The room is spacious and the bedding is comfortable. The bath towels and hand towels are very soft and clean, making them very comfortable to use. The breakfast is very local, with a wide variety of fruits and nuts
They also have a small plunge pool with poolside patio bar
Lovely small boutique hotel in a quiet area but near to city centre and all major sights. Also very convenient for the airport and railway station. The staff spoke perfect English and were helpful, kind and professional
We got a small suite which was cozy and intimate and was very well maintained. Cleaning was of a very high standard. Breakfast offered a good range of choice with coffee made to individual taste
Extremely clean room although is mostly basic. Maybe they should add some plugs more because if you need to plug chargers near the bed, you must unplug the light… not very convenient for me
For business trip I definitely recommend the place. My favorites the laundry service very tidy and fast and helpful front desk. The place is in the center but still very quiet
The location is very downtown, and the internet celebrity shop is bon! It is in the community behind the hotel, and it is very convenient to go to major attractions and bazaars. The front desk speaks very good English
The hotel is generally quiet and beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the service is excellent. I stayed there for about 10 days, which is why I have such a wonderful impression of the hotel
It is decorated in the style of Soviet veteran cadres in the 1990s. The facilities are relatively old but in good working order
I didn't encounter any problems. Thank you to all the staff there
It's clean and has good air conditioning, but the gym is old.
One of the best options to stay in Tashkent, great staff!
The facilities were excellent, and I had a very relaxing stay! The breakfast, in particular, was fantastic with a wide variety of options, including local traditional sweets
Everything was clean, tidy, and the staff were very polite. I'm happy with my choice!
The complimentary bottled water was also a nice touch for travelers
The room itself is quite decent. The linens were clean and odorless, and the mattress was very comfortable. There's a kettle, soap, and a toothbrush with toothpaste. The value for money is excellent
The hotel is clean and cozy. It has everything you need. There's a washing machine. The rooms were clean. The receptionists showed us everything; they're great. I recommend it to everyone.
Decent hotel. However, the breakfast was meager and Wi-Fi was only available at the reception. No Wi-Fi in the room.
Special thanks to Ulugbek! Always friendly, helpful, and just a great guy! There's also a sauna and mini-pool—free of charge! The hotel, as it turns out, is located on the most popular street in Tashkent, also known as Champagne Street, and the best restaurants are right there
Fabulous property: extremely welcoming, hospitable, highly professional team and receptionists are quite fluent in English & ready to assit in any possible way; nice, spacious, soundproof room with all the amenities; supercomfy bed, quite A/C, small but very useful fridge, free bottled water changed/replenished daily; amazing bathroom: spacious and well-equipped; an excellent courtyard with roses...
On the downside, there is no elevator, so climbing upstairs with a heavy bag can be a challenge; likewise, going to the car, one has to cross a courtyard with stairs, which is another challenge; the floor in the room is covered by a thick carpet, so one may find moth in the room, which is aminor drawback though
The location is great: situated on what the locals nickname the Drunken Street, the hotel boasts absolute safety, while plenty of eateries and bars can give one a one-stop-shop experience w/o leaving the neighborhood (a traditional local restaurant nearby is highly recommended)
The room had all the amenities: toiletries, tea, instant coffee (but brewed coffee was always available in the breakfast area), a kettle, and bottled water was always provided according to the number of guests, with more provided if we needed more
Comfortable beds, big bathrooms in italian style (nice showerheads). Beautiful front yard with traditional beds to lay on. In the surrounding area of the hotel you can find several restaurants, bars / lounges
¡El baño tampoco era "emocionante"! ¡Pero! ¡Lo repito! El personal está más allá de todo elogio. ¡Un empleado hablaba chino! Me parece que es una habilidad única, especialmente para Tashkent
A good hotel if you need all the amenities. Location is good, breakfast too. Of the minuses, only a hair dryer in the room, which is impossible to dry your head. Everything else is on the level.
Oh, and the price of an air-conditioned room (which works perfectly!!) was never, never, never, and it was 30 💶 euros. Las habitaciones están, por decirlo suavemente, "cansadas"
Very! And the price for a room with air conditioning (which works in the summer!!), a refrigerator, a shower, and a bed was 30 💶 euros. The rooms were, to put it mildly, "tired
Very! And the price for a room with air conditioning (working in the summer!!), a refrigerator, a shower and a bed is 30 💶 euros. The rooms are, to put it mildly, "tired"
" The bathroom was also not "exciting"!!! But! I repeat! The staff was beyond praise. One employee spoke Chinese! I think this is a unique skill, especially for Tashkent
Probably the best hostel in Tashkent. The buffet breakfast is amazing. A good selection of freshly made and healthy options. The room has AC and there is a pool and good sized common area
Everything was cleaned consistently and their is on-site secure parking
Lovely quaint hotel around 2 1/2 miles from the railway station and 3/4 of a mile from the nearest metro. Very attentive staff, nice little breakfast and a decent room. Certainly excellent value for money.
Friendly and helpful staff, the Wi-Fi works perfectly, and there are no bunk beds in the dorm rooms :) it's a really social hostel too, a lot of backpackers/ travelers stay here
It's in a quiet neighborhood, not close to most attractions in the city but public transport is accessible (the nearest Metro is about a 15 minute walk away)
The location of the hotel was perfect — close to major attractions, yet in a quiet area that allowed us to unwind peacefully
Beautifully designed hotel. Suitable for traveling with friends. Delicious breakfast and clean rooms. They gave us a room with a balcony. We liked it very much. In general, we liked Tashkent. A touristic and safe city
Was great ! Had many good times in there and finally customer rep helped me cancel a wrong bedroom
First room I got was spacious! I slept really well too! Staff was friendly and assisted in many ways they could!
Very good breakfast. Reception was very helpful and speak good English
Amazing new hotel in Taskent from Accor group, service is very good, close to the airport, train station and city centre as well. The breakfast has plenty of options. The hotel also has 2 indoor swimming pools.
Highly recommend this hotel! The restaurant area is beautifully decorated, making every meal feel special. I also loved the courtyard and the overall exterior of the hotel—it feels very premium and well-maintained
Also, very good service from the crew, especially Makhmud, helped us for double checking our train station for 20min, really enthusiastic, warm and patient!
Highly recommend this hotel
The staff were professional, and the location is great. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Tashkent!
Thanks to him, I will have very good memories of this trip. I would definitely like to visit again
Really good experience in this hotel with clean room and delicious breakfast
Nice ambience close to city life and Next Mall and Seoul Mun and of course Magic City for fantastic hang out. All staff especially Mohi and Elbek were very cooperative. Value for money and highly recommended
There was decent room heating, a hot water kettle and despite an issue with hot water in the bathroom, that got fixed when we brought it to the staff's notice. A good place to stay if you have a limited budget!
Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The location is convenient, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the room was large with all the necessary facilities. The breakfast could use some improvement.
It's walking distance from a nice pizzeria called Moscow Pizza, and there's a good Korzinka The room was quiet, well kept and had a nice touch of purple velvet
One of the least expensive rooms we could find for our short stays in Tashkent, and honestly it's great value for money
Also they provide Airport pick up service which was hassle free with Mr. Sabir who was very polite and amazing guy
My room was beautiful, with real wood floors, and a wooden chest of drawers. I had a large tiled bathroom all to myself with a walk in shower and a tub. The rest of the premises also have wood floors, parquet or panels
My stay at this new hotel was fantastic. The location is perfect and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making my stay even more enjoyable
The kitchen had plenty of seating for the filling breakfast you could order. In addition there was a common area with a lovely large table and more wooden cabinets
The location is very convenient for the airport, and not far from the center of the city either. This would be a nice place for an extended visit to Tashkent
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great experience!
It's in the central part of the city (not far from the TV tower), yet on a quiet street. The nearest metro station Bodomzor is a 15-min. The nearest supermarket is a 5-min. There are plenty of places to eat within 15 min
Very convenient ✅
Good price 💵
Nice service 🙂
Thank you, we will definitely come again 🤝
Nice hotel close to the airport. The swimming pool (with separated men-women timetables) is really nice. The only thing is the exchange rate they apply on the payment. Be careful with it.
The toilets by the gym/pool were filthy (there was also no soap by the toilets)
A few examples (there were lots) include; room doors opening outwards rather than inwards, splashes of paint left on the floor, hallway carpets not fitted properly and rising, the drain in our room had been cut so badly it was comical to see The hotel needs to have higher standards with the workmen as it will impact customer perception
Taking fresh egg orders would be an improvement and having more western breakfast dishes would be appreciated. The gym is good but needs one more bench for free weights and more weight plates
Cons: The AC machine in our room was far too small for the room meaning we were always so hot. Our room overlooked some bins and had no view. The breakfast was so bad by western standards
Positives: free airport pick up, staff were polite and tried to help when asked. The location is good being 15-20 min car drive from the centre. The gym is also large and modern
The SPA, swimming pool, and fitness center on the upper floor are superb. I would also like to especially recognize Maroon by Novikov Group for its outstanding cuisine, stylish ambiance, and wonderful live music
I would also like to highlight the outdoor swimming pool with a bar on the 12th floor and a beautiful view of the city, as well as the small but very pleasant Executive Lounge
As a frequent guest of various Hilton brands including DoubleTree, Hilton Garden Inn, Conrad, Waldorf Astoria, and Hilton Resorts across Europe and Asia, I was sincerely impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the entire team
The hotel atmosphere is elegant, welcoming, and thoughtfully curated in every aspect. The rooms are beautifully equipped and highly comfortable, while the Executive Lounge provides an excellent premium guest experience
My recent stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Tashkent exceeded all expectations. Despite being a newly opened property, the hotel already demonstrates exceptional standards of hospitality, service, and attention to detail
The hotel opened only a couple of weeks ago, so I was especially interested to see how the team is performing at this early stage. From the very first minutes, the hotel left a very positive impression
No lift but they carried my luggage to 3rd floor. Help me with locations, exchange money. Hotel is beautiful, new toilets, metro is 10 minutes walking. You can enjoy the hotel terrace plenty of flowers
15 minutes walk from train station and subway
12 min taxi to the airport
Breakfast was the worst I had in Uzbekistan
Pools and sauna are paid separately
The room was huge and clean
The area around doesn’t have many shops or restaurants
All the amenities (shampoo, soap, hair dryer, disposable slippers, water) were provided, which was nice. The shower had hot water and no problems with water pressure. Breakfast was also satisfactory
My flight was significantly delayed and I arrived at the hotel around 3:30 a. , but the staff helped me check in right away, which was very helpful
However, we encountered a slight problem upon arrival: unlike what Trip. com suggested, it wasn't possible to have three people in the same room
Excellent hotel! I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bedding and blankets were fresh and spotless. The overall hygiene and cleanliness standards were excellent
I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious and offered a good variety of options. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers
The staff were friendly and professional, and the service was great throughout my stay. The room was equipped with air conditioning and a TV, both working perfectly
