkable. The staff were helpful, although I had trouble contacting them before my stay (I attempted both through the chat here and by phone, but neither was successful).
The location is great walkable to so many places. The room is clean and cozy. Hotel also provided a vending machine which’s I love cos I just don’t wanna go outside for some snacks in the cold weather
I like the place beacause it is quiet and clean! Also, it is near downtown Chicago, which is very accessible to some attractions! The staff in general is friendly! Love it
This is my third time staying here. All three times I've had different style of rooms. All of which is beautiful. The hotel doesn't offer much as far as breakfast, staff does their job but not much more but that's ok. The real charm of this is the architecture, history and the spirits. Place really is like no other. Kinda cool really.
We stayed for three nights at the Congress Plaza Hotel. Overall, it was a nice stay — our room faced the lake and was surprisingly large for a city hotel. The newer floors and furniture gave it a refreshed feel. A few notes: there’s no central AC or heat. This hotel offers great value for money in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and it's easy to grab a quick meal downstairs. It's also a short walk to Caesars Palace and the Sphere, making it perfect for business travelers!
Cleanliness: They don't proactively clean every day, but the room facilities are still decent. Ambiance: Extremely convenient. Flamingo is right across the street, and it has a strip with plenty of food and drink options. Service: Many say it's bad, but I found it to be quite good. I encountered a slightly heavier-set staff member. The first time, I booked a suite. It was too big. The next day, I...

Booked a 'run of the house' room, and to my surprise, they gave me a huge suite! That was a pleasant surprise. The environment is really nice, and it's super close to major attractions like the Bellagio, The Venetian, and the Eiffel Tower. You can get out and about very quickly.
Check-in and check-out are self-service. The hotel elevators don't require a key card to operate, which feels a bit unsafe (?). Downstairs, there's a strong smell of smoke. You can walk directly to the neighboring Paris Hotel. The room was better than I expected, quite spacious and not particularly old. This room type is supposed to have a view of the Sphere, but the room I was assigned was on the...

I really debated about giving this place if 4 or 5, but in the end it ended up a 4 because the food options are really limited and there was no hot tub or spa, at least not right now. Location is right in downtown, the connection to all the other casinos is pretty cool. The building is definitely on the older side so it comes with a grain of salt. The room wasn’t amazing by any means but everything was clean and worked as it should so besides being a little old the hotel was pretty good. The other hotels beat el derado out on food but since they are connected it’s a simple walk...

This is being sold as a 4 star hotel. But it is Not. Its a very nice 3 star with lots of good food/ restaurants. Great cafe also. But the pool is tiny and offers limited shade protection. There are cigarette butts and cans all around the property. There are no smoke free areas. Fixtures and furniture are from the 1970s. Its quite charming and in a great area.
Overall, I don't have major complaints about the rooms themselves here. A little dated in some aspects, but the stay was fine, if a bit spartan for the price per night we paid. However, it was things like the pool closing at 7:00 pm, the constant second hand smoke (at least not in the room) and the typical "gotta walk through the casino" feel for it all. Definitely trying to be a little Vegas experience...

Good for resting near the airport, very good and helpful service
The Hyatt Regency has a great location next to DFW terminal C. They have a shuttle bus to take people to the other terminals. It does get noisy from people in the hallway. However, it was clean and comfortable.
The experience was decent for transfer overnight. Location is convenient, but price is high if just for location sake. Other hotels are maybe 1/2-1/3 of the price and provide shuttle bus. However, the staff was very nice and friendly. They even helped me finding something I forgot in the room, so my husband could pick up days later, I appreciate that!
It was ok , poor value as very expensive  Given a disabled room - bit weird but clean  Lot of construction going on so impossible to sleep past 7am Housekeeping far to eager to get in 8 am and 9 am I mean please check out is 12 !!!!

The Astor has a charming lobby and friendly staff, but it has some problems. This hotel is super close to LAX, so it's highly recommended for anyone with an early flight. The rooms are spacious, and they offer a free shuttle service between the airport and the hotel. The soundproofing is also quite good. Overall, a very satisfying stay.
Very convenient to airport as hotel provide free shutter. ROOM is comfortable and clean
