The room is large and spacious, with good lighting on the high floor, and you can clearly see the nearby street view and the seaside. The bed is large and comfortable, and the sound insulation is good. Lovely stay at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa. The property was gorgeous! Palm trees and beautiful water everywhere. They even have flamingos out by the front of the resort. Our room was comfortable with a balcony view so we got to take it all in for the 2 days we were there over the Easter weekend. Highly recommend!

When you call front dest, I have waited for a long time.

We stayed here because of Coachella. The environment is great. The golf course is in the entire resort. Because the music festival ended late, the hotel specially prepared supper for everyone to buy, which was very considerate. The corridors and rooms are obviously old, not worth the price. Overall it's OK.

This was my first time staying at a Trump property & Trump International in Las Vegas has it all, the rooms are super plush, the beds feel great, the pool is amazing, the DJT restaurant serves up great dishes if you don’t want to go out. All of the staff were very respectful, helpful & treated us well. The valet parking is free, just remember to tip, those guys are out there hustling & it’s hot.

Beautiful hotel and perfect for an overnight stay after visiting Zion and the Grand Canyon. My kids enjoyed the pool. I loved that the hotel is non-smoking, had large rooms, and is across the street from the mall. The restaurants looked good at the hotel but we ended up eating at the mall. Security is top notch at the hotel as well. We had zero issues. The strip is a quick 3 minute walk.

The oceanfront room offered a truly beautiful view of Waikiki Beach. As soon as I entered the room, it smelled lovely, and the bathroom and toilet were very clean. The access was also excellent. I'd love to stay here again.

Went there for our honeymoon, and the partial ocean view was actually better than I expected! The room condition itself was all fine, but the bathroom was the worst! It's a dry bathroom, but there's no shower door or curtain in the shower stall, so it literally floods... I almost slipped several times in the bathroom. And the towel rack is right above the toilet, so you can't even hang towels there...

I've stayed at three hotels in Hawaii, and this one was the cleanest. The room size was a bit smaller compared to other hotels, but it was fine. Since it was Christmas, they were giving out hot chocolate in the lobby, which was delicious. It's very close to the beach, and the pool is nice and pretty, but for beach equipment rentals, you have to go to a place quite a distance away, not the hotel itself...

We booked a room with city view. They gave us a room with window and there was no city view. Something blocked our window view and they did it on purpose. They usually give trip.com or *********** customers on the same floor which blocks the window and blocks the city view.

In town for a show at the sphere and this hotel was super convenient and within walking distance. Friendly staff, they even found a curling iron that I had lost. My only complaint was that you have to pay to park. However it seems that is becoming the norm at most hotels these days.

The hotel's location is great, near Times Square with multiple subway lines. However, the room assigned by the front desk was in a terrible spot, facing another room's outdoor AC unit. On top of that, the indoor AC unit was very noisy, so much so that I had to turn it off to even attempt to sleep. Located in Times Square, it's a pleasant walk to Central Park and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The rooms are a bit small, and breakfast is grab-and-go with three vendor options. I recommend Carve at the intersection of 47th Street and 8th Avenue for more choices. They also offer complimentary red and white wine every Tuesday and Friday from 5-6 PM. The hotel is quite old, but given its prime location right next to Times Square, you can't really complain too much. However, the large industrial fan from the adjacent building right outside my room was incredibly noisy.

Great hotel with great location

Room was quite small and basic, and walls were thin. Staff was very helpful. There is no on site restaurant except for the steakhouse so it was not an option for my 15 night stay to dine there every night. Great location near to Central station. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful time for our staycation. The restaurants we went to were Noodle 8 and T-Bones and both were phenomenal in both service and food. We stayed one night and had spa services. Everything was absolutely amazing. Only complaint I have is your parking garage/lot is a bit confusing. We had to go around a couple times before we figured out where to go.

Red Rock for our son’s wedding. Very nice location. Nice big rooms with beautiful views! Good food options.  Only downside, casino needs updated ventilation. Toilet paper, tissues & toiletries cheap!  For $300-$500 per night, I expect nice toilet paper & toiletries.

This is truly a beautiful resort. So glad a friend recommended it. We love to be away from the strip but close enough for shows. This place has everything you might want for a getaway. Many Great restaurants, superb service and reasonably priced.. try to get a room with a pool area view if you can. But the rooms are fabulous anywhere. We will be returning for sure.

Beautiful property in Summerlin at the base of Red Rock Canyon. Total 5-star hotel with nice restaurants and an ample food court. Big beautiful pool as well. Oh, and a 15 screen movie theater and a bowling alley. A great destination for a high-end, mellow Vegas trip. All the employees are nice and helpful.

You have to ask for a fridge and they will bring it to you. There is none when you arrive.

The hotel location is excellent. Our room was clean but very old beds and squeaky, the shower didn't work properly. The breakfast is over priced, cold and very minimal. I would not rate this hotel as a 5 star. Understably its a busy period but the lobby was overcrowded with outsiders taking photos. The door men were great, sorry can't recall the names.

The room was a good size, had plenty of storage, was clean, and was in a great location that was very walkable. The staff were helpful, although I had trouble contacting them before my stay (I attempted both through the chat here and by phone, but neither was successful).

Hotel room and property was great! Check-in experience was not good as it took an hour of waiting in line, then the express check-in kiosk wasn’t working for my reservation so I had to stand in another line to get a front desk clerk to assist with the room keys. This is being sold as a 4 star hotel. But it is Not. Its a very nice 3 star with lots of good food/ restaurants. Great cafe also. But the pool is tiny and offers limited shade protection. There are cigarette butts and cans all around the property. There are no smoke free areas. Fixtures and furniture are from the 1970s. Its quite charming and in a great area.

Overall, I don't have major complaints about the rooms themselves here. A little dated in some aspects, but the stay was fine, if a bit spartan for the price per night we paid. However, it was things like the pool closing at 7:00 pm, the constant second hand smoke (at least not in the room) and the typical "gotta walk through the casino" feel for it all. Definitely trying to be a little Vegas experience...

The Hyatt Regency has a great location next to DFW terminal C. They have a shuttle bus to take people to the other terminals. It does get noisy from people in the hallway. However, it was clean and comfortable.

The experience was decent for transfer overnight. Location is convenient, but price is high if just for location sake. Other hotels are maybe 1/2-1/3 of the price and provide shuttle bus. However, the staff was very nice and friendly. They even helped me finding something I forgot in the room, so my husband could pick up days later, I appreciate that!
