Loved this hotel so much 💖 it’s super chic and in such a great area. The vibe is warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in, which I loved. They have a cute little bar and a mini store for any last-minute goodies (so convenient!). The rooftop bar is definitely the highlight—such pretty views, especially at sunset ✨

I specifically booked a high-floor room on Trip.com, but I was assigned a low-floor room. There was an intermittent noise coming from the ceiling in the room I was given. After contacting the front desk, they quickly moved me to a different room and offered complimentary breakfast as compensation.

Not far from the subway station, it's a new hotel. The room is small but has all the practical amenities you need, and the cleanliness is pretty good. The surrounding facilities are a bit lacking; there's no convenience store. If you check in at night, you'll have to walk quite a distance to McDonald's to get something to eat.

The hotel is quite new and features smart controls throughout, operated by an iPad, which is perfect for solo travelers. It's less than a ten-minute walk to both the Aerospace Museum and the National Gallery, and the subway station isn't far either. On my last day, I used their luggage storage service, which was really convenient. The only thing I found a bit unusual was that they don't provide bottled water; you have to go down to the bar on the first floor to get water yourself.

This hotel had a great location, making it super convenient for sightseeing. It was a bit of a shame that the air conditioning wasn't very effective, but the hotel itself was clean and nice. I'd recommend bringing your own slippers and toothbrush.

This is a standard Subway. The people are friendly, the place is clean, the choices are as expected. I eat there as it is close to where I work.

Won't believe what i saw - A staff member came out of the restroom without washing hands!! Then I saw the same person at the cashier touching my sandwich and tissues!! Disgusting and Unbelievable. Also, none of their staff speaks English and are probably illegals. Sounds like a cheap owner to me. Now I get subway from another location inside L'enfant plaza or 4th street and highly recommend any of those over this one any day!

Poor, poor, poor customer service! I would happily pay to go anywhere else and would encourage everyone else to do the same. I hope their terrible attitude and mediocre food puts them out of business...replaced by people who actually cook and enjoy the business rather than a foreign firm looking to make a quick buck. Yamazaki does not translate into French...this place is an embarrassment to the baking profession.

Ugh. Sad terrible sandwiches. Very limited menu to begin with and they were out of stuff. Very inefficient and confusing system for ordering. Yet there is always a long line. I can't imagine why when the food is so mediocre.

They make great baked goods for breakfast, there is nothing I have had that wasn't amazing (Bagels, croissants, muffins, scones, etc). Also enjoy coming here for a sandwich and cookies at lunch. Have been coming here for years and the staff is always great!
