Awesome hotel Service 8stars Nice bed pillow Staff full hospitality
Really beat service from bottom to head Food superb Nice smell in hotel property
Good environment, excellent location
It took more than 30 minutes to ask for a pair of slippers, and I waited for an hour and a half for a toothbrush, but it still didn't come
The White House is within easy reach and the core business district is within ten minutes. The hotel is very comfortable and the breakfast is delicious.

The surrounding area is also very safe, and it's not too far from public transportation stops, including supermarkets – mostly within walking distance. The hotel front desk staff are very welcoming and friendly
Despite the small rooms, the hotel is central to everything and the manager makes sure you have what you need. You can also find rental scooters right on the street
Hot water pot was centrally provided in the lobby level, but most of the time was empty that you have to beg to front office for refill; there is no kettle in room
Very good, early check-in, the lobby bar is very lively at night, very Moxy, there is also a gym, it feels great to work out with the view of snow, but the quilt is too thin and I would wake up from the cold.
It is within walking distance of the Lincoln Memorial and the Washington Monument. The room is small and there are no slippers or water heaters. Fortunately, there is free hot water and coffee in the lobby
First, the rooms are small, but the atmosphere and service is incredible! A bar right in the lobby at check-in - amazing! And they give you drink tokens upon checking in

Keilon and the rest of the staff met all expectations including flowers awaiting the guest of honor upon her arrival to her room. Thank you for a wonderful, memorable stay
Everyone there was so friendly and made me feel very welcome! For me, location was 10/10 - right across the National Portrait Museum/American Art. Walking distance to majority of sights.
Hotel Monaco was perfect for an overnight stay celebrating a milestone birthday with family in D. We took in dinner and a show, both within walking distance of the hotel
It was my first stay in three years. Three years ago, the COVID-19 pandemic had just ended, so the city was still quite quiet, but this time the hotel was packed with people and very lively
The room and hotel interior were very stylish, so I was looking forward to staying there. The front desk staff and doorman were all very kind and polite, making my stay very comfortable
Comfortable, clean, very congenial staff -- great location, easy walking distance to the National Mall and to many places to eat indoors and outdoors.

Washington, 775 12th Street NW (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Nice location. Walkable to all of the monuments and museums. Plenty of retaurants nearby and on the same block as the Center City Metro stop so you can get anywhere quickly.
Clean spacious room with enough hangers and storage space. Indoor pool and fitness center 24/7. Bath and shower in the bathroom. Im afraid of the air quality
Great hotel with an excellent M Lounge and restaurant. Valet service is 50/50, the valet notification system is not consistent and may cause delays in having your vehicle ready
For $65 dollars a night, I would expect little to no delays and a valet request system that works
My wife and I stayed here for the Christmas holiday in 2025. A female staff at the club lounge (M Lounge), named Kimberli, was very kind to us
She recommended drinks and food for us when we were a bit confused, and we had a great time talking about our families. Kimberli is so kind, gentle, beautiful, and polite, and we were so grateful for her help

Top notch hotel. The lack of a regal lobby benefits this hotel. Charming and hospitable. 5 stars. Go there.
Literally the most superb service I’ve received in all of Washington. Regis, but decided to make a change
Everything- professionalism, attention to detail, cleanliness…
Words cannot describe how amazing our experience was. We stayed here our wedding weekend, and while our wedding was elsewhere, the Hay Adams team made our weekend above and beyond special
In addition to amazing service, their team accommodated our request for taking pictures on the roof and they even surprised us with a personalized card and complimentary bottle of champagne
Historic hotel, good to stay there once. Not worth staying more

Beacon Hotel & Corporate Quarters, Washington1 / 26
7.8
Washington, 1615 Rhode Island Ave Nw (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The Beacon hotel is easy to find when driving from the 495. It’s in a very nice and safe area; it’s close to downtown; about $12 in uber to reach Georgetown for instance. The hotel is beautiful and welcoming.
Every...ok a little expensive.
I was initially pulled in by the low prices (or should I say, low"er" compared to the others in that area), but was disappointed to find a bunch of hidden fees that they charge you when you finally show up to the hotel
The place also didn't have a fridge or microwave in the room and the AC didn't work
The air was just blowing out fan air, no cold air in 95 degree weather. Parking was $60 plus $10 service fee. What they don’t tell you is there are multiple hidden fees with the parking
I could walk everywhere! Unfortunately, I probably won't be staying here again

Excellent location and wonderful front desk staff, especially the evening gentleman who was super friendly and helpful. Our room was great, the one bedroom suite was big and having the kitchen was very nice and spacious
2nd time staying here and it continues to impress us. The rooms were cleanly and the staff was always helpful and quick to address any requests. Whenever we stay in Arlington it will always be here.
Wonderful hotel! Very clean and modern. Breakfast was delicious! Staff very helpful with any questions we had about the area. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit.
The room was clean, staff was extremely friendly. They had two different times to come to our rooms to drop off items that we needed. The front desk was super helpful
Only issue we didn't have housekeeping, clean the room, our choice, we did run out of toilet paper and it took a while to get a new role because housekeeping is not on site overnight
He listened to us and made sure we were treated right. The evening gentleman at the desk really made our stay worthwhile. The room was clean and amazing. I would really recommend this hotel to anyone

Hotel AKA Washington Circle, Washington1 / 9Offer

Washington, 1 Washington Circle NW (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Very nice hotel, centrally located and easy to access with the Metro. We loved the restaurant.
Location is great. Only caveat is that it’s very close to the fire station so sirens go off 3 to 4 times a day and sometimes middle of the night. Bring ear plugs
Everything we experienced here, literally EVERYTHING, was fantastic. This was by far the best hotel stay i can ever remember. I full-heartedly recommend Hotel AKA to anyone looking for an awesome, frictionless stay.
The metro is a quick 5 min walk away and there are plenty of store and restaurants around. Best of all…no national guard ruining your view if such a beautiful city. This will def be my new go-to for stays in DC
It is simply the best hotel / property in D.C. New,Clean, Nicely Decorated Rooms. Brand New Coffee Machines instead of stupid Keurig! Balcony is a great option as you wish to get clean and fresh air.
Perfect for families I love the AKA brand and this one did not disappoint! From the quality of the room to the service, I very much enjoyed my experience. I traveled with my husband and infant

Our room and the hotel were very clean. The room had nice decor and we were pleased with the amenities. Complimentary breakfast was included in our one-night stay. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for ride share
Staff was very friendly, was a little bit of a hike to the metro but not too bad, very comfortable room with good storage and a nice clean bathroom. Comfortable bed as well.
The cleanliness is impeccable. The service was outstanding, especially from the ladies at the front desk. Everything is within walking distance along a lovely promenade. I would definitely stay here again every time
Clean, very nice hotel in central DC. Modern, good sized rooms. Nice extra touches such as morning coffee in the lobby. Friendly staff.
What I loved most is that it’s a small hotel, which I truly appreciated. The rooms are very spacious; I stayed in a double room and was genuinely impressed by how large it was and by the beautiful view
This hotel is really excellent. Whether it is the environment, facilities or service, it is very satisfactory, especially Jenny at the front desk, who upgraded the room and arranged it for me

Hotel Lombardy, Washington1 / 30
8.5
Washington, 2019 Pennsylvania Ave Nw (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The room is very comfortable, the staff extremely nice and friendly. Decoration in the room, including most of the fixtures is from mid 1900's which gives it a nice and pleasant retro environment
The stay was fine, but the coffee maker wasn't working properly. The windows and room temperature were very good.
In the room, you can strongly feel the weight of history and the atmosphere of the times. But in sharp contrast, the facilities and all the equipment here are very well preserved, very clean and tidy
Highly recommended! ! ! At first I was attracted by the history of this place, and later I found out that this was a hotel built in 1926, 99 years ago
The room was not bad, in fact it was quite large, but it was cramped after being divided into several small rooms, one for dressing and wardrobe, and one for small kitchen and small dining room
The building is over a hundred years old, surrounded by historical sites, next to the University of Washington, which is equivalent to the area near Tiananmen Square in China

Loved this hotel. Couldn't have picked a better spot to be centrally located for good food and close to transportation. Staff was amazing! If we're ever back in Washington will definitely stay here again!!
The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The front desk staff named Marina and other staffs were very friendly and helpful, which made my stay much more pleasant
Central to get to anywhere either by foot if you like to walk or by Metro (station about a 5 min walk). Mini fridge, coffee and safe for personal use
The breakfast was very nive and abundant. I had a great experience overall
Staff is quick and friendly, room is clean and modern. We recommended the valet service: although it is an extra $50 per day - the convenience is worth it. Will definitely stay here on my next visit.
Everything is close by including public transit stops making it easy to visit all the sights, National Mall area is about a 15 minute walk away. My only issue was our bathroom

But there are some big problems, that is, it is very close to the building next door, so there is no light, the room is very damp, and the street is not soundproof and noisy
There is a McDonald's across the street, so you don't have to worry about food
This hotel is very centrally located. For the price, there's not really much to complain about. The room was a bit on the small side but everything was clean and comfortable
This hotel is a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Highly recommended
There is a subway station downstairs of the hotel, 3 minutes walk to the White House, 10 minutes walk to the National Mall, there are many museums and memorials near the National Mall
The room is small but has everything you need. The use of an environmentally friendly kettle is great. Free coffee and hot drinks are provided 24 hours a day, and WiFi is available

They bent over backwards to accommodate this person no matter how ridiculous they got. I was mortified with their behavior but the staff, from management on down, were so gracious and kind throughout the ordeal
Room and staff were above and beyond! From the moment we arrived until we got in the car. Very clean. Free upgrade on our room! Hope to stay longer next time!
The kitchen is a good size with a full size refrigerator and gas stove. The bathroom was clean and roomy. I just loved every minute there and for the first time in all of my travels, felt at home
The room was immaculate and very roomy. What stood out the most about the River Inn is the outstanding staff that we encountered at the front desk, the valet, and the restaurant
We always enjoy our stays at The River Inn. One huge perk for us is that it is pet friendly with no extra fee. Walking distance to Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s and great shopping in Georgetown
It’s about a 5-7 minute walk to the closest metro. This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in over the past 5 years for the price. Note: I went in the winter and the heating system was on

The rooftop bar was relaxing and the staff was amazing from check in to check out. I especially appreciate the hot water kettle, high quality tea, and mini fridge in the rooms. The bath amenities smelled wonderful
I will definitely come back and I hope they stay in the Edit program. Only hiccup was the dinner restaurant not being open suddenly when we planned to eat there but I’m sure this is not a typical occurrence
We visited via the Edit hotel program with Chase and the value was outstanding! They upgraded our room to a beautiful suite and the breakfast credits were generous at the delicious bakery inside the hotel
Awesome location that is walking distance from all the monuments and amazing locations. Love the art and messages they promote, as their music vibe is top tier. Best hotel to bring your dog too
Only downside was the mattress was on the firmer side, and the beds could have used extra sheets for us cold sleepers. Otherwise, it was perfect for a relaxing weekend gate-away to the city
Location is walkable to Chinatown and nearby popular areas. The modern design is very nice and can be seen throughout the hotel. Loved the art throughout the hotel

Great central location in the city. Very attentive and accommodating staff. Great artistic design and community spaces. Highly recommend!
The Viceroy was great! Amazing location, walking down 14th street allows you to explore a lot of awesome restaurants and bars. Like Pearls Oyster Place and Barcelona. I'd avoid the food trucks as they over charge
While the interior may appear a bit dated, the outstanding staff, great amenities, and convenient location more than make up for it. I would definitely return again
Lovely room and decorations, with free toothbrush and slippers. Clean, modern.. just that you need about 15 mins walk to subway. Free fruit at front desk and water at lobby. Pool on rooftop!
The property was beautiful and well maintained. A few small things were off here and there - lighting could be poor, TV issues, etc, but overall, a really lovely stay.
The hotel is in a great location, and the staff were very accommodating. It offers many amenities, including a bar, restaurant, and an excellent coffee house

Clean room and prompt response to room provision request. Great customer service. Location close to many good dining options.
Great checkin experience. Staff greeted me every time I entered lobby and always opened the door when I entered and left.
Check in was easy - I was at hotel only to sleep so I didn't utilize restaurant or bar area but they looked really nice
The room was very pleasant - I would have preferred a higher floor but bed was comfortable and room was clean
The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff was mostly very friendly and helpful. Evening shift was just average. The elevated smelled like body odor but was cleaned after we reported it to the desk
The plumbing in our bathroom was super loud the first night but corrected itself the next day. Beds were SUPER comfortable and the best pillows I’ve had in a hotel

The floor layout is confusing, they really need better way finding, even if it's just a few signs at the elevators. But honestly, it just meant that I saw more of the hotel than I normally would have
A very nice choice for sleep in Washington. Good location, very friendly personal, clean.
Quite noisy in the early morning - probably because of old architecture. Travellers who need quiet sleep environment should let hotel know in advance. Location was fantastic though and easy to walk around
The staff have exceeded my expectations by not only honoring my requests, but anticipating my needs. My favorite aspect is the central courtyard. It’s a welcome respite after a day of schlepping around the city
Each and every time, the service is top notch, and the food is simply delicious! On top of that, the décor is absolutely gorgeous; blending traditional with a fresh modern twist. It really doesn't get better than that
The hotel’s blend of historic charm and modern amenities provided a comfortable and unique stay. The staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring I felt safe and well-cared for throughout my visit

Excellent hotel. Great location. Across the street from a traders Joe and Papa John’s pizza. Bar next door and Catholic Church. Big room with kitchen and appliances
Great place to stay - huge rooms- great area- very friendly staff. Having a kitchenette was huge!
Spacious apartment in a great location and exceptional service.
My experience was probably thrown off by the fact that the pull out bed was rough. Like sleeping with a bar in your back rough. The two beds in the bedroom were great, so it fit a family of 5 at a very reasonable price
This hotel offers great value for money. The spaciousness makes it feel comfortable, and the small kitchen made it convenient to bring in outside food

The hotel boasts a convenient and quiet location. The room and bathroom were well-laid out, and the decor felt relatively new. My only complaint was the old and incredibly noisy window air conditioner unit
The hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to the subway, and it's also within walking distance to Chinatown. There are supermarkets conveniently located nearby, and the neighborhood itself is quite pleasant
The location is excellent, just steps away from the metro station. With direct access to the Silver, Blue, and Orange lines, getting around couldn't be easier. The hotel facilities are also quite new.
On-street parking is available, and it's free from 7 PM to 9 AM; parking outside of these hours will result in a ticket. There's a convenience store just a 5-minute walk away

It's right downtown, a quick jaunt to all the museums and capital buildings and surrounded in amazing restaurants. The coffee shop across the street is especially amazing
The hotel is dated, but I found it clean and I would stay here again. The location cannot be beat if you want to be close to all the sight of DC. I found the neighborhood safe and I walked around one night after dark
The hotel does need a serious update and if you’re looking for luxury, this is not the place. The staff were all great! I did find the staff at Harriett’s (attached restaurant) a little rude
I probably wouldn’t have stayed here with young children because the carpet was kinda gross and the outlets- let’s just say I didn’t use a hair dryer out of fear it would blow a fuse, but my 18 y/o daughter and I were attending a show at The Warner Theater, which is directly across the street and the safety of the closeness and city-wide location for the price could not be better
Room had a small refrigerator, which many nicer/pricier hotels I have stayed at did not! Downside- it’s not even cold out but the radiator banged all night and the room was stuffy, our neighbors chain-smoked allllllll night and the smell was choking me, and finally, the “double beds” are very small
The facilities are too old and the location is good
