It was a beautiful hotel with a stylish interior. We booked two rooms on Trip.com, but there was a problem when only one room was booked. We checked later and found that they had forgotten to reserve the room, but there was no apology, which was disappointing. We were made to wait another 10 minutes at the front desk, which was disappointing.
Conveniently located, clean room, quite reasonable price for the service provided
Cleanliness is a 4/5 because everything is washed, but there are stains and an unpleasant smell. Breakfast is a 5/5💚✅
Convinient location quite close to the airport in tashkent. Room was nice and clean.
There's no downtown area nearby, but it's clean. The occasional discount is a bit pricey, but I think hotel prices are all high compared to the cost of living in this country.
The receptionist can speak good English, thanks for the free upgrade cz only use the room for few hours b4 the flight 10mnts drive to the airport. Room is spacious. I got a headache due to the thick pillow

Comfortable and clean environment
Go outside and cross the street. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes. There are also many places with good value. The building is located slightly off the main street, so it's relatively quiet. The breakfast is decent. Of course, it's buffet style. Be sure to check if breakfast is included. The price for one night at the hotel is also reasonable. Highly recommended.
Very convenient location. Clean and comfortable room. Delicious and varied snacks. We will definitely return to this hotel again.
Nice hotel and clean area for stay i will reccomend for all ))
Didn't get off to the best start: I was given a room key that didn't work (twice), only to find out that the room I was supposed to be in was already occupied by an (understandably) angry young lady. Kettle also didn't work in the room (replayed very quickly). However, the room was fantastic. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The famous Plov restaurant "Besh Oqzun...
Stayed two nights only. Very quiet hotel situated off the main streets in a primarily residential area. Walking distance to a number of excellent restaurants, and just a few minutes taxi ride to the airport. Reception check-in and check-out was efficient, helpful and friendly. Had the buffet breakfast once and choice was good. Freshly ground coffee was a real treat as most places only offered...

Excellent stay — clean, cosy & delicious cookies! The room itself was quiet, well-designed and had a very comfortable bed. Everything worked perfectly — great water pressure, good lighting, fast Wi-Fi and quality toiletries. Soundproofing was also excellent, which made it easy to rest. Breakfast had a good selection and was constantly refreshed. I also appreciated the calm atmosphere in the dining...
We loved staying at the Aster. Very convenient for transport ( 30 mins, 20k som from train, and 15 mins 15k som to airport). In a quiet area on a quiet street yet 10 mins or so, walk to restaurants , cafes and bars. Walkable to Oybek metro , if you want to tour the subway stations. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent and a choice to sit...
The accommodations were very satisfactory and the buffet was delicious.
Breakfast was excellent and well worth the price. It's served individually when there are few people, and a buffet when there are more; each has its advantages and disadvantages. The hotel receptionists and housekeeping staff were very friendly, and I would definitely stay here again. Of course, Ctrip's service was also very good; they helped resolve the room change issue pleasantly.
Far from the metro. Overall, the room is spacious and clean. Breakfasts are delicious. They don't allow early check-in.
The hotel is incredibly well-designed, exceeding my expectations. There's a subtle, luxurious fragrance as soon as you enter, and every corner is exquisite. The breakfast is simple, but the presentation is beautiful and makes it look very appetizing.

Stayed for 2 days, everything was good, except the TV wasn't working. The breakfasts were average. There's a coffee machine. The pool is clean and always popular. The staff are friendly. Convenient parking. It's about a 15-20 minute drive to the city center. There are parks with entertainment within walking distance, like Magic City.
Delicious breakfast, freshly renovated, toothbrush and toothpaste, good shower accessories
This is a great hotel for a stay in Tashkent, especially when you've had your fill of traveling and want to unwind in a cozy place. It has a small, beautiful, and cozy relaxation area. We stayed in a suite on the first floor, which was very comfortable. We stayed in April and even managed to sunbathe and take a dip in the pool. The room was spacious, and everything was new and beautiful. On the fifth...
I liked everything. The breakfast was adequate. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly. Close to the airport.
A wonderful hotel, I was very impressed. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I was checked in an hour early, and the hotel was quiet, peaceful, and pleasant. Breakfast was delicious. All the interesting places to visit were just a short taxi ride away. I highly recommend it!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the room was quiet with an outdoor balcony. The airport transfer service was very thoughtful, and car rentals were convenient. The restaurant was clean with a good variety of dishes. All the staff were very polite, and most could communicate in Chinese. Five-star rating, I'll definitely book here again next time! A special thanks to Nikola Kovac from Suzhou for...
A 16-minute taxi ride from the train station, costing 32,000 UZS, drops you off right in front of the hotel (pictured in photo 2). Walk a little further in, and you'll see the hotel's exterior (pictured in photo 3). The entire building is clean and brightly lit, with an outdoor lounge area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering two bottles of mineral water and breakfast. The highlight...
1. Great hotel location, very close to the airport! 2. The hotel offers free airport pick-up. 3. The breakfast was plentiful. 4. Excellent service! We had booked a car through an app, but it never showed up, and we were about to miss our train. Manager Bai from the hotel drove us to the train station at top speed. He even offered to wait for us for a few minutes at the entrance in case we missed the...
The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to Seoul Street and Magical City, and it's not far at all. The breakfast is abundant, and the Chinese food is very satisfying. The room is also spacious.
Free airport pick-up, clean rooms, and beautiful surroundings. Opening the window offers a stunning view of the mosque. The owner, a Beijinger, is warm and generous. I wasn't used to local Uyghur food, and he helped me order takeout without charging extra. The other shareholders are also Chinese and assisted with currency exchange, sightseeing recommendations, and getting a taxi. It felt reassuring...
I probably saw too many glowing reviews and, since it's a hotel run by Chinese owners, I booked it for the convenient communication and airport pickup service. I emailed about the pickup, but a staff member named Xiao Liu informed me they no longer offered it and provided a number. I thought it was a phone number, but when I landed at the airport and tried to call, it wasn't a valid number at all....

As the name suggests this is well located in the centre of the capital and has the trappings of a good business hotel. Sadly the little details are missing. There were a lack of pillows and tv remote in the room and breakfast was pretty uninspiring.
The last stage of a tour of Central Asia , we stayed two sets of two nights here and enjoyed the Hotel. Rooms are spacious with good facilities and the Hotel is very convenient for the City, only 50 or so metres from the Kosmonaut Metro with its wonderful interior. The staff were very helpful, there is a takeaway breakfast for anyone leaving an early morning flight before the restaurant opens. They...
Thanks to the hotel's consideration, I had a comfortable stay.
I liked the hotel very much. Convenient location, near the metro. Very large room. We were delighted
Fantastic, modern, city centre hotel with spacious, well-appointed rooms. My room was huge with it's own bathroom and air conditioning. Great breakfast with fantastic choice and a basement spa available too. Everything in Tashkent is a short walk away and the city is green, pleasant, modern and safe.
The hotel is just one minute from the subway station, making it easy to explore Tashkent. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The milk porridge at breakfast is delicious. However, I was surprised by the nasty personality of one of the front desk staff, who was with a child. She frowned. It was intimidating... While tissues were provided in the room, they were as hard as paper towels. Non...

The hotel was very clean and the room was good but the breakfast was really bad the worst breakfast i ate in all uzbekistan until now
Just a 10-15 minute drive from the airport, this standalone building was easy to find. My second-floor room had a terrace with a nice street view. The staff were all very friendly. I had to leave before breakfast started on my second day, and they even packed a breakfast for me. There's a supermarket, a restaurant, and a liquor store downstairs from the hotel restaurant, so it's quite convenient.
The room was lovely. Corner room with balcony and very clean. Staff are helpful generally though one or two of the male staff are a bit surly and seem to only help reluctantly. Breakfast decent enough.
Beautiful hotel, this is the second time we stayed here ‘
Stayed at this hotel with my family for two nights. The room is nice and spacious with a clean bathroom and a small balcony also, the breakfast was also included and was good and satisfactory, there is also an indian restaurant in the ground floor, the location is also nice with bus stop very near to this hotel and also, the nearest metrol is also walkable from this hotel
If you traveling with your kid event the hotel write it’s free. Please input also on your booking. The hotel charges me more because i didn’t put my toddler on the booking even i order a double+single bed. For other service, location and room is good

The surrounding environment is quite nice, the room is also quite large, with hot water and air conditioning. The front desk can communicate in English, and breakfast is provided. The breakfast is a local Muslim restaurant specializing in local cuisine, and the jam is delicious.
The hotel is great, inexpensive, and in a great location.
Normal hotel. Clean. Breakfast is normal and varied
Nice city hotel, breakfast in a local cafe is poor
I've overnight stayed at my stopover in Tashkent. Very nice and cozy hotel in the heart of the city. The staff is warm-hearted and respectable. Clean room, all you need for traveling, and smooth check-in even though my flight arrived late at night.
The environment is very good. Friends who can accept reservations at this price should take the time to contact him. The location is very good. There is a beachside restaurant next to it.

This hotel is close to the airport and not far from the train. Hence it is good for transit. But be aware if you don’t like rock hard bed mattresses don’t choose this hotel. The breakfast buffet looked impressive but in reality was just okay in terms of food freshness and quality.
Very close to the airport and not far from the city center. Simple but clean, with a very good buffet breakfast. Overall, a great choice if you don’t plan to spend much time in the hotel and are looking for convenient, affordable accommodation.
I really liked the hotel. It's a cozy place. Nicely renovated. Very good breakfasts. Helpful staff. All the sights are reachable by taxi for up to 25,000 soums. I recommend it.
The front desk staff were very welcoming. The prices were reasonable.
A pleasant hotel in a good location in the city. It's close to the train station and airport, so easily accessible by taxi. The rooms are a good size, and the staff is friendly.

On the advice of a friend, we stayed here for a couple of days. Close to the airport, convenient location relative to places where you can eat tasty and hearty food. The rooms themselves are wonderful. The windows are wide, the...
Good hotel. Great location relative to the airport and main attractions. Helpful staff, will answer any question: where are the ATMs closest, where to eat pilaf and others. Nice little hotel for not really demanding people. Good location with close proximity to really good Uzbek (Caravan, Besh Qozon) and Georgian restorants (Gruzinskiy dvorik).

Great location, quiet, and beautiful. That's the biggest plus. The room was decent, everything was clean. The breakfast was pretty good with a magnificent view of the entire city. The toiletries in the bathroom came in inconveniently tiny bottles, and the slippers were the cheapest kind, falling apart on the very first day. What I didn't like was the service during check-in/check-out. The hotel staff...
The room decor is luxurious, comfortable, spacious, and bright. However, the mattress is uncomfortable and uneven, the pillows are hard, and the duvet is even harder. I suggest replacing the duvet and pillows. It would be best if the owner stayed for a night; then they'd know they made the wrong choice with the bedding!
Everything about T-City Presidential Hotel was perfect. The atmosphere, the amenities, and the hospitality were all 10/10. I enjoyed every second of my stay and will definitely be coming back.
We stayed at this hotel and were very pleased. The room was clean and cozy, the staff was polite and always ready to help. The location is convenient, with everything we need nearby. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. Excellent value for money, we'd love to come back!
The hotel occupies floors 24 through 32 of a larger building. I'm not sure about its official rating, but I would estimate it to be around four stars. Overall, the hotel is good, and the rooms are spacious. However, there’s no real lobby or café—just a restaurant on the 24th floor where I had breakfast. The breakfast was good. That said, the hotel needs more attention to room cleanliness, especially...

Very clean! Breakfast is good. But it could be better if they change the menu every other day. There's a free use of sauna and pool until 9pm. It's not so close to the tourists spot but a 15 mins or 20 mins walk wasnt a problem for us ( nature of our work). So it was walking distance to Seoul mun, Magic city, Dostlyk bogi. Make sure to bring cash with you in Tashkent. It's soooo much cheaper here...
It’s not within the usual tourist spot but need to walk about 20 mins to the Japanese Park
We stayed at this hotel on a Tripster "Golden Quartet" tour. The breakfast was average, the bed was comfortable. The quality of sleep was disappointing, marred by the humming air conditioner coming from the pool area. The room amenities were ok. Even disposable razors were included in the consumables.
Everything about the hotel was excellent. Clean, comfortable, the rooms are brand new, there's a pool (cold), and a good sauna. My complaint is about the reservation, or more specifically, the ability to change it. The initial reservation was for two nights, with check-in planned for the night. The flight was delayed by nine hours, which the airline notified us of three days in advance. Because of...

Overall, it was not bad. But there was no hot water in the shower.
Excellent hotel with pleasant staff. The restaurant is excellent and the food is delicious.
Good hotel, I've written reviews before, everything was great. The only thing is the TV isn't working. Also, be prepared to show your marriage certificate if you're with your partner, otherwise you won't be allowed to stay together. And if you want to invite a female friend over, that's also not allowed.
It was nice to stay and the location was good
The room was clean with pristine white bedding, and it had everything I needed. I walked to all the parks, and the breakfasts were substantial. The water pressure was also great, very strong.
We chose this hotel because it's not too far from the airport, as we were just transiting through Tashkent. We had a good rest; the beds were comfortable, and there was a TV and a kettle. The buffet breakfast was very decent and tasty.

Good location. The room is clean, the breakfast is good. Thank you.
We stayed for a couple of days in November 2025. Everything was fine: polite staff, delicious breakfast, warmth, a good bed, and we could find a movie to watch on the TV. After checking out, we left our luggage in storage. One major drawback was the strong smell coming from the sewer in the room. We could have ventilated it, but the days were quite cold (with freezing temperatures at night), and the...
A simple, basic hotel. It's located in a residential area, surrounded by private houses. It's a 30-minute walk to Tashkent City and a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. We left the hotel at 5 a.m.; at our request, they made sandwiches for the road instead of breakfast.
The room was on the first floor, not very large but sufficient, and basically all the amenities were provided, including basic toiletries, towels, slippers, bottled water, etc. The air conditioning had both heating and cooling functions, although there was a brief power outage in the middle of the night. Breakfast was served at 7:00 AM, convenient for catching the train. The food wasn't as plentiful...

I'm satisfied with all my booking flight and for deals that I find only thing I don't like it for some airlines that don't provide at least some free water and snacks.
A quiet hotel not far from central Tashkent. Staff were very helpful, especially Asila (I hope I have spelt her name correctly).
