I stayed for a 1 night layover at DCA so appreciated the convenient shuttle service. The hotel staff, front desk and Bistro, were great. The room was large and clean. I'd definitely stay here again.

Staff in this hotel is usually terrible about operating. They almost always make mistakes (send two different booking to one room happened twice) inattentive and some of them can be rude. There are exceptions but 90% of the staff is the same. I am guessing is the corporate culture in this specific location. You need to pay for parking.

One of the best experiences ever. From rooms to dining and service. All were excellent. The hotel lobby is truly the anchor and has a grand sense of arrival. What an amazing experience I had. They only cons was the high priced valet parking and the bed was a little too hard for me. But when I say this is a must experience for yourself, it is. It's located on a street lined with embassies, and the atmosphere was nice, so I felt safe walking around. There are also many restaurants nearby. It's also conveniently close to a subway station. The facilities are relatively new, and it's located in the city center.

The room was on the small side but very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very nice and I actually had housekeeping everyday which is unheard nowadays. It is in a great location and around many restaurants and other POIs. I did not visit them but they had a restaurant in the lobby and a rooftop bar. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

I was placed in an area where their generator is located. And the lady was telling me prior to checking in that I will be put in a quiet place as I do zoom meetings, but I ended up in a roaring machine!

The location is absolutely fantastic, though you do sacrifice a bit of room space. It has a very 'Japanese hotel' feel – compact, yet perfectly equipped with everything you need. I think it offers great value for money for travelers.

The room was definitely very small, but beautifully designed. If you book for a weekend, be mindful that it gets very noisy outside, continuing late into the night. While the hotel advertises dry cleaning services, they actually don't have an on-site dry cleaning facility.

a 7 walk from nearest metro, a bit far especially with luggage. there is bus stop just outside the door but not frequent. the room was huge. there is coffee machine in the room which is great. some more a kettle which is rare! but the building is a bit complicated as they gave me one in the north tower which requires walking cross a basement carpark from the front desk to reach my lift lobby.

Location is walkable to Chinatown and nearby popular areas. The modern design is very nice and can be seen throughout the hotel. Loved the art throughout the hotel. Only downside was the mattress was on the firmer side, and the beds could have used extra sheets for us cold sleepers. Otherwise, it was perfect for a relaxing weekend gate-away to the city.

Great hotel with an excellent M Lounge and restaurant. Valet service is 50/50, the valet notification system is not consistent and may cause delays in having your vehicle ready. For $65 dollars a night, I would expect little to no delays and a valet request system that works.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times over the last ten years. There service is phenomenal! From the doorman, front desk, and room service cleaners, this hotel staff always works hard to make this a great stay. With the Metro Center stop on the same block, this is a great location for a family or someone on business that needs to walk/metro to and from major sights and frequently visited POI.

Alcohol is not included in the lounge service; it is available at an additional cost. The room is comfortable, but please note that toothbrushes are not provided. I was given a lounge access key when I mentioned it was my birthday, which I appreciated. The welcome drink was nice.
