Everyone was friendly, the Truffled Fries were delicious. It was so close to very important and beautiful places. Really enjoyed my stay and definitely recommended and will go again.

This hotel is quite good. Many government officials stay here when they are on business trips. The location is less than 5 minutes walk to the White House. The Treasury Department is across from the hotel. It is also only 5 minutes walk to popular restaurants in DC. The room is large and well lit with many windows.

The cleaning service was not timely and I had to call the room service to do it. The cleaning staff did not provide water glasses in time.

We stayed at this hotel over the weekend, and it was fantastic. We had a room with a balcony, and it was so convenient because we were right in the city center—just a minute’s walk from the White House, and a minute’s walk from downtown. It was perfectly located. But above all, the staff was incredibly friendly—they even allowed us a late checkout and an early check-in. The staff was just so kind.

The location itself is great — very central to everything. However, the hotel is still under construction and does not offer room service. You also have to come downstairs to receive any guest or visitor at any hour of the day. The front desk will not call up or send them up, which feels unreasonable. Poor experience.  Our reservation was cancelled according to concierge upon our arrival, took two hours for baggage to arrive to the room. Food was so delayed at restaurant, as a nursing mother I needed a refrigerator and it took 1.5 days to receive one. Very disappointing experience.

The service is average. The shower items are not updated in time. It is very close to the Tidal Basin. It is the best choice for viewing cherry blossoms. It only takes a few minutes to walk from the hotel. You can see the Jefferson Memorial in the room

We had a great stay at Dupont Circle Hotel. Check in was a breeze, our room was very comfortable, very nice treats when we arrived in the room, and we much appreciated the black out blinds in the room. Breakfast was superb at the restaurant and the bar had fabulous cocktails. I will definitely stay here again.

I’ve been living here for a year and I’m really happy. The apartments are built new, the appliances are new and the amenities are great. Its very close to the red line which takes you all over dc and has a great walking area around. Its close to all the best restaurants, clubs and bars.

It was a hotel that had everything, from a 5-minute walk from the subway station, to the friendly service of the front desk staff, to the spacious rooms. I was able to book it at a low price with Trip.com's Super Destination discount, and it was a more satisfactory stay.

There is a certain gap between the two

1. Thieves: After charging the full amount to my card beforehand, they added a BS "destination fee" to the bill without informing me and charged my credit card. 2. Unsafe: The room door would not close all the way on its own. Housekeeping knew and did nothing about it.

Watch out for the type of room you booked and the cost, because they can overcharge you or give you a much smaller room than what you initially booked

Overall, a stylish and comfortable hotel in a great location. However, the bathroom design could be improved — the door was hard to open, water easily leaked out during showers, and the transparent curtain made it feel less private. Still, the staff were friendly and the room was clean and modern.

The location and service at this hotel is really wonderful. The location is close to the white house and the national mall so most things are within walking distance. Also, the service is really excellent, the best I've had in a long time since the staff anticipates your needs. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Our first trip here and we were not disappointed! The staff were absolutely lovely! Room was good size, beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked very well. They accommodated my room request without issue. Downside was no pool and the restaurant on site was pricey and menu limited. Valet parking was great!

The Conrad is an absolutely exceptional experience. Every staff member we met was friendly. Aileen at the front desk was so kind and welcoming that I couldn’t help but write a review. Also, the property is clean, organized, and modern. The housekeeping staff is doing a great job. I specifically booked a high-floor room on Trip.com, but I was assigned a low-floor room. There was an intermittent noise coming from the ceiling in the room I was given. After contacting the front desk, they quickly moved me to a different room and offered complimentary breakfast as compensation.

Not far from the subway station, it's a new hotel. The room is small but has all the practical amenities you need, and the cleanliness is pretty good. The surrounding facilities are a bit lacking; there's no convenience store. If you check in at night, you'll have to walk quite a distance to McDonald's to get something to eat.

I stayed for a 1 night layover at DCA so appreciated the convenient shuttle service. The hotel staff, front desk and Bistro, were great. The room was large and clean. I'd definitely stay here again.

Staff in this hotel is usually terrible about operating. They almost always make mistakes (send two different booking to one room happened twice) inattentive and some of them can be rude. There are exceptions but 90% of the staff is the same. I am guessing is the corporate culture in this specific location. You need to pay for parking.

I stayed at this hotel for a short time, but I really enjoyed it. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One of the biggest advantages is its convenient location close to the airport, which made my trip much easier. I would definitely consider staying here again.
