The room condition is good, and dry cleaning is available. The breakfast is delicious too!
Good view of the pool from the window, but the bathrobe had holes. The breakfast portions were small. The front desk staff were good and responded quickly to requests. Housekeeping is by request – if you ask, they'll clean; if not, they won't. A solid three stars.
Simple hotel with great asian breakfast
Excellent service, staff, interior and exterior design, delicious Asian breakfasts, a convenient location, and a lovely inner courtyard. Overall, everything was great, I highly recommend it to everyone. The only minor issue was that the TV wasn't working.
A good hotel: clean, tidy, and pleasant. Situated in a private area, it's quiet. Nearby are a supermarket, Seoul Street, and Magic Park. Delicious Korean-style breakfasts; don't expect porridge, pancakes, fritters, or fried eggs (although they can make the latter). There's a pool in the backyard.
A very quiet location not far from the city centre. Sahzada on the reception a very kind person ready to help you with any questions. Thank you Sahzada🙏

Beautiful hotel, clean hotel, very good service, beautiful and clean rooms, pleasant atmosphere, hotel in a quiet location in a good neighborhood, the hotel staff is very kind.
The rooms are nice, quite new and overall clean. The beds are hard though. The breakfast is small, and even though the food itself is fine they aren’t doing a proper job serving it. For example, on the first day of our stay there we was no water in the boiler (and no water at all for that matter). Had to ask for soap at the reception (there was none in the room when we arrived). The worst part was...
First of all, I would like to note the warmth and friendliness of the hotel staff, who are always ready to help. Cleanliness and comfort in the room, there are all the necessary toiletries, a kettle, a refrigerator. Good, hearty breakfast. At the reception, every day they give a bottle of water to each guest. Located close to the city center, you can walk on foot. I recommend it, the price-quality...
Rooms were clean and properly equiped. Breakfast area too small. Would appreciate cleaning the room during the stay.

New apartments, 100% clean, everything new, including furniture and appliances. All amenities are available, including personal hygiene products and robes. The hotel is very conveniently located in the very center of the capital, yet still has a quiet and peaceful courtyard. The apartments are extremely quiet and peaceful. The best value for money! I recommend it.
Disposable toothbrushes and toothpastes are not replaced, and there is no comb. The quilt is probably not changed. The three of us had skin allergies the next day, so we immediately changed hotels. The price is not cheap and does not include breakfast. There was a power outage at night. The kitchen facilities are just for display and cannot be used.
Excellent apartment, recently renovated in good apartment building. Parking available. Air conditioners work perfectly. WiFi is stable. Safe and quiet. Front desk is on premises and very responsive. Next building is Marriott Hotel with a very good restaurant (I highly recommend their lamb ribs) and a good coffee, so you don’t need to go far to eat or drink. Small grocery store is also in the building...
We were passing through Uzbekistan. We needed somewhere to spend the night. Very good apartment for an overnight stay. Close to the airport, everything is new, clean, quiet, comfortable.
It was one of the best places i ever stay with privacy, comfort like home, quite and huge space with big room sizes for 2 bedroom apartment. Mr Omar (our host) was quite accesible, helpful and always respond on time whenever we need anything. If you have family or planning to stay with friends i would recommend this place as one of the best in town. Also this place is near to airport, accesible to...
Very good apartment. It was sanitized before we checked in the room. Great people and great service! Big thanks to the guy who helped us, Omar!! I recommend

Great hotel, the receptionists were very kind, will definitely come back!
We did not stay at this hotel, but we would like to leave this feedback to thank the young reception staff, Mr Shox. We arrived in Tashkent for the first time at around 9:00 pm. The taxi dropped us at the wrong hotel, and we mistakenly came to this one. As a Malaysian–Australian family, we were lost late at night. Mr Shox was extremely helpful and provided us with a lot of information, and he spoke...
We had an amazing stay at Home Boutique. We stayed initially 2 nights and were back again for 4 nights at the end of our time in Uzbekistan. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Timur and others always welcomes us with a smile and offered lots if useful advice of what to do, where to eat etc. They allowed us to leave some of our luggage until we csme back 2 weeks down the road. The hotel only has...
Really liked staying here. The rooms were very spacious and it was close to the city center. About a 10min walk to the subway. There’s a really good Uzbek restaurant right next to it that’s open 24hrs a day.
I had a wonderful stay at Home Boutique Hotel in Tashkent. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly makes you feel at home. The breakfast was excellent—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to start the day right. What really stood out was the service. The manager, Timur, was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay...
Home Boutique Hotel is a true gem! Cozy, stylish, and very comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotless, and the location is perfect — close to attractions but quiet enough to relax. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

The B and B was decent, it got the job done. The breakfast was alright and the room was okay.
We stayed at the hotel for one night. We were placed on the first floor, right next to the reception entrance. Consequently, people kept trying to enter our room by mistake all night, apparently confusing it with the reception desk. Please put up additional informational signs for guests! You can hear everything happening in the hallway. Breakfast was included in the price, but there was none! We arrived...
We loved everything! We even booked a second night at this hotel. It's reasonably priced and the location was super convenient for us.
People at the reception are the most accommodating. Breakfast is very nice and very generous. I will definitely comeback.
Nice place to stay and near in the airport, what I don’t like is the sink is next to the bed they must put it outside because when you try to wash your face, the floor will be wet, better put it all together to bathroom
A budget friendly hotel. Clean and cozy.

I stayed here for a long time during my trip to Tashkent. I was very satisfied with the affordable price. The room was a bit cold because of the chilly weather, but the breakfast was delicious. I'll visit again next time.
The room is a bit worn out, and the towels and bedding have stains.
Pros: polite staff, decent breakfast (you definitely won't go hungry), not far from the airport. Cons: The room was cold, I had to ask for a heater. On the second day, there was a small flood in the bathroom while I was out. As a result, there was an unpleasant smell from the sewage, and white residue on the floor, walls, and toilet. I asked to be moved to another room, and they didn't refuse.
The hotel is good for the price, and the breakfasts are tasty. I only stayed one day.
A fantastic hotel! The receptionists contacted me on the day of my arrival, confirmed the address, and gave me directions. Upon arrival, they helped me carry my suitcase up to the third floor (there's no elevator) and gave me recommendations on where to eat national cuisine and the nearest market. They upgraded my room to a triple room instead of a single room, promising to upgrade my accommodations...
The hotel is certainly suitable for a one-night stay, but it's not very pleasant. The laminate flooring in our room was severely damaged, with huge cracks, suggesting there had been a flood. In the morning, a terrible smell emanated from the bathroom—clearly something wrong with the plumbing. Water dripped nearby all night. It kept me awake. There's no refrigerator or tea bags in the room, but there...

ITS A COMFY & BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO STAY IN
I booked this hotel, but after the reservation was successful, it told me it was fully booked and I had to stay at another hotel. This is the first time I've encountered this situation in all the countries I've traveled to! Even if that weren't the problem, the other hotel is Novza Palace, which is fine in all aspects. The problem is that I paid the deposit online through Ctrip, and they kept explaining...
Super hotel. Friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, soft beds, everything in the rooms is what you need! They specially prepared breakfast for us at 6 am! It was very nice that when it rains you can take umbrellas and there is parking.
We do not regret choosing this hotel! Despite the fact that the service and quality were at the highest level only recently opened. Separately, I want to thank Nozima for being very attentive and polite and the rest of the guys are cool. We'll be back again
Clean and comfortable stay. Staff is very kind and helpful.Nozima n Hasan at the reception very polite n welcoming the guests with smile. Mohira n Otabek at the restaurant ready to serve you.good hospitality. Rashida Hakim.

This hostel is located in a quiet residential area, with numerous restaurants and supermarkets in the Mirabad district. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach the underground station, though depending on your route, you'll pass Bon!(cafe) and Korzinka(supermarket) along the way, which is convenient. Dormitory rooms are the main accommodation, though there are about three private rooms. The clientele...
This is a hostel & budget hotel. I stayed there on my first night in Uzbekistan - and also on my last. I had a small private room (the same one both times!) with a shared shower in the corridor. A large, tasty breakfast was included. The cost was 206,000 Som/€16.43 per night. The staff were superb. There is both an indoor & outdoor common area, with free water and hot drinks. There is a kitchen...

This place is amazing—so comfortable and clean, I felt right at home for a whole month! But what truly makes this hotel special are the owners. They are incredibly accommodating, super approachable, and genuinely cool. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place feels very homey and welcoming, making it easy to relax after a long day. The owners, Maya and Adil, are exceptionally hospitable, always ready to assist and ensure guests are comfortable. This hotel is truly a gem! The place is cozy, warm, and feels just like home. The owners are incredibly kind and hospitable — they make sure every guest feels welcomed and cared for. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, peace, and genuine hospitality.
I am very thankful to owner of the evita ,he is the great person of the world because we spent too much time with him,he is very helpful and loyal person,we spent here almost 5days ,they provide all useful things free wifi, water and etc, the room is very clean the washroom is too good, I appreciate all the staff of the hotel, thank you so much 🙏
Lovely people. The hosts speak good English and they went above and beyond in ensuring that our stay was comfortable. They adjusted breakfast timing based on our arrival, provided us with the kettle when we needed it, invited us to dinner with local friends at their table, and were flexible in checkout time and accepting USD. Can't recommend this place enough.
Location is excellent and the hosts are very welcoming. Rooms are comfortable. Highly recommended.

The hotel is completely no-frills. Basic rooms with hard mattresses. A window overlooks the courtyard. The only positive I found was that it feels like you're staying in an apartment; you don't have to enter through reception. Other than that, I couldn't find any positives. The price is 7,000 rubles per person per night.
Reasonable price, large rooms. The wifi is weak and unstable, the shower is bad, the water does not go away, and the sink leaks on the floor. In the evenings, you can perfectly hear music from neighboring cafes. The windows do not let in light.
I had the rooms (two stays) on the street corner with a balcony. Nice, but you definitely hear the traffic (which winds down around 10:30/11pm.) Smart TV with microphone enabled remote (helps with YouTube searches). Nice tub/shower. One room had three twins, the other four (which was not so good because there's really no space between the beds). Refrigerators worked and we're not loud. Same with the...
We had a good (but not perfect) stay at Meros, but I give four stars as the good service largely made up for any hotel shortcomings. The hotel is part of Art Hotel, which houses reception. The building location on Google Maps says Leader Hotel - there might have been a name switch (building signage is correct) or Google Maps might just be wrong, as is often the case in Uzbekistan. Positives: good...
A very good hotel, the location is a bit "peculiar", but there is everything you need within walking distance: from shops to restaurants for every taste. Rooms are spacious and prices are affordable. Definitely recommend to those who are on a business trip, on business...
