Very good hotel located in nice neighborhood with good restaurants. Hotel is clean, WiFi is fast and breakfast is excellent. I would recommend it if don't need hotel near metro station.

I did find the mattresses a bit stuff but I believe most of them in Uzbekistan are like that

Towels and slippers provided, along with a padlock and key for dorm lockers. Breakfast is good, Anvar and his staff are efficient and polite. Great choice!

I stayed in the 5 bed dorm room and was lucky enough to be the only person in my room on my first night! All the staff were extremely helpful and kind - I had to leave quite early in the morning and they insisted that I had breakfast before leaving (even though it was before breakfast was ready!)

You need to walk a little from Kosmonavtlar Station. But other than that, it's a great place to stay. Clean sheets and beds, relaxing sofas and chairs, toilets and shower rooms that were spotlessly cleaned every day

The subway station is about a 10-minute walk away, but the location is good. There's also a supermarket nearby. Even though I arrived late at night and left early in the morning, the staff were very accommodating

Breakfast was also prepared early, which was helpful. The room was a dormitory, but it was spacious, and the large, lockable dresser was a plus

The shower and toilet were located a short distance away on the same floor. The surrounding area gave the impression of a quiet residential area. Urumqi North Station is 4km away, and the airport is 5km away

I really liked this family hotel. There can be no question of cleanliness and convenience. I was here for 3 days. I will definitely come again in the summer. Thank you for your hospitality

Nice quite hotel, worthy of price

The administration is top notch, the prices are quite affordable, the breakfast is buffet style, the pool is also excellent from the photos and it is nice that the pool is also included in the price of the room.

The management is very helpful. The rooms are okay, nothing special, but nothing bad either. The location is great, centrally located, and the price matches the room

All the other reviews are irrelevant to me, as I didn't notice any problems with 90% of the negative reviews. They seem to have fixed them, well done :)

Been to four hotels for the same price and cheaper this one is the worst because of the noise of the neighbors from all sides watching TV until 12 at night

Pros: buffet, no road noise is heard, the administration helps on any issue: they move to a free room and bring furniture if desired

In the morning I left the keys for cleaning, I come in the evening nothing was cleaned. There are no shelves in the closet

Very good hotel. 2 Pools, hammam and sauna (though that last one might be closed in the warm summer months). Great atmosphere and VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. We had a very nice experience overall, I truly recommend!

I think that for the price we paid, GC was a gem of a place. They had a swimming pool, Sauna, steam, gym and breakfast included in the price. I think it was an absolute bargain. I am coming back soon

It had been amazing stay here we stayed from 22nd Jan 2024 till 24th Jan 2024. We had a very warm welcome by Tymor the next morning had amazing breakfast and then through out our stay we had a great service

The service attitude is good, but the hotel environment is very poor and the hygiene is not very good.

The location is in a safe and leafy neighborhood, only a short way from the airport. It is quite a walk to the nearest metro, but some things to do nearby like the Museum

Wonderful and helpful owner Ilhom. Good price for a decent and simple hotel in a quiet location. The Underground is 10 minutes walking distance. There's a shop opposite for any basic needs .

Just nice, decent facilities for normal prices. I don't get the idea why some people put 1 or 2 but in this place there are the best things that you can get for the money required

There is no drinking water in the rooms and no safe (nothing was stolen though). The soundproofing is nonexistent - you can hear people from the hall and since the reception is there it means you can hear everything

The shower is leaking, the pressure is low and there is no way to fix the shower head to the wall - it simply does not reach the holder. The washbasin is tiny - it is hard to wash your face and brush teeth

I can expect it for a 2-star hotel, but they claim to be three stars, which is well beyond my understanding. It is cheap though and it does have a 24h reception desk

My flight was delayed, and the hotel owner waited for me for over an hour, helping me with my luggage. A Chinese person in my room helped me with booking a ride and addressed my travel concerns

Besides being good, the boss is Chinese and very enthusiastic. He even picked us up at the airport and sent us to the airport. He is so enthusiastic. I hope Chinese people will come to this hotel.

The lady boss is very welcoming, the buffet is very cheap, the hotel includes free breakfast and free airport pick-up and drop-off, it's very affordable, suitable for business trips and travel

Many hotels in Tashkent accept cards, that's obviously was lie. Rooms are clean, bathroom is new and shining, floor in the bathroom was warm with pipe heating underneath. Linen is also clean and fresh

Housekeeping staff does not refresh toiletries on a daily basis, we used up our toothpaste, soap, drinking water etc on the first day and none if it was refreshed for the remainder of the stay

A guy on reception was lying about bad gas provisioning from the city (and that 's why it was cold in the room), really there were no even heating radiators and this was the only reason

The hotel is actually very well located, its 9 kms from the airport, close to the metro, close to few tourist spots, lots of nice restaurants and supermarkets at walking distance, etc

Comfortable Rooms ,free WiFi, the property also provides a terrace as well as an indoor pool. Guest rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

The rooms are so big and the shower is so nice, and it is clean. We stayed only for 1 night and the staff were so helpful answering all our questions

The hotel is located in the center and the metro station is only a few meters far

Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. There are some stains in the sides of the beds. Also, bathroom has some insects (spider and a mosquito). Breakfast was poor. There are much better hotel options in the area.

The toilet seat in my room was chipped—nothing major, but definitely something they should fix. Thankfully, the water didn’t smell off, unlike my previous hotel. Also, there’s no bidet so keep that in mind

Breakfast is served from 7–10 AM, and if you want variety, show up early. I went down around 8:30 AM and most of the dishes were already gone. Taste-wise, it was good—simple but filling

Would I stay here again? If location isn’t a top priority or if I had business near this area, absolutely. It’s great value for money and felt like a comfortable, well-run hotel

There’s a big Korzinka supermarket next door and an amazing local restaurant right beside the hotel called Lagmanchik No. 1 (highly recommend the lagman noodles and kebabs!)
