I had the absolute best time hanging out by the pool and a massive shout out to Lidiya Abel and Tonica. They were working so hard but still made sure everyone felt completely.Make sure everyone completely taken care of the drinks were absolutely delicious and the service was incredibly fast and attentive. Honestly, they’re amazing energy and friendly vibes. Totally made my pool day if you’re staying...
We had a lovely overnight stay at the Omni Shoreham after an event at the hotel. We enjoyed a comfortable, quiet room. The best part came shortly after checkout. I realized I had left an item in our room so we called and spoke to Linda on the phone. She went to our room, got the item, and met me in the lobby to give it to me. That is great service!
Beautiful hotel and clean rooms. Great location. Very friendly staff upon checking in. This gets three stars because on three separate occasions we requested extra pillows. Once at the front desk, once calling the front desk from the room and once with housekeeping. This request was ignored all three times. We never got the pillows. Upon checking out when we explained were just really disappointed...
If the place I travel to has an Omni, that’s the only hotel I stay at. This weekend, I traveled to DC and, as always, booked my stay with Omni.
The hotel has a lot of character and is located close to all the sightseeing spots. And as always, the best employees work here.
I want to give a special shoutout to the front desk manager, John Alfonzo. Not only was he incredibly nice and hospitable, but...
Fantastic place with excellent service. My only complaint and it is minor is how far a convenience location like a Walgreens would be and that isn't even the Omni's fault. The driveway while it is a bit of a nuisance to pull into it's not that much of a chore.
The hotel itself is exquisite it is beautiful edifice filled with beautiful rooms. Each hallway itself is lovely. The bar and its service...

Very old facility, did nit meet the standards of a 5 star hote
The best thing of this hotel is th location. It is in the center of the one Chicago’s main avenue, with many stores, shopping, attractions nearby, etc.
We are on night two of our two night stay. The location of this hotel is truly prime—within easy walking distance to an abundance of food, entertainment, and nearby attractions, which is a major plus!
The check-in staff, especially Than, was wonderful. While we were due a complimentary room upgrade, unfortunately none were open at the time. As a kind gesture, he instead provided us with two complimentary...
Lupe was amazing when making the reservation, a true gem. We stayed in a suite for 2 nights, and it was perfect. Room was not overdone and roomy, a bathroom for us and a bathroom for our girls. Corner suite was so fun for them to see the city from many views. Small mishap, we called the hotel before we left (2 hour drive and a time zone change) and talked to Brenda who said our room was ready so we...
FYI-Room service delivery fee is $8. Gratuity is automatically added but does not show up in the cart. It only shows up AFTER you pay, on the receipt. We ordered 3 milk and cookies and the final bill was $45 ($25 for the food item and rest on delivery, tax, automatic gratuity and extra tip)!
The hotel itself is nice. Rooms, bathrooms and facilities are clean. Staff is courteous. Pool is beautiful...
We stayed here for one night with our 7 month old and we really enjoyed it! We had a great view on the 23rd floor and the employees are really kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet was crazy expensive but was honestly very good. My only complaint was our room was SO HOT, there was no way for us to turn the heat off so I was sweating lol. But very accommodating for us and the baby

Great room. Clean hotel. Such nice staff. Only thing we didn’t like was the $20 you had to spend on the property every day.
It was far more difficult getting a final invoice from the hotel than it should have been, the complication being between on-site and pre-paid charges that should have been sorted out immediately rather than take days of follow-up.
Great stay. Definitely worth it. Great location. I received a $20 credit for the restaurant and bar
My son and I had an exceptional stay at The Westin Downtown DC. The hotel is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and delivers a truly elevated experience from start to finish. Every detail reflects quality, comfort, and professionalism.
During our stay, we had a small matter that needed to be addressed, and Brett Haduch, the manager, went above and beyond to resolve it. His professionalism, attentiveness...
The room was amazing. It was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The room itself was beautiful and very relaxing.

Was at the hotel attending an event. Service was great and rooms were comfortable. Only thing to mention would be the destination fee which was charged to my card without my prior knowledge and I did check with them multiple times during check-in that there would be no further charges. I was given some vouchers I presume as part of the destination fee but as I was attending an event, I did not use...
A great hotel with a great location highly recommended.
It is a good accommodation to stay but a bit overpriced, which I feel.
The hotel I booked for Boston Marathon is a little off the beaten track. The hotel itself is pretty good, big and new. There is a Starbucks downstairs. The room is cleaned promptly every day, which is rare in the United States.
Great hotel with amazing views of Seaport district. The rooms were extremely comfortable with silky bedding and sheets. The swimming pool is nice, but when there are too many people, you can barely swim an inch. The parking garage was convenient and the elevator transported you right to the lobby. Great location for access to shopping, dining, and exploring Boston.
This review is all about the valet staff at the Westin Seaport. They are FANTASTIC! Despite the fact it was a holiday weekend with a convention at the hotel and a boat show right next door, they had everything running smoothly and quickly.
It was easy unloading the car and the gentlemen working were very pleasant. They didn't make me feel rushed or that I was in the way.

Excellent hotel. Very convenient location if you come on a cruise. The port is nearby. Lots of options for breakfast. Friendly staff.
Service was decent, room design is nice with lots of drawers. The big bathroom is rare in older hotels. Really like the view of the Bay and the location of hotel. Will come again next time!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, the staff was polite and professional, and the level of customer service was excellent. The view from our window was absolutely beautiful, and the soundproofing was great — very quiet and comfortable.
We did have a small issue with parking due to the size of our vehicle, as it was larger than usual. However, the entire team went above...
This is a beautiful hotel with a very spacious and inviting lobby, with comfortable seating throughout the lounge area. We arrived shortly after noon and were delighted to find our room was ready, with an excellent view of the bay. The room itself is quite spacious and quiet. We had a nice lunch at the in-house restaurant, ToroToro, and we'll be returning for dinner. The area is quite walkable, with...
The room's soundproofing wasn't great, and the hairdryer in the bathroom was very old. The hotel's surroundings were lovely, but overall, the service felt pretty average. I even had to wait in line to check out.
Had a great first night, so I immediately booked another stay. This time, the front desk guy was a bit cooler (less friendly), but he still granted our request for a 3 PM checkout.

Quick check in ! Polite front desk and food at the bar was awesome too.
I lost track of employees that gave us extraordinary service because there were so many of them!

The hotel accommodated us to satisfy our needs. Switched our room 3 times to accommodate my husband’s handicap. Valet was quick and prompt. Clean rooms. Breakfast was sketchy. Told us it was free, but it wasn’t. Confusing, but the overall stay was good. Would definitely stay here again.
We loved our stay here. It was clean and quiet and so relaxing. The staff were friendly and the pool was quiet and relaxing. We were so close to so many dinning options, it was so convenient. It made our anniversary stay so relaxing. Would highly recommend.

Was there in summer. Nice big room. No netflix or youtube can be connected. Pool is open only 10am.
No signs on directions to registration or elevators to hotel stay. Registration clerk or service clerk did not give much instructions to help with our first stay. We had to dig it out of her. Just said scan QR code??? We also didn’t know we had to Scann our card key to work elevator. Instructions were labeled in the elevator, other than out of the elevator before we entered.

Overall a great stay. Everything you come to expect from Marriott. Great beds, excellent service and perks. Unbeatable location. The only negative is the always dirty and severely stained front entrance and carpet. Being that it’s your first impression when you walk in, it definitely takes away from the experience.
Comfort, luxury, and calm all wrapped into one. The service was impeccable. Room was serene, and thoughtfully designed! Exactly what you’d want after a full day in the city. The energy of the hotel itself felt special and undeniably DC. I walked in expecting a great stay… and they delivered seamlessly.
Exceptional Hotel Experience – A Must-Stay in DC!
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My stay at the JW Marriott Washington, DC was truly exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the service provided by the entire team—including the reception, the concierge/doormen, and the housekeeping staff—was outstanding.
It is absolutely worth it to become an Elite Member; the perks and recognition elevate the entire experience....
I’m surprised that this hotel is rated as well as it is.
The conference I attended was well organized and the staff dedicated to that experience were great. The stay itself? Yikes. No hair dryer to be found, no fan in the bathroom, the walls are paper thin, my digital key took 5-6 swipes each time I wanted to enter my room (validated this with 3 different keys), the wifi is slower than molasses (and...
Interior facing room is noisy with a hum, but outside facing rooms was great. Valet parking extremely expensive - would recommend trying to park elsewhere

I chose this hotel after deliberating among several near Black Rock, and the pool was large and excellent. There were also shopping streets and restaurants nearby, making dining convenient. I really want to go back to Hawaii... I'm leaving with fond memories. 💗
Such a beautiful property, a little on the higher end but if you want to have a really good vibe it’s worth every penny. Right next to whalers market, beautiful beaches next to it. We had ocean view room booked on floor 5. Even when you don’t wanna leave your room, you can enjoy sunset from your balcony. They have 3-4 pools, waterfalls for adults only pool, those cute flamingos in the lobby. Perfect...
The location is very good, the high-rise sea view room has a very beautiful view and a very comfortable environment! The view and location are worthy of the price, the room facilities are average, the service and room facilities are not worthy of the price
The front desk receptionist was very upset. Although I requested to arrange twin beds in two rooms more than two months in advance, Ctrip obviously did not do its job well. A resort is a resort, after all.
Good:
The facilities are top-notch. The various shops and amenities within the hotel are quite good, though getting to your room might be a bit of a walk.
Parking fees are an issue. Mandatory valet parking costs $75 per day, plus a $5-10 tip. I'd rather have free self-parking like at Marriott. Honestly, why can't I spend that money on dining when staying for a few...
The hotel boasts an excellent location with its own private beach. You can easily walk along the beach to the neighboring Andaz, Marriott, and Fairmont hotels. Well it’s just time for a renovation at the Grand Wailea. All the little slides to connect each pool are closed. The Grotto spa is closed. Right by the sea in a safe, quiet area. The room is a bit small, good for business trips. The biggest advantage is the location.
The hotel facilities are complete, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the location is excellent.
The room was clean and tidy. The front desk service was friendly, but they didn't proactively inform me about breakfast, points, vouchers, etc. Many staff members were very enthusiastic, offering to help with luggage and open doors.
Location and View is super good ! The best service we got in the U.S.

The facilities are first-rate, the beds are comfortable, and there are multiple pools for relaxing. The Italian restaurant also has a great atmosphere and food. It's convenient for visiting Disneyland. Unfortunately, I found some small bugs on the floor in the room. This could be improved.
The room rate was average, with two double beds. The shower was nice and large. Cleanliness was also excellent, but the service felt lacking. Natasha was a wonderful server ay fandanles and the food came out quick and tasted great. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the pool. The hotel was in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and not too far from the aquarium. It was an easy train ride from the airport which saved us quite a bit on a rental car.
The valet parking is too much, $60 a day. The hotel rooms need an upgrade for this price, stains on the chairs, moisture marks on the ceiling and walls. The rooms do not represent the Westin brand well. As someone who often stays at Marriott properties and looks forward to the Westin product this hotel falls short. The hotel is well located and not far from car rental services and airport itself. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. I will suggest to book this hotel
The environment is excellent, and it's close to the airport with a convenient purple shuttle bus service for easy access. The hotel itself is quite nice, and the rooms are good too. Definitely worth staying here.
The room was incredibly spacious, almost to the point of feeling a bit empty. The bed was very comfortable, and the interior decor was all quite nice. I have to call out the Hilton next door; its exterior is grand, but the inside feels no different from a budget hotel. The Westin is similar, but it's significantly better than the Hilton next door. Overall, it's pretty good.
The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, with easy shuttle service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked breakfast expecting a buffet, but it turned out to be à la carte. The service was excellent, and the dishes were plentiful and varied. My kids even said it was comparable to eating out at a restaurant.
