Location was great. Walkable distance to the White House and lots of restaurants nearby. Room space was limited but enough for a comfortable night stay.

I stayed in a 12-person mixed-gender room. The bed was comfortable, but it made noise when I moved, so I couldn't turn over much. Many people were relaxing in the shared dining room and living room. The kitchen and eating space were crowded at breakfast time. I recommend going early.

Beautiful place with homey touches. Private room for when you need time to yourself and shared spaces for when you want to socialize. It is within walking distance of the zoo which is great for families. I stayed with my three children and would definitely go back as a family or solo. The Adam's Inn was a lovely visit. Our room was comfortable with a bed, a chair, and a sink. We had a shared bathroom on our floor with a nice shower and toilet. The room is hot, the heat is always running.you have to keep the window open a crack for relief. With the window open at night the sounds of cars and people partying is loud and hard to sleep so then you shut your window and it is now too hot. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The location is not far from the Gallery Pl-Chinatown metro station. The rooms are very spacious for Washington. Compared to the Fairfield Inn, which is also part of the Marriott chain and located close to the same station, this one is cheaper and the rooms are larger. I am not happy with the poor water facilities, as shown in the attached photo.

Quite a nice hotel. Good breakfast. We got around by car, so I can’t say how easy it would be otherwise. Driving in Washington is relatively easy. The front desk staff’s attitude varied—one was really nice, but the night shift person seemed a bit tired of their job. The parking garage was full, as were the outdoor spots. I didn’t want to pay $50 for a parking spot that wasn’t even available.

We booked two queen beds and a sofa bed for a family of five. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast buffet was free, and the $25 coupons for coffee, cola, and snacks were great. Parking was a bit expensive, costing about $60, but it was comparable to the parking rates at all Washington hotels.

Good location. Rooms are kept in decent condition. Hotel facilities are adequate. Gym is well equipped with new machines. The breakfast spread is impressive. The egg omelette section is managed by professional and experienced chefs.

The best hotel we've stayed so far as it was generous and had everything one needs - laundry, gym, excellent breakfast buffet, free all day coffee,great free wifi among others. Location is excellent and near all major attractions. Definitely coming back!

I was here for my loved one’s burial service at Arlington National Cemetery. This hotel staff didn’t know that, but they took such good care of me throughout my stay. Close to covention center. The room was clean. As shown in the pictures, it has a big sitting area and kitchen and a separate bedroom.

The iron was sort of damaged, and it affected my shirt a little. Also, water drips out of the shower and makes the restroom floor slippery. But management was supportive enough to let me keep luggage in breakfast room for extra 2 hours after checking out.

I only stayed for one night for meetings at the Convention Center so did not avail myself of kitchen facility but it appeared to be very well appointed. I could definitely see myself staying here for a longer stay. It felt just like a nice one bedroom apartment.

If you are looking for an apartment sized hotel room with out the bells and whistles …. this is the place for you. There is NO bar, NO restaurant and no other amenities but the LARGE unit makes up for it and you are across the street from other hotels in case you need the other amenities.
