It's my first time staying in Sheraton Riverwalk Chicago and the experience was awesome!
View was good, everything was convenient and it's highly recommended for everyone to stay there 🥰🥰

Not worth the price.
I've stayed at Sheraton Grand hotels before. This one is not up to snuff.
The rooms need to be better maintained. For mine the entry way light was out. The toilet was running. The tub was clogged. The sink was clogged. Plus, the furniture and carpet is dated.
The TV was too small, particularly since it was 15 feet from the bed. I couldn't get any channels on the TV. When I called the front desk, they said "it's because of the weather". I guess Sheraton hotels don't have TV when the weather's bad.
Very disappointing.
It is, however, in a great location - walking distance to tons of restaurants, etc.
UPDATE: Maintenance said they fixed the tub, sink and toilet. They only fixed the tub. Also, I spoke to a manager, who handled the call very well. While they offered to move me to a different room, it was too late.

There's no fridge in the room which is quite annoying. You can't bring back leftovers from a fun night out. My AC started squeaking heavy in the night too so I had to adjust the panel. Other than that my stay has been good and the view of the river and lake is quite nice.

Very nice hotel. Great location. The staff is top notch! Feels safe, well updated and clean. Great place to stay while in Chicago, close to everything. Easy walking distance to all attractions. Nearby dining is delicious! The rooms are large, plenty of towels, mini fridge. Our room had a view. Room service daily was excellent.

One of the best hotels on the Riverwalk district.
It is right along the river and very convenient.
When I checked in, I got upgraded to a high floor because of my titanium status. When I checked in, the staff were helpful and friendly and there was no wait.
The room was large, the beds were comfortable and the view of the River from the hotel room window was great.
Overall this is a very good hotel for the price right in the middle of downtown Chicago.

Great location for wanting to be in the Loop. Traveled here with three women and three children ranging 8-1 years old. The rooms were fine, clean, and typical. Location was as wonderful and service was great. View from our room was wonderful - we loved seeing the river from up high in our room. The kids also loved the pool - while it wasn’t huge, it was exactly what they needed!
The two cons I would note: no continental breakfast included & neither room had a fridge to store small leftovers for when we would eat out with the kids.

Wonderful experience from the moment we arrived and were greeted by Mike until we checked out. The place is absolutely beautiful with great amenities and a great view. The location is perfect walking distance to shopping, restaurants and Navy Pier. Mike (I believe he is the doorman) was the BEST!! He was so friendly, kind and helpful. He recommended a great place for breakfast. I would recommend this place to anyone. 10 stars for the hotel and Mike!!!
