Great hotel. Rooms are clean and nice. Equipped with fridge and electric kettle. Extra sets of toiletries, slides. Staff speaks english and russian. You can pay for hotel in dollars, euros or local currency. There is a ok breakfast and iron for ironing clothes downstairs. I have no complaints - very nice hotel

Good choice for value. I stayed here for 2 nights in December. Room was located right under the roof with a triangle window. It was cold in the room (+17) but extremely hot on stairs (+25). A guy on reception was lying about bad gas provisioning from the city (and that 's why it was cold in the room), really there were no even heating radiators and this was the only reason. Comfortable Rooms ,free WiFi, the property also provides a terrace as well as an indoor pool. Guest rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. There are some stains in the sides of the beds. Also, bathroom has some insects (spider and a mosquito). Breakfast was poor. There are much better hotel options in the area.

The rooms are so big and the shower is so nice, and it is clean. We stayed only for 1 night and the staff were so helpful answering all our questions. The hotel is located in the center and the metro station is only a few meters far.

The hotel is new and the interior is fresh, but clearly the management needs to climb the learning curve rapidly. Some things in the organisation doesn't make sense, and there is a need to repair and maintain the premises better and train the nice staff

Excellent hotel, brand new, everything is there, the Internet works fine, air conditioning, perfect cleanliness. It is 6 km from the center, you can take a taxi, it is inexpensive in Tashkent. Near the hotel there is a cafe, a veranda, a quiet place.

It is a very good hotel, the rooms are comfortable and modern, the most important thing is that the hotel is located in a quiet area and close to the city center. The hotel staff provided excellent service and were very polite and kind.

Average cost. If you staying during Summer then my opinion is no! Because their air conditioning is very poor! You can’t sleep at all during summer. So keep in mind if you don’t like hotter weather & don’t want a sweaty night!

The hotel rooms were new, but there was a slight formaldehyde smell. The hotel consists of two buildings, with a 24-hour car detailing shop between them, which also emits a pungent odor. The round-view rooms face into the community, where many houses are under renovation, resulting in some construction noise.

Check-in was difficult; the front desk and guest rooms were not together, parking was inconvenient, and there was ongoing renovation.

This is the best accommodation in Tashkent. The facilities, cleanliness, and location are all excellent. The staff are friendly. The facilities are better than most pensions in Korea. It's well-equipped with an induction stove, washing machine, large refrigerator, and oven. The RM Mart on the first floor is nice, and the surrounding area is quiet and clean. The room was fantastic, spacious and clean. It had a washing machine and a clothes drying rack on the balcony, so clothes dried quickly. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing for self-catering. The only downside was the price of the included breakfast, which was delicious. There's also a free gym!

The staff were friendly, but they were a bit annoyed by all my questions. They simply answered all my requests verbally and didn't fulfill them. The room facilities were poorly maintained, and the shower overflowed. The spa was supposed to open at 10:00 AM, but it didn't open until check-out time, so I wasn't able to use it. Overall, however, I was satisfied with my stay.
