Our stay was absolutely awesome! The staff were so helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and we will return.

It's my first time staying in Sheraton Riverwalk Chicago and the experience was awesome!
View was good, everything was convenient and it's highly recommended for everyone to stay there 🥰🥰

Not worth the price.

I've stayed at Sheraton Grand hotels before. This one is not up to snuff.

The rooms need to be better maintained. For mine the entry way light was out. The toilet was running. The tub was clogged. The sink was clogged. Plus, the furniture and carpet is dated.

The TV was too small, particularly since it was 15 feet from the bed. I couldn't get any channels on the TV. When I called the front desk, they said "it's because of the weather". I guess Sheraton hotels don't have TV when the weather's bad.

Very disappointing.

It is, however, in a great location - walking distance to tons of restaurants, etc.

UPDATE: Maintenance said they fixed the tub, sink and toilet. They only fixed the tub. Also, I spoke to a manager, who handled the call very well. While they offered to move me to a different room, it was too late.

There's no fridge in the room which is quite annoying. You can't bring back leftovers from a fun night out. My AC started squeaking heavy in the night too so I had to adjust the panel. Other than that my stay has been good and the view of the river and lake is quite nice.

Very nice hotel. Great location. The staff is top notch! Feels safe, well updated and clean. Great place to stay while in Chicago, close to everything. Easy walking distance to all attractions. Nearby dining is delicious! The rooms are large, plenty of towels, mini fridge. Our room had a view. Room service daily was excellent.

One of the best hotels on the Riverwalk district.
It is right along the river and very convenient.
When I checked in, I got upgraded to a high floor because of my titanium status. When I checked in, the staff were helpful and friendly and there was no wait.
The room was large, the beds were comfortable and the view of the River from the hotel room window was great.
Overall this is a very good hotel for the price right in the middle of downtown Chicago.

Great location for wanting to be in the Loop. Traveled here with three women and three children ranging 8-1 years old. The rooms were fine, clean, and typical. Location was as wonderful and service was great. View from our room was wonderful - we loved seeing the river from up high in our room. The kids also loved the pool - while it wasn’t huge, it was exactly what they needed!

The two cons I would note: no continental breakfast included & neither room had a fridge to store small leftovers for when we would eat out with the kids.

Amazing hotel! Every staff member I interacted with super courteous and kind. The hotel is beautiful! Room was comfortable and had great view. Very well located. The only thing is that at check-in it would’ve been helpful to receive instructions on how to use the elevators, first ride was a bit confusing… totally recommend this hotel.
The hotel had signs about their environmentally friendly practices and not using single use plastics, but the rooms had single use shampoos and shower gel.

Very nice hotel. Large work space if you are working in the room. Everything worked like it should have, clean and fresh. Loved the hot water heater for tea. I hate having to run water thru a coffee maker for my tea. Front desk had my room even though I checked in at 9 am, very professional and courteous. Meeting room and function services on point.

This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at in the city. The bed in this hotel is hands down the best I’ve ever slept in. Everything here is high quality, and the amenities are awesome. The staff are always pleasant and super helpful (especially Cedric the valet!) The fitness center is nice but I really miss the pool. I would consider it a top hotel in Chicago!

Rooms were clean and as advertised. Staff was helpful, friendly and professional. Common areas appeared to be clean and well maintained. I did see some other reviews complaining about pricing for additional (like $10 for a box of bottled water in the rooms). I found an easy walk around solution is to drink your favorite beverage at another place of choosing nearby. While the hotel was not memorable, sometimes that’s a good thing

Great location, great views! The higher the floors the better! The fitness center is located high in the sky with amazing views of Navy Pier and the city and the lake and the river. They also boast “wooden” room key cards, a cool talking piece.
