I’ve stayed at the Hilton Austin seven or eight times over the past couple of years, and it’s always my go-to whenever I’m here. I love the vibes every time I walk into check in, it instantly feels luxurious and so lively with others and it sets the tone for a great stay. The rooms are nice and well-kept and having a Starbucks inside is a huge plus in the mornings. The bar is nice as well. The location...
No microwave in our room. There was a broken bedside lamp that wouldn’t turn off, the nightlight in the bathroom wouldn’t turn off. There’s a cool master remote thing that’s supposed to control the air conditioner, lights, tv, etc. - it didn’t work at all. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Our room had a lovely view of the construction site next door (which you can also hear all day long).

A fantastic hotel, great location and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly
Very thoughtful service, clean room
Good location, good environment, good hygiene
Total crap! I didn't like the hotel. Queues at the reception. Bad soundproofing. Be careful, the hotel charges an extra $30 upon check-out for free wifi and other nonsense. There was no hot water in my room at this "luxury" hotel, and they charge $30 for additional services.
The environment is very good, the bed is big, but there are compulsory consumption
Big room with reasonable price. The check-in and check-out procedure were all smooth.

Very old facility, did nit meet the standards of a 5 star hote
The best thing of this hotel is th location. It is in the center of the one Chicago’s main avenue, with many stores, shopping, attractions nearby, etc.
We are on night two of our two night stay. The location of this hotel is truly prime—within easy walking distance to an abundance of food, entertainment, and nearby attractions, which is a major plus!
The check-in staff, especially Than, was wonderful. While we were due a complimentary room upgrade, unfortunately none were open at the time. As a kind gesture, he instead provided us with two complimentary...
Lupe was amazing when making the reservation, a true gem. We stayed in a suite for 2 nights, and it was perfect. Room was not overdone and roomy, a bathroom for us and a bathroom for our girls. Corner suite was so fun for them to see the city from many views. Small mishap, we called the hotel before we left (2 hour drive and a time zone change) and talked to Brenda who said our room was ready so we...
FYI-Room service delivery fee is $8. Gratuity is automatically added but does not show up in the cart. It only shows up AFTER you pay, on the receipt. We ordered 3 milk and cookies and the final bill was $45 ($25 for the food item and rest on delivery, tax, automatic gratuity and extra tip)!
The hotel itself is nice. Rooms, bathrooms and facilities are clean. Staff is courteous. Pool is beautiful...
We stayed here for one night with our 7 month old and we really enjoyed it! We had a great view on the 23rd floor and the employees are really kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet was crazy expensive but was honestly very good. My only complaint was our room was SO HOT, there was no way for us to turn the heat off so I was sweating lol. But very accommodating for us and the baby

Great room. Clean hotel. Such nice staff. Only thing we didn’t like was the $20 you had to spend on the property every day.
It was far more difficult getting a final invoice from the hotel than it should have been, the complication being between on-site and pre-paid charges that should have been sorted out immediately rather than take days of follow-up.
Great stay. Definitely worth it. Great location. I received a $20 credit for the restaurant and bar
My son and I had an exceptional stay at The Westin Downtown DC. The hotel is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and delivers a truly elevated experience from start to finish. Every detail reflects quality, comfort, and professionalism.
During our stay, we had a small matter that needed to be addressed, and Brett Haduch, the manager, went above and beyond to resolve it. His professionalism, attentiveness...

The hotel is beautiful. We booked a partial sea view room in the main building, which has a maximum floor of 17. We were assigned a room on the 15th floor, and the ocean was visible diagonally in front of the window. The hotel also has an annex building, which appears to be about 10 stories high. When we booked, the Ocean Front room in the annex was the same price as the partial sea view room in the...
We truly enjoyed the hotel’s location, the room with its ocean view, and the excellent service provided by all staff members. The food was of good quality, although we found the prices somewhat high for what was offered. We also appreciated the beach and the availability of chairs.
One aspect we liked less was the bed covering, which we found too thick, heavy, and warm.
The modern, big rooms and EXCELLENT staff. Flew in from Europe and immediately relaxed. Great location: close to everything in Miami and the pool/beach right at the hotel. Stayed 5 nights and never had to worry about a single thing, everything was provided. Love that rooms have balcony.
Highly recommend!!! Best in Miami, we will be back.
We had the best time here. Unfortunately it was only 1 night but they made it amazing. Mia, Alexis, and Adriana at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. Mr. Wilson and Hillary at the pool bar were outstanding. Couldn't have been a better end to our trip. Everyone we interacted with was delightful. The rooms and view were gorgeous and the location was perfect.
The Loews Hotel is elegant and clean, right on the beach… but let me tell you you’re paying a exuberant amount of money between room, resort fees, and parking…
I didn’t care for the high end resort fee as it covered the use of the pool and towels, and 2 tiny bottles of water on arrival.
The valet parking is 3 times as much as the parking garage in which they park your car, I ended up parking my car...
Great location. Clean hotel.
They said the renovations were on the lower floors when I was checking in and therefore wouldn't impact me. But on saturday and sunday, it felt like the construction work was happening in my room so that wasn't great.

A great hotel with a great location highly recommended.
It is a good accommodation to stay but a bit overpriced, which I feel.
The hotel I booked for Boston Marathon is a little off the beaten track. The hotel itself is pretty good, big and new. There is a Starbucks downstairs. The room is cleaned promptly every day, which is rare in the United States.
Great hotel with amazing views of Seaport district. The rooms were extremely comfortable with silky bedding and sheets. The swimming pool is nice, but when there are too many people, you can barely swim an inch. The parking garage was convenient and the elevator transported you right to the lobby. Great location for access to shopping, dining, and exploring Boston.
This review is all about the valet staff at the Westin Seaport. They are FANTASTIC! Despite the fact it was a holiday weekend with a convention at the hotel and a boat show right next door, they had everything running smoothly and quickly.
It was easy unloading the car and the gentlemen working were very pleasant. They didn't make me feel rushed or that I was in the way.

Overall a great stay. Everything you come to expect from Marriott. Great beds, excellent service and perks. Unbeatable location. The only negative is the always dirty and severely stained front entrance and carpet. Being that it’s your first impression when you walk in, it definitely takes away from the experience.
Comfort, luxury, and calm all wrapped into one. The service was impeccable. Room was serene, and thoughtfully designed! Exactly what you’d want after a full day in the city. The energy of the hotel itself felt special and undeniably DC. I walked in expecting a great stay… and they delivered seamlessly.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My stay at the JW Marriott Washington, DC was truly exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the service provided by the entire team—including the reception, the concierge/doormen, and the housekeeping staff—was outstanding.

First time staying at the Red Rock Casino and loved it! Great accommodations, friendly staff, and good pool!
Red Rock for our son’s wedding. Very nice location. Nice big rooms with beautiful views! Good food options.
Only downside, casino needs updated ventilation. Toilet paper, tissues & toiletries cheap! For $300-$500 per night, I expect nice toilet paper & toiletries.
This is truly a beautiful resort. So glad a friend recommended it. We love to be away from the strip but close enough for shows. This place has everything you might want for a getaway. Many Great restaurants, superb service and reasonably priced.. try to get a room with a pool area view if you can. But the rooms are fabulous anywhere. We will be returning for sure.
Excellent property. Will never stay on the strip again!
Beautiful property in Summerlin at the base of Red Rock Canyon. Total 5-star hotel with nice restaurants and an ample food court. Big beautiful pool as well. The valet parking is too much, $60 a day. The hotel rooms need an upgrade for this price, stains on the chairs, moisture marks on the ceiling and walls. I stayed in room 1024 last weekend. I was in town for the Lake F3 Half Marathon. This was my first time staying here. I have stayed at the Hilton Suites around the corner many times. The rooms do not represent the Westin brand well. As someone who often stays at Marriott properties and looks forward to the Westin product this hotel falls short.
