The tub was raised off the floor. it was dangerous to get in and out of the tub to take a shower. The shower hose leaked water all over each time it was used. The bed was a king bed but it was very uncomfortable

Beautiful place for stay. Big and specious rooms. All facilities. Free hot and cold drinking water. Complementary breakfast. Staffs are very cooperative. Good behaviour with a smiling face.

Super hotel, great room. I recommend it to everyone. Good shower, soap, shampoo, everything is there.

It's perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. Bathroom: a full set of towels. Shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion. However, the shower head holder didn't work. The stall has several settings, but everything worked

Breakfast was substantial, and suited all tastes. The hotel is quiet, and is situated near to numerous restaurants, and a main supermarket, and within easy walking distance from the Markets

I stay here for a week in the month of November to enjoy the Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and I am very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel

Dental cleaning kits are also provided. The room includes robes, slippers, a hairdryer, a flashlight, a sponge, and a shoe brush. Safe There's a TV, but I didn't understand how to use it

Very close to the airport, clean and comfortable to stay at.

It's quite close to the airport. There's a gym on the basement level, perfect for a post-work workout. And the small balcony on the sixth floor is definitely worth checking out for the views.

This was our first time staying at a hotel, so there is nothing to compare with. But the desire to "repeat" - appeared. There were eight of us (three generations) - everyone liked it.

I can recommend the hotel for a stay in Tashkent. The hotel is located in a quiet side road close to the centre and less than 10min walk to Minor subway station. The hotel seems to be quite new and well maintained

Rooms are convenient and clean. Breakfast is ok, quite typically for the region. Great to have a sauna and small pool to relax. The staff is very friendly and helpful

I booked a junior suite for one of the exhibitions I was attending and although the room was exactly as shown in the pictures I found many problems. The room that I was allocated had a problem in the front door locking

That was awesome, we were in winter, I really loved it, everywhere is clean cosy pleasant, the staff is expreamely polite, and also the pleasant smell in the rooms just it! The breakfast was so good That I gues I will remember it for quite a long time, for breky was everything you want, and of course that is for free! I swear of I get a chance I will go there one more time! But it is little expensive...

Although it would lock but you had to push the frame outside to do so. I am a person who likes to stay in the room most of the time and one of my main reasons to book the hotel was that it had a bar

Unfortunately the Bar only served coffee and tea (to my astonishment) so I had to go out to get a drink. The restaurant within the hotel did not have an extension number with the room

Finally, a reminder: you don’t need to check the card to get electricity, but there is a power switch for all the sockets in the room at the door, together with the light switch~

Stayed here for 2 nights and would highly recommend it to anyone! The staff are incredible - always very helpful and will go out of their way to help and give advice

Stayed for a couple of weeks in August when we first arrived in Tashkent. Rooms ok, service ok, Internet works, food nice (good Thai salad) and outside pool area a great place to chill and have a beer.

Arrived at 3am from my flight and hadn't warned that I would be a late check in - was greeted by name at the door and quickly checked in. In the morning, had a pleasant breakfast and enjoyed the lovely outdoor area

Thank you to the handsome young men at the front desk for their friendly hospitality! (Especially the one named Timur, whose English was excellent!) The Rekaz Khan Hotel has a great location, convenient for taxis and buses, and a 15-minute walk to the metro station

The Rekaz Khan Hotel was my first stop in Uzbekistan, and I stayed there for several days. I had a very pleasant experience. I was delighted to see Beijing time at the front desk

Great location and clean. Hot water takes a while to run. Cleaning staff takes used towels and doesn't return them. ATM, supermarket, and restaurants are right outside.

Everything was fine, the location, the room, and the cleanliness. We arrived at 9:30, since on vacation you don’t want to get up so early. There was already little food, apparently they weren’t fussing towards the end

The hotel rooms are bright, simply yet beautifully decorated, and clean. The large bed was just the right firmness for a comfortable sleep, the shower water was hot, and there was a large bathtub for soaking

The most memorable example - I withdrew money from ATM to pay for our stay and was charged with fee, and the reception staff was so kind to reimburse that fee. It was a very pleasant gesture

The hotel is located in a quiet area; we reached the city center by taxi/metro. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would have liked was more hangers in the room.

The room was very large and had everything you need. The bathroom was clean, with no signs of rust, mold, or anything like that. The breakfast was varied, as is typical (pancakes, porridge, sandwiches)

The only downside is that the address is incorrect. We arrived at night and wasted time. Locals helped us and drove us to the hotel

It's good value for money; it has basic amenities like toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer. The only downside is the lack of an elevator, but it only has two floors, so climbing the stairs isn't tiring

No help or concierge to carry luggage up to the 2nd floor. Doesn't give a feeling of cleanliness. Towel thrown for washing on the floor was kept back on the shower recess for re use

Sarvinoz from Sofiya hotel has amazing English skill and also speaks very well japanese! we couldn't speak language in Uzbekistan so she help translation for our tour which is not include service! I'll come back again!また来ます！最高のサービスを提供してくれましたとてもやさしく親切です！日本人の観光の人にも紹介したいです。ぜひ訪れてみて下さい！

Well done on Sarvinovz being a great manager. She seamed to be the heart for the place. All the staff members are great and they nailed the first impression matter. They even accommodated late night check in

The market was about 20 minutes away, and I only had yen on hand. I think the exchange rate at the bank about 5 minutes away was 80 yen. At around 14:00, we were given free lunch

There was a street view on the third floor, and the sound was not noticeable if you close the window. More than anything, it was nice to be able to see the sunrise

Very good family guest house with the cozy rooms and entire interior, styled in Uzbek folk motives. Moreover, they have beautiful garden with the pools and outside pavilion

The kettle still had stains and rust. And the cup was also dirty. The location wasn't that great except that it was close to Koreatown.

We got the suite for 80USD and a standard room. The gym had allready seen its best time. The "Spa" area (Finnland, Steam, Pool) gets really crowded on the weekends (open to the public)

The staff is very friendly, the pricing is excellent, and the breakfast is very good. The rooms are a little dated, the furniture is worn, and you’re not able to control the temperature of your room yourself

This is a great combination of luxury and affordability. The hotel is brand new and has a clean, modern appearance. The bed (king) is super comfy as are the pillows. The staff is both friendly and professional

Maybe we were lucky with the noise but there were no loud construction noises at night, or too loud nightclub noises. The beds were very comfortable, a bit high for my short height but very very comfortable

The room was huge and could easily fit another double bed. Loved the huge size very much after nearly a week travelling and staying in smaller rooms. The staff were also very helpful and friendly
