Washington, 515 15th St NW, Northwest Washington (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Everyone was friendly, the Truffled Fries were delicious. It was so close to very important and beautiful places. Really enjoyed my stay and definitely recommended and will go again.
The Washington Hotel is in a very good location, just across the street from the White House. It is very convenient to walk to the White House. The hotel is relatively clean, but the room is a little small
The room is a little small, but very clean and tidy! The hotel closest to the White House! It's very beautiful to enjoy the food on the top floor and watch the sunset in the direction of the White House! Very shocking! It's very convenient to walk to the National Mall!
The location is very good. It is very convenient to go anywhere.
This hotel is quite good. Many government officials stay here when they are on business trips. The location is less than 5 minutes walk to the White House. The Treasury Department is across from the hotel. It is also only 5 minutes walk to popular restaurants in DC. The room is large and well lit with many windows.
The cleaning service was not timely and I had to call the room service to do it. The cleaning staff did not provide water glasses in time.

Washington, 10 Thomas Circle NW (in the centre) 🧭 Map
We stayed at this hotel over the weekend, and it was fantastic. We had a room with a balcony, and it was so convenient because we were right in the city center—just a minute’s walk from the White House, and a minute’s walk from downtown. It was perfectly located. But above all, the staff was incredibly friendly—they even allowed us a late checkout and an early check-in. The staff was just so kind.
The staff were friendly and respectful. Since we arrived before check-in time, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel. The hotel’s location and the view from our room were beautiful. Because the hotel is in the city center, we woke up a few times at night due to the sounds of ambulances and fire trucks, and room was little bit dirty there was a few hairs on the pillows . And decoration ,furnitures...
The location itself is great — very central to everything. However, the hotel is still under construction and does not offer room service. You also have to come downstairs to receive any guest or visitor at any hour of the day. The front desk will not call up or send them up, which feels unreasonable. I understand there may be security concerns, but it makes you wonder what the purpose of the front...

Check-in is slow, check-out is at 12:00 and check-in is at 16:00.
The hotel service is average, the room cleanliness is poor, and the TV does not work
Great location, clean hotel with good amenities and an enormous TV. Very comfortable stay.
There is something wrong with the bathroom design in the room. There is no door and water leaks all the time. The service staff doesn't answer the phone very often either. The location is very good and convenient It's also good to have a restaurant next to it
Old facilities and poor sanitation
The location is good, and the decoration has a sense of design. The sink is too high, the water pressure is too low, and the bathtub is very slippery and easy to fall

Washington, 1330 Maryland Ave, SW (in the centre) 🧭 Map
I booked a room at the Salamander DC for my mom’s birthday, and even two days after checking out she’s still talking about how it was the best birthday weekend she’s ever had. That alone made it worth it. The location is perfect, right along the Washington Channel by the Potomac. It feels calm and tucked away from the chaos of downtown, but you’re still super close to the National Mall and The Wharf...
Poor experience.  Our reservation was cancelled according to concierge upon our arrival, took two hours for baggage to arrive to the room. Food was so delayed at restaurant, as a nursing mother I needed a refrigerator and it took 1.5 days to receive one. Very disappointing experience.
I recently stayed at the Salamander DC for a quick one-night getaway. While the stay was perfectly pleasant, it didn't quite hit the 'luxury status' I expected from the marketing. The service was satisfactory and the staff were professional, but there wasn't that 'above and beyond' intuition you typically find at this price point. The ambiance felt a bit more functional than immersive—it lacks that...
I recently stayed three nights at the Salamander Washington, DC, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The room was exceptionally comfortable, especially the bed, which made it easy to rest after long days of sightseeing. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained, reflecting the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail. The food was outstanding, and I want...
Fu Service is average, food and desserts are average, environment is elegant, sanitation Facility is medium level, food and beverage service is too slow
The service is average. The shower items are not updated in time. It is very close to the Tidal Basin. It is the best choice for viewing cherry blossoms. It only takes a few minutes to walk from the hotel. You can see the Jefferson Memorial in the room

Junior suite was super comfortable and spacious. Location was great. Downstairs cafe had really good coffee and quick grab breakfast which was perfect for our needs and so convenient.
Great location. Lose to metro, walking distance to White House
The Dupont Circle Hotel was excellent — beautiful property with outstanding service and hospitality. Our only disappointment was with Trip.com. Although we booked three nights, we had to shorten our stay to two nights due to urgent work. Despite submitting two requests, Trip.com repeatedly informed us that the hotel was not agreeing, while the hotel confirmed that Trip.com handles such changes. As...
The food was absolutely delicious. The staff always went the extra mile and with smiles. Would go back in a heartbeat.
We had a great stay at Dupont Circle Hotel. Check in was a breeze, our room was very comfortable, very nice treats when we arrived in the room, and we much appreciated the black out blinds in the room. Breakfast was superb at the restaurant and the bar had fabulous cocktails. I will definitely stay here again.
I’ve been living here for a year and I’m really happy. The apartments are built new, the appliances are new and the amenities are great. Its very close to the red line which takes you all over dc and has a great walking area around. Its close to all the best restaurants, clubs and bars.

Disappointed cuz the room quite dirty as didn’t in a decade. Food not good. Bad experience. We never back
The room is very comfortable, low-key and luxurious, the bathtub, bed and quilt are very clean
It was a hotel that had everything, from a 5-minute walk from the subway station, to the friendly service of the front desk staff, to the spacious rooms. I was able to book it at a low price with Trip.com's Super Destination discount, and it was a more satisfactory stay.
There is a certain gap between the two
The location is very good, close to the White House, and in the area where luxury hotels in Washington are clustered. The surrounding area feels very safe. The room is quite large, the facilities are also good, and the decoration has a strong European and American style. It is very cost-effective
The water flow of the shower is a bit small and the water temperature is also a bit cold. Everything else is good.

It’s a old hotel all the accommodations is old and it’s very noisy
Very friendly staff very clean and very centric
The rating is quite misleading, if it weren’t for the room configuration for 3 people as two separate rooms, would not have booked here. Breakfast is terrible, skipped it completely and went elsewhere. No hair dryer, only one of the two shower heads worked (either too hot or too cold, impossible to get just right). Bedsheets were passable at best. Right on the street so it’s VERY loud, if you don’t...

The location is excellent for touring the city. The breakfast was okay , not many choices but served by staff who were attentive to details. The staff was great. The hotel is pretty good, just the room was a little bit small
Hotel service was great, there are basic toiletries provided but no room slippers (bring your own if you don’t want to step on the carpet). Overall the stay was great, the Queen room was of decent size but may be a little small for 2 pax. If budget is not a problem then go for King bed, the room is muchhh bigger.

1. Thieves: After charging the full amount to my card beforehand, they added a BS "destination fee" to the bill without informing me and charged my credit card. 2. Unsafe: The room door would not close all the way on its own. Housekeeping knew and did nothing about it.
Excellent hotel, central and no issues
Watch out for the type of room you booked and the cost, because they can overcharge you or give you a much smaller room than what you initially booked

The hotel is in a good location, with lots of nice restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean, and all the staff were friendly. Nice hotel, good location, helpful staff.
Overall, a stylish and comfortable hotel in a great location. However, the bathroom design could be improved — the door was hard to open, water easily leaked out during showers, and the transparent curtain made it feel less private. Still, the staff were friendly and the room was clean and modern.
The location and service at this hotel is really wonderful. The location is close to the white house and the national mall so most things are within walking distance. Also, the service is really excellent, the best I've had in a long time since the staff anticipates your needs. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Excellent service, beautiful hotel, great location
This wasn't my first time staying at the Conrad, but this was the only time the room wasn't cleaned. I had originally gone downstairs, but then I remembered and went to my room to change the "Do Not Disturb" button to "Green" for room cleaning. I wonder if they were short-staffed or something else? Later that evening, I returned to the hotel and asked the front desk for two more towels, but they took...
We spent a few days at the Conrad this past weekend, and the experience was truly memorable. The service was impeccable, the staff warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere vibrant throughout our stay. Special thanks to Will and Lauren for their outstanding...
Our first trip here and we were not disappointed! The staff were absolutely lovely! Room was good size, beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked very well. They accommodated my room request without issue. Downside was no pool and the restaurant on site was pricey and menu limited. Valet parking was great!
The Conrad is an absolutely exceptional experience. Every staff member we met was friendly. Aileen at the front desk was so kind and welcoming that I couldn’t help but write a review. Also, the property is clean, organized, and modern. The housekeeping staff is doing a great job. Only thing I wouldn’t recommend is the rooftop bar, the staff was kind, but most of the seating does not have shade.

Location is great and rooms are clean / relatively modern. Value for money is super. Air con is either too hot or too cold. Breakfast is alright but does not wow. Their mini and Snackbar is automated as soon as you Touch something it is billed which is annoying.
An un-extraordinary experience at an average hotel. It is very clean, though, so definitely an option for the night if you need one. Later: So, after finding that I'm being charged $81 over with no explanation why and no returning my call, I don't really think they need four stars from me. Location and cleanliness are great, but not with those prices and frustration!!

Loved this hotel so much 💖 it’s super chic and in such a great area. The vibe is warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in, which I loved. They have a cute little bar and a mini store for any last-minute goodies (so convenient!). The rooftop bar is definitely the highlight—such pretty views, especially at sunset ✨
Great location, and the self check-in/check-out process was smart and convenient. The room was spacious and very clean. Highly recommended.
I specifically booked a high-floor room on Trip.com, but I was assigned a low-floor room. There was an intermittent noise coming from the ceiling in the room I was given. After contacting the front desk, they quickly moved me to a different room and offered complimentary breakfast as compensation.
Not far from the subway station, it's a new hotel. The room is small but has all the practical amenities you need, and the cleanliness is pretty good. The surrounding facilities are a bit lacking; there's no convenience store. If you check in at night, you'll have to walk quite a distance to McDonald's to get something to eat.
The hotel is quite new and features smart controls throughout, operated by an iPad, which is perfect for solo travelers. It's less than a ten-minute walk to both the Aerospace Museum and the National Gallery, and the subway station isn't far either. The hotel is great, after all, it's the Ritz! The location is also very convenient, with a subway station right outside, shopping malls, restaurants, and bars next door, and taxis are easy to get around. It's very close to Reagan Airport, and a little further from Dulles Airport, but not too far either; a taxi ride would cost a few tens of dollars…
The rooms are spacious and clean. The lobby entrance is a bit small. Transportation is extremely convenient; the Pentagon City subway station is right outside the lobby, and it's only four stops to Washington, D.C. The Pentagon shopping district is nearby.

I stayed for a 1 night layover at DCA so appreciated the convenient shuttle service. The hotel staff, front desk and Bistro, were great. The room was large and clean. I'd definitely stay here again.
Staff in this hotel is usually terrible about operating. They almost always make mistakes (send two different booking to one room happened twice) inattentive and some of them can be rude. There are exceptions but 90% of the staff is the same. I am guessing is the corporate culture in this specific location. You need to pay for parking.
Everything was 10/10. Great stay! No complaints at all except how much the daily parking is, that itself is insane.
Clean rooms..polite staff.. environment was very relaxing and will come again
Didnt like that you had to pay $49 a pay for parking. Not sure if that was included when we were looking for hotels
I stayed at this hotel for a short time, but I really enjoyed it. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
