The tub was raised off the floor. it was dangerous to get in and out of the tub to take a shower. The shower hose leaked water all over each time it was used. The bed was a king bed but it was very uncomfortable
Beautiful place for stay. Big and specious rooms. All facilities. Free hot and cold drinking water. Complementary breakfast. Staffs are very cooperative. Good behaviour with a smiling face.
Super hotel, great room. I recommend it to everyone. Good shower, soap, shampoo, everything is there.
The photos are outdated here. This hotel is very nice and renovated. I liked it. Recommended.
A little TLC and this would be a great place to stay!!! Not horrible just needs some care
Everything was as expected, nice. Very responsive stuff.
Free Wi-Fi, a sauna and an indoor swimming pool are features of this hotel. It is located only 200 metres from Universitet bus stop, which offers connections throughout Tashkent city.
It's perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. Bathroom: a full set of towels. Shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion. However, the shower head holder didn't work. The stall has several settings, but everything worked
The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities. The hotel is very clean throughout, and my room is spacious with everything that i needed
Breakfast was substantial, and suited all tastes. The hotel is quiet, and is situated near to numerous restaurants, and a main supermarket, and within easy walking distance from the Markets
I stay here for a week in the month of November to enjoy the Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and I am very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel
We would highly recommend a stay at this hotel. I would definitely stay there again!
Dental cleaning kits are also provided. The room includes robes, slippers, a hairdryer, a flashlight, a sponge, and a shoe brush. Safe
There's a TV, but I didn't understand how to use it

I advise everyone! A very good hotel, one can even say at the highest level!
I give 10 stars out of 5 hotel staff you are great, thank you very much!
Now I will only stay at this hotel!
Very close to the airport, clean and comfortable to stay at.
It's quite close to the airport. There's a gym on the basement level, perfect for a post-work workout. And the small balcony on the sixth floor is definitely worth checking out for the views.
This was our first time staying at a hotel, so there is nothing to compare with. But the desire to "repeat" - appeared. There were eight of us (three generations) - everyone liked it.
Good hotel. A full breakfast, clean comfortable rooms, high-quality finishing materials, friendly intelligent staff. Leaves positive emotions from living.
I can recommend the hotel for a stay in Tashkent. The hotel is located in a quiet side road close to the centre and less than 10min walk to Minor subway station. The hotel seems to be quite new and well maintained
Rooms are convenient and clean. Breakfast is ok, quite typically for the region. Great to have a sauna and small pool to relax. The staff is very friendly and helpful
I booked a junior suite for one of the exhibitions I was attending and although the room was exactly as shown in the pictures I found many problems. The room that I was allocated had a problem in the front door locking
That was awesome, we were in winter, I really loved it, everywhere is clean cosy pleasant, the staff is expreamely polite, and also the pleasant smell in the rooms just it! The breakfast was so good That I gues I will remember it for quite a long time, for breky was everything you want, and of course that is for free! I swear of I get a chance I will go there one more time! But it is little expensive...
Although it would lock but you had to push the frame outside to do so. I am a person who likes to stay in the room most of the time and one of my main reasons to book the hotel was that it had a bar
Unfortunately the Bar only served coffee and tea (to my astonishment) so I had to go out to get a drink. The restaurant within the hotel did not have an extension number with the room
Featuring a garden, GRAND ART PREMIUM HOTEL is set in Tashkent. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and room service, along with free WiFi.
Finally, a reminder: you don’t need to check the card to get electricity, but there is a power switch for all the sockets in the room at the door, together with the light switch~
Stayed here for 2 nights and would highly recommend it to anyone! The staff are incredible - always very helpful and will go out of their way to help and give advice
Top hotel. Modern and cozy rooms with extraordinary bathroom. Friendly staff, good bar and great outdoor pool area. Absolutetly recommended. Thank you
Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. They have a very nice green area next to the pool. I would definitely stay there again
Stayed for a couple of weeks in August when we first arrived in Tashkent. Rooms ok, service ok, Internet works, food nice (good Thai salad) and outside pool area a great place to chill and have a beer.
Arrived at 3am from my flight and hadn't warned that I would be a late check in - was greeted by name at the door and quickly checked in. In the morning, had a pleasant breakfast and enjoyed the lovely outdoor area
Thank you to the handsome young men at the front desk for their friendly hospitality! (Especially the one named Timur, whose English was excellent!) The Rekaz Khan Hotel has a great location, convenient for taxis and buses, and a 15-minute walk to the metro station
The Rekaz Khan Hotel was my first stop in Uzbekistan, and I stayed there for several days. I had a very pleasant experience. I was delighted to see Beijing time at the front desk
Great location and clean.
Hot water takes a while to run.
Cleaning staff takes used towels and doesn't return them.
ATM, supermarket, and restaurants are right outside.
Everything was fine, the location, the room, and the cleanliness. We arrived at 9:30, since on vacation you don’t want to get up so early. There was already little food, apparently they weren’t fussing towards the end
The hotel rooms are bright, simply yet beautifully decorated, and clean. The large bed was just the right firmness for a comfortable sleep, the shower water was hot, and there was a large bathtub for soaking
It has everything you need: wardrobes, tea and coffee making facilities, a TV, a refrigerator, and toiletries. The breakfast selection is adequate, but the quality of presentation is somewhat limited
Everything was perfect. The pool was clean and very suitable for children. The rooms are very clean. They bring new water, tea and coffee every morning. The cuisine is mostly Chinese (we loved it)
Thank you so much ❤️
Clean hotel and friendly receptionists and waiters. Breakfast are good and variety of choices. Unfortunately only room wifi are working and not in restaurant and kitchen
Unforgettable stay with the nicest staff. I will recommend this place to anyone visiting Tashkent.
The hotel people are kind and supportive, food is tasty; it is our fourth stay in this hotel.
A nice and convenient place when catching early flights from the Tashkent airport.
Clean and quaint rooms. Good and hearty breakfast buffet as well
The most memorable example - I withdrew money from ATM to pay for our stay and was charged with fee, and the reception staff was so kind to reimburse that fee. It was a very pleasant gesture
The hotel is located in a quiet area; we reached the city center by taxi/metro. The room was clean and comfortable.
The only thing I would have liked was more hangers in the room.
The room was very large and had everything you need. The bathroom was clean, with no signs of rust, mold, or anything like that. The breakfast was varied, as is typical (pancakes, porridge, sandwiches)
The only downside is that the address is incorrect. We arrived at night and wasted time. Locals helped us and drove us to the hotel
It's good value for money; it has basic amenities like toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer. The only downside is the lack of an elevator, but it only has two floors, so climbing the stairs isn't tiring
No help or concierge to carry luggage up to the 2nd floor. Doesn't give a feeling of cleanliness. Towel thrown for washing on the floor was kept back on the shower recess for re use
Sarvinoz from Sofiya hotel has amazing English skill and also speaks very well japanese! we couldn't speak language in Uzbekistan so she help translation for our tour which is not include service! I'll come back again!また来ます!最高のサービスを提供してくれましたとてもやさしく親切です!日本人の観光の人にも紹介したいです。ぜひ訪れてみて下さい!
Well done on Sarvinovz being a great manager. She seamed to be the heart for the place. All the staff members are great and they nailed the first impression matter. They even accommodated late night check in
The market was about 20 minutes away, and I only had yen on hand. I think the exchange rate at the bank about 5 minutes away was 80 yen. At around 14:00, we were given free lunch
The staff was the best ever!! Incredibly sweet and helpful. Sara (manager) is the absolute best person…. But the entire staff is incredible. The breakfast was great too
There was a street view on the third floor, and the sound was not noticeable if you close the window. More than anything, it was nice to be able to see the sunrise
When I checked in, the female staff at the front desk was smiling and I thought it was a little early, but she handled the procedure with a smile

I really liked it. We rested as in Europe. The staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are just super, clean and comfortable. Separate thanks to Dara for the varied and delicious dishes. 👍
Hi! I will be brief and straightforward. A boutique hotel of oriental stile, well maintained by a charismatic couple. Place of absolute tranquility, silence, and home atmosphere
Very good family guest house with the cozy rooms and entire interior, styled in Uzbek folk motives. Moreover, they have beautiful garden with the pools and outside pavilion
Highly recommended for those looking for an escape from urbanistic stresses, and everything is provided for that. I can hardly identified any drawbaks: just complete list of “pros ”
It also has sports and other activity facilities, like internal pool with artificial water stream, desk tennis, gym room etc. Excellent choice for both job and family leisure trips
Our hosts are beautiful people and accommodate every need. It is like they are sharing their home with you The whole guesthouse makes you feel relaxed. The rooms are spacious, most have balconies or patios
We stayed 4 years ago. It was good service and so clean rooms. Good staff
Had a great time here. The service was well. The breakfast was ok. I think serving more hot items like chicken or pancakes would finish it. Now it was cold. The workers were always helpfull.
I recommend only breakfast
The rest of them do not deserve its price
I thinks this is a best budget class hotel in tashkent very friendly employers and this was my 2 visit to this hotel and of course I'll recomended u to choose this place
We got the suite for 80USD and a standard room. The gym had allready seen its best time. The "Spa" area (Finnland, Steam, Pool) gets really crowded on the weekends (open to the public)
Good hotel close good restaurant.
The staff is very friendly, the pricing is excellent, and the breakfast is very good. The rooms are a little dated, the furniture is worn, and you’re not able to control the temperature of your room yourself
But overall this is a solid choice for an affordable stay in Tashkent
Nice hotel but not crowded one ..less electricity issue
This is a great combination of luxury and affordability. The hotel is brand new and has a clean, modern appearance. The bed (king) is super comfy as are the pillows. The staff is both friendly and professional
I love this place! I've been there for the first time, in Tashkent as well, and everything was perfect. Clean, comfortable room, great breakfast, and friendly and helpful staff 👍 Much appreciated!
Swimming pool and gym were also clean and tidy
Bahadır, is a wonderful person who always prioritizes the comfort of his guests. The hotel is located very close to the city center, with easy access to many Turkish and Uzbek restaurants nearby
Great place to stay! Their room size is surprisingly spacious and equipped with all necessities. Staff is really cooperative too. Breakfast buffet was full of fresh and variety of food everyday
We were very happy with our choice and came back there after visiting Samarkand. Would gladly come back next time we come to Uzbekistan and definitely recommend to friends ❤️
A shoutout to the cleaning lady on Level 2, Gula (I may have misspelled her name terribly) but she was so sweet and friendly!!!
The breakfast buffet was a good selection of pastries, hot food, salads, sweets, cooked eggs in order and coffee
😃 Easy access by taxi, 10mins walk to Tashkent train station. Shower room good water pressure, comfortable bed, basic needs is good. No need keycard for life 🥲Need charge for swimming pool and sauna
Maybe we were lucky with the noise but there were no loud construction noises at night, or too loud nightclub noises. The beds were very comfortable, a bit high for my short height but very very comfortable
The room was huge and could easily fit another double bed. Loved the huge size very much after nearly a week travelling and staying in smaller rooms. The staff were also very helpful and friendly
Stayed on our business trip at the beginning of November 2024. Special thank you to housekeeper Ms. The breakfast for the first 2 days was wooow with cauliflowers and broccoli 🥦 😋 😍
I was a little worried reading some of the reviews after booking the hotel. However, I have really enjoyed our stay here and do recommend
We love this hotel, and stay here often. Praga is very flexible with check in and check out times, which is very helpful when navigating the late night and early morning flight arrivals amd departures
Excellent guess service, beautiful and clean rooms, comfortable, extremely loving and caring staff,Kosher food catering with top and knowledgeable Mashgiah and delicious meals
Their breakfast is always perfect
The manager who helped me and guided me with my personal questions
Positive staff welcomes you when just enter to the hotel especially the receptionist “Kamila” who has really good skills dealing with people is professional on her job. Thank you guys for enjoyable stay in the hotel !
Good boutique hotel with all the basic facilities, little away from centre. Staff was helpful. Room was kept very warm during winters. Breakfast was very basic.
The hotel has a lot of amenities. The service was great and the people are very friendly. Javohir was very accommodating and welcoming. Ulugbek gives a very exquisite service. Our stay was comfortable thanks to them
Although the room for one guest is very small (when compared with European hotels). Usually such small single places came across to me in hostels. The room is clean, white linen. Three towels, bathrobe, slippers
The room is comfortable with all the necessities we need, as well as shaving kit, shoe polish. The room is clean, even the comfortable smells good. The water pressure is good and the temperature is constant
I really enjoyed my time in this hotel. Beautiful building, great amenities, quiet neighborhood surrounded by great restaurants but the best was the service. Very proactive, friendly and kind staff
An excellent hotel where you want to come back again. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. attentive staff do their job perfectly, breakfast is also included. the prices pleases the person
Working in a room will be problematic due to the lack of a full-fledged table. Wi-Fi is present, the quality is the same as in Uzbekistan, each floor has its own router with a single password
