We stay just one night. For Andora, was okay. The best thing was the rooms, big size. The restaurant was okay, breakfast was okay. The worker try to do the job. The pool , the parking was located outside from the hotel. Was not a room service. The rooms with clean, and spa was good. In a general , was good for four stars hotel.

Set just outside the main city, perched on a calf- and thigh-burning hill (a breeze on the way down), this hotel turned out to be a lovely surprise. The setting offered a peaceful escape from the bustle, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout my stay.

A lovely hotel right in the center of town! The rooms are a little dated and a little noisy because we can hear every other person in the hotel flushing the toilets in their room, it's still a great place to stay!

Nice location and clean rooms (if not a bit dated). They advertise parking (but when for the night we stayed there was no space available, they didn’t seem to care that one of us had a broken leg and couldn’t walk). They advertise all day room service (the menu in the room says „snack all day, kitchen open 13-22:45”) but when we called at 18:30 they said the kitchen was closed. Little issues ultimately...

Great value in a great location. Our room was a little small but very clean, quiet and comfortable. Well situated, mere steps away from the famous Pyrenees Department Store. We were given a 10% off coupon for that institution at check-in. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The Best I've seen in the EU. Well worth the price. Highly recommended. I'd be happy to stay here again.

Good hotel and good location. The restaurant is a fantastic experience that must be visited. Beware of the parking: whilst it is one of the lowest priced parking in the area (€19.50/day) it is one of the hardest places I've had to drive in and out of. On our last day we decided to go to a different one, 8 minutes walking, but worth it.

Great location in the shopping district! Has a mini fridge. Keep in mind no electric kettle or coffee machine. Clean rooms, and nice cool AC.

We have a nice premium family room on the 5th floor. Room was spacious. Only set back was the elevator reaches 4th flr & you've to climb up the last flight of stairs especially dragging big luggages. Service is good. Location is awesome....center to lots of food outlets, shopping! Pyranees is just opposite.

Receptionist here is super helpful and this is the same to the rest of the Staffs. Breakfast is a bit late , it is from 8:00-10:00 . I have Spa booking starts at 9:00 Bedroom is comfortable with Air Conditioning on . Basic amenities. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Slippers are not provided so bring your own .

Hotel room on the street side is very noisy. You can hear the cars as if you were outside. In the morning at breakfast at 9:45 am no more bread, no more drinks, no more pastries... while the service is until 10 am!!! To avoid!!

The room was ok - lights are weird and don't all turn on. The breakfast was terrible - condensation pooling in the eggs when opening the platter - a bacteria haven!

I booked through Booking, which states the hotel offers parking. Technically it does, but not for free but through a deal with a parking garage next to the hotel for 24€(!) per 24 hours. I have amazing experience with this hotel! Location is just amazing, two steps from the Main Street, near all shopping places, restaurants and grocery stores. Room is not very new and maybe needs some refreshments but the bed is great, good shower, nice balcony. Breakfast is fine. I’m really looking forward to come back to this hotel

Clean hotel with great staff and central location. Has a buffet breakfast too. Only downside was the rooms didn't insulate noise very well and has bad acoustics. We were woke up almost every night by kids running down the hallway screaming.

The location is more than perfect, on the other hand the whole hotel was clean and quiet. It’s best to take taxi to hotel if you take bus to Andorra or else you have to walk steep uphill ! Hotel got 10% discount voucher for Pyrenees mall which I used for perfume and bags .

An excellent, classic hotel. The facilities are all new and spotless, and it even has a swimming pool. The location is also superb, just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Here's a tip: when you exit the station, remember to take the elevator to the square; it will save you a lot of walking to reach the Valley Lodge.

Conveniently located near the bus terminal and the main shopping/dining area. The facilities and amenities were perfectly fine. It offers a significantly cheaper stay compared to hotels in Barcelona.

They gave us a room with two small beds while the booking was made for a matrimonial room with one large bed. When we asked to change the room for the one that we actually booked, the hotel administrator said that it was the only room available and didn't really offer any kind of compensation. We booked an economy room for a week, with so call " inner yard" Unfortunately, there was no view at all. The window would open and we were facing walls from all sides, with no air or daylight coming in but fumes from a grease trap from a place underneath. Extremely disappointing from this point of view. Slept 5 nights in a room on the 5th floor. Bed was soooooo comfy. Room was sound proof. I am light sleeper and I slept great. Bathroom is big, new and clean. Location, right on the pedestrian street, was perfect. They have a good coffee shop for breakfast on the first floor.

Very good value for price. Excellent location i.e close to the tourism office, Caldea, shops. Quiet and very clean, good amenities and excellent bed and pillows. Very cute café at the basement with toast fresh bread for bfast. Don´t expect some flexibility for late check-outs and we were asked to pay upon checking-in but overall, a very nice experience.

The soundproofing between the rooms is poor, but the rooms are clean and tidy, and the waiters are constantly cleaning, which is rare.

This is a lovely hotel, perfectly situated in the city center. A big plus is that they welcome small dogs under 10kg.

In Andorre la Veille, hotel prices are low during weekdays and expensive during weekends. The prices in Siracusa are low (22, 5€) when I booked. The view of the hotel room is extraordinary with Valira river flowing right next to your window. You can hear the river sound at all times. There is possibility to sit just next to the river and have a meal. It is really amazing. The hospitality is also good...

From check in to check out, this hotel was impeccable. Good location next to the river, but still very good windows, so no noice in the room. Very nice breakfast as well. Only slight minus is the rather expensive parking, but since we were duly informed at booking, I will not hold this against them.

This hotel was chosen as part of a school ski trip. The rooms are basic but good. The bathroom was alright - had an odd set up with the shower curtain. Dining room is on the 6th floor. The food was good and had variety every night. Staff were very helpful.

Stayed in the hotel bc i booked a skii trip through an agency. The hotel is good, like 15 mins from the center walking, nice staff. My meals were included on the package i purchased but i dont eat any type of meat or eggs. They were nice enough to make a special meal for me. I think its a family owned hotel.

Easy to get to, parking at € 10, the area only has paid parking with a municipal ticket or other establishments, so little to say. The car park is outside, about 200 meters ahead, there is a shopping area with paid underground parking which is well worth it. As for the hotel, so very fair, I think the 3 stars they put there are nowhere to be found, maybe when it first opened many, many years ago yes...

The attention given by José Ramón is invaluable. He gave us many tips in order to face our holidays here and even took time to book us a restaurant and a taxi given that we didn't have coverage.

Excellent 5 star location Fantastic location. Check in and out was hassle free. The room was very clean and comfortable. Close to bars, old town sites, restaurants and shopping.

Well, the truth is that you see the photos of the place and it seems like a charming and charming accommodation, but nothing could be further from the truth. It is uncomfortable and sad. You don't even see a simple receptionist. There isn't even a simple fan to cool down the heat, and from what I've seen in comments from other guests, it's cold in winter.

Great location, very quiet, and the room is very cutesy! Also, I was glad that it has its own toilet in the room. One aspect that I would like to complain about is the presence of a silverfish in my bed. I am not afraid of them because they may be harmless, but it could get into someone ears in unfortunate situations. I hope the management will address such matter. Overall, this hostel is highly recommendable...
