sweet and helpful employees, this hotel feels so calm like in my very own house, had a tasty breakfast here too
Very good and well maintained rooms. The breakfast was also really good. The host was very kind and responsive. Even though they were not comfortable with English, there was no communication issues. Experienced good hospitality.
I'm satisfied with all my booking flight and for deals that I find only thing I don't like it for some airlines that don't provide at least some free water and snacks.
A quiet hotel not far from central Tashkent. Staff were very helpful, especially Asila (I hope I have spelt her name correctly). The room was good value for money, and the bed was comfortable, with a decent and much-needed AC unit. A few minor repairs would improve things: the bathroom light switch kept falling off, the toilet seat was detached, and the toilet itself was not securely attached to the...
Great for the price, transfer from the train station was great, nice new SUV's to fit our luggage and family. First night the room by the entrance was given which really gets loud as late as 2 am as guests talk loudly when walking by and hang out by the front entrance, not the owners fault but I did ask to put a sign to remind guests, however I requested to switch to another room upstairs and they...
Very good. The boss is a local and very enthusiastic.

Average hotel for the price locstion is nice. But they need to put more efforts on cleaning.
I stayed in the hotel for few nights but cleaning was so so and room get too much noise from other rooms or corridors. Breakfast was okay for the price.
Room tv wasnt working.
There were hairs on bed and toilet floor.
Ac wasnt working.
A retro hotel in the truest sense of the word! The rooms are incredibly spacious!
My stay at Retro Palace was a pleasant and memorable experience overall. The hotel offers a charming blend of classic design and modern comfort, making it a great choice for travelers who appreciate a unique atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and eager to assist with any requests, which immediately created a positive first impression.

The front desk staff were incredibly patient, and the room was clean and tidy. It was a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely be back next time!
The room had incandescent lights. As always, it was clean and the front desk service was excellent.
It was convenient to have a 24-hour front desk, allowing me to rest between flights. The bed was comfortable, though some might find it a bit firm. My room had a window facing a quiet courtyard, and there are also windowless options available. The breakfast was sufficient, offering porridge, eggs, vegetable salad, and various local pastries.
On the downside, there was no water in the area, so I couldn...
This hotel is located in a residential area, so it offers great value for money. What I liked most was that the staff were very welcoming and provided excellent service. They even recommended a really delicious restaurant to me.
Great place—quiet, calm, clean, delicious breakfasts. My room had a balcony. I booked it for a day, as I was transiting through. It's close to the airport, 4 km. A taxi is only 150 rubles.
Great and clean place with breakfast services, its cheap also.

Rooms are ok,but no phone calls for room service and breakfast is poor too
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s the perfect choice for travelers who are looking for a mid-range budget without compromising on comfort and quality. The rooms are spotlessly clean, well-equipped with everything you might need, and designed to make you feel right at home.
What really makes this place stand out is the amazing staff — always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything...
On the first day, I had a generally good experience, and the facilities were reasonably priced for the price. However, the situation became increasingly unacceptable. The room was completely soundproof, and the newcomers next door were noisy and loud in the middle of the night. Even after I brought this up with the front desk, they didn't address the issue. The staff are completely hired from outside...
Great little hotel for a couple of nights. Enjoyed use of the pool and steam room. Only thing was my room was slightly tight, and I didn’t have any water in there - but overall, great stay and lovely staff.
The hotel is very clean, and the front desk staff is very attentive. Although the communication language is not fluent, they still explain it to us patiently. Thumbs up.
Excellent hotel that assisted me with sim card and also exchange currency at a decent rate when the bank was closed. Friendly, clean and located in an excellent location. Restaurants, grocery store and mall all within walking distance. Stayed for 15 days and was an excellent stay. Breakfast was prepared daily and they even stayed open beyond the 10am time for late sleepers. Will def. stay here again...

The room was more spacious than I expected, the bedding was very comfortable, and the hygiene details were excellent. The location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and quickly brought nail clippers even in the middle of the night. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the food tasted good. I'd suggest adding a shelf in the bathroom...
Close to Tashkent Airport, a good clean and cozy hotel, with a perfectly acceptable price.
The hotel is super! We stayed for 5 days. It's located in a quiet area, 10 minutes from the airport, with all necessary amenities nearby: 15 minutes to the metro, bus stops close by, and about a 10-minute taxi ride to the city center. The staff is very polite and courteous. The room was clean, tidied daily, and had everything we needed. The hotel itself is very well-maintained with a pleasant interior...
All good!!! Good staff! Friendly workers!
Pleasant hotel with a light breakfast (unlikely to fill you up though). I had two issues – first, the key wouldn't open the room, but that was sorted out. Then, I found the AC wasn't working, but I was too tired to deal with it at that point.
They took quite a while to inspect the room after check-out.
Bear in mind that the price does not include the tourist tax.
The place where you want to come back again. Clean and fresh rooms. So welcoming staff. Breakfast is fresh and delicious.

The location is excellent, with a store nearby where you can grab something for evening tea or a snack. It's less than a 20-minute walk from the Aybek metro station, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.
The breakfasts are decent, with fruit, Uzbek sweets, and dried fruit.
The downside is the sewer smell in the room, and the sink and shower have a single faucet. I don't know if this...
The location is excellent, close to the airport and station.
There's also a grocery store and ATM nearby that's open late, making it convenient for travelers.
The facilities are old, but they're cleaned thoroughly every day.
The staff were very kind, and even handed mineral water to my Japanese friend who was visiting.

A very nice cozy hotel. Located downtown Tashkent but in a quiet neighborhood. Stayed there for two weeks with my family and two year old son - our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Service at the hotel is perfect. Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms are clean and spacious. They have a very nice green area next to the pool. I would definitely stay there again.
Stayed for a couple of weeks in August when we first arrived in Tashkent. Rooms ok, service ok, Internet works, food nice (good Thai salad) and outside pool area a great place to chill and have a beer.
Top hotel. Modern and cozy rooms with extraordinary bathroom. Friendly staff, good bar and great outdoor pool area. Absolutetly recommended. Thank you
The room facilities were good, but the bathroom ventilation was poor. Even with the fan running, there was still a lingering odor.
The breakfast room's decor was pleasantly surprising, with its simple yet distinctive black and white paintings. I spent a long time admiring it.
Best place in all our trip in Uzbekistan. A great team managing an excellent renovated hotel. Highly recommend the luxurious room with living area. Also the food at the restaurant is very good! You won't fail staying here during your days at Tashkent
I chose this hotel because it was relatively close to the airport since I had a domestic flight the next day. It was fine for just taking a shower and staying the night, and the hotel staff were friendly. I forgot to pick up my accommodation registration form, but after I left the hotel, I requested it via WhatsApp and they sent it to me as a PDF right away, which was a great help. As with other hotels...
Good afternoon. We booked this hotel for two days. When we arrived we were greeted warmly and placed in a room. The rooms are clean. The bed linen is snow-white. The breakfast is delicious. And the price is reasonable. Next time when we come to Tashkent with our family, we will certainly stay at this hotel.
Good location, closer to the airport. Staff was great - one helped me to get a taxi to the airport for an early flight. Thr size of room is decent. My room faces the busy street and the window didn’t close tightly so I could hear the traffic noise.
The receptionists are very welcoming. It is best to go to breakfast quite early because the buffet is not replenished. The rooms are simple; we were surprised by the lamp above the bed (1.2 m diameter lamp which is phosphorescent and does not turn off). This is very annoying for people who like to sleep in the dark. The nearest metro station is Novza station: it is a 20 to 25 minute walk from the hotel...

This hotel has potential but needs big improvements! Breakfast lounge and breakfast near to poor and terrible. The whole breakfast situation can be improved exponentially. The staff at the reception, the ones who could speak English were super welcoming and super nice. Definitely a great point for that. I stayed here one night, and it was a great hotel. I don’t understand the bad reviews because all of the staff members were very kind and friendly! Although we have stayed here on two previous occasions, after our last visit, we will not stay here again, and we will not use Reikartz hotels. They do not honour longstanding bookings and will move guests to sister hotels in less convenient locations without notice. You can do better than book here. Uzbekistan is a great and hospitable country and Tashkent have .any great hotels. We hope to return

Overall, this is a decent hotel for a short stay – our four-night stay left a pleasant impression. The hotel is in a great location – a bus stop is nearby, and the metro is no more than a 15-minute walk away. The staff is very polite and welcoming, and they diligently carry out their duties. The best thing about my stay here was the help I recieved from Ibodilloh, the guy at reception. When I arrived I was flustered and needed to pay with a combination of currencies. He made that happen smoothly. Then I needed a cab at midnight for an early am flight. He coordinated that and had the cab roll up, right on time.
High 5 to Ibodilloh.

Nice, quiet hotel. Children's mattress, but I like those. The water in the toilet cistern was a bit noisy, but maybe only in my room. Breakfasts did not seem particularly fresh, fruits and vegetables were a little stale, but overall you can eat something

The hotel people are kind and supportive, food is tasty; it is our fourth stay in this hotel.
Everything was perfect. The pool was clean and very suitable for children. The rooms are very clean. They bring new water, tea and coffee every morning. The cuisine is mostly Chinese (we loved it)

The room ewas big and very clean. The staff was good. The breakfast wasn't in our taste was more for Asian people.
soundproof needs to be improved which is a bit annoying in the morning.
Fantastic hotel! They offer airport pick-up and drop-off services. The rooms are spacious, and the owner, who is Chinese, is very accommodating. It's a great option for those looking for a comfortable rest near the airport. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the rooms are very clean.
Hotel was clean and has a good location if you want a quiet area away from the hustle of the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have vendo machines and a really good restaurant too. Wasn't able to post much photos as we were dead tired but good thing the place helped us to be well rested.
Not far from the airport or high-speed train station. You can arrange airport pick-up with the owner, and they'll send a car to pick you up after you land, which is very convenient. The hotel isn't on the main road, so it's quite quiet at night. I had an early train the next morning, so I missed breakfast. It's a shame because, from what I read in reviews, it's supposed to suit Chinese tastes.

The hotel is located in a quiet area; we reached the city center by taxi/metro. The room was clean and comfortable.
The only thing I would have liked was more hangers in the room.
Everything was great. The room was very large and had everything you need. The bathroom was clean, with no signs of rust, mold, or anything like that. The breakfast was varied, as is typical (pancakes, porridge, sandwiches). The only downside is that the address is incorrect. We arrived at night and wasted time. Locals helped us and drove us to the hotel.
It's good value for money; it has basic amenities like toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer. The only downside is the lack of an elevator, but it only has two floors, so climbing the stairs isn't tiring. The staff speaks fluent English.

The mattresses were very firm (maybe that's just a personal preference), and the bathroom in our ground-floor room had a strong sewer smell. This hotel is really just for a one-night stay, nothing more.
The hotel is located on a side road with easy access to the train station. Rooms are generally tidy and the staff are friendly. Barhat Hotel - is a very good option for business traveller. Nice location, clean room, helpful service. Absolutely great quality/cost rate. I used to stay here few years ago, so Barhat improved since then. Highly recommend
A nice, pleasant hotel. Friendly staff. The downside is that they limit their daily bottle of water, and you can't even buy one.
I arrived late at night and checked out early the next morning, so I only slept there for one night. I don't know much about the location.
The hotel itself has the feel of a cute, small Parisian hotel. Perhaps because I arrived late, I was given an attic room on the third floor, which also had its charm. The lady at the front desk was really warm and kind, and when she found out I wouldn't be in time...
