Inexpensive accomodations in Yerevan

- I didn't like it, that the personnel would sometimes knock on the door, for example to ask to close the entrance door late in the evenings. However the personnel are very friendly and always available for support

The hotel is very clean, the staff are all friendly, it's a quiet place, and everything is within walking distance. And most importantly, the room has air conditioning, which is a real lifesaver in the heat.

A wonderful small, clean, cozy hotel with very polite staff, always ready to help! The proximity of a bus stop allows you to quickly get to the city center. Excellent price/quality ratio!

Clean, tidy, and huge room. No restaurant for breakfast, all pre-ordered in the previous night at the front desk and sent to your room directly.

We had such a lovely stay at the hotel where you definitely feel like home. You will be offered fresh products for breakfast. Tamara the host, who is also the owner of the hotel is super friendly and very helpful

Around the metro station, you can also find supermarkets, pharmacies, etc…The rooms are clean & convenient. Very suitable for family stays, couples and solo travelers also

The breakfast is decent and homemade. The entire premises and room are clean. But what I enjoyed the most was when the owner played piano brilliantly and it was a bizarre experience overall

The rooms were so clean that we had the impression that our bed linen was changed daily! Not to mention the towels) And, of course, it is nice when you can drink tea at any time of the day and when the administrator treats you like a family member, anticipating all your desires! Lisa, thank you!

The hotel offers a modest but nice breakfast, wifi, a nice fairly large room, with a TV (but only Armenian channels), a kettle with tea and coffee options and a small fridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful

This unremarkable hotel made our stay in Yerevan comfortable and pleasant! Returning in the evenings exhausted from excursions and an abundance of impressions, we simply sank into soft mattresses and comfortable pillows, falling asleep instantly

The bathroom has a hairdryer and toiletries, which are a bit basic, but I always use my own, so it's not a big deal for me. The main thing is that there's hot water in winter and the plumbing is spotlessly clean

Yerevan was a nuisance in winter; the blanket seemed thin, but they brought a second blanket overnight without asking. The mattress was extremely comfortable. There are both Armenian and Russian TV channels

Quiet place, 8-10 minutes till Central Square. Polite and helpful stuff (manager and all administrators). Comfortable room! Poor breakfast unfortunately. Generally good impression...

Also, there was construction in the morning so it was pretty loud, as well as the other guests listening to loud music in the bathroom in the morning ( but thats not hostels fault) It’s a hostel so i didn’t expect too much and it’s pretty cheap

However this is a good budget option for accommodation, because the location is perfect. Walking distance to most tourist attractions in the city

Terrace and the place for communication, location

Went with a few friends and booked through Booking. When we arrived, we realized it wasn’t quite the right fit for us. That said, the place is well-maintained, and we can see why many travelers would find it convenient

Our cancellation was free thanks to the policy, so we left without any issues. The setup reminded me a lot of the capsule hotels in Japan. Wishing them success in their business

It was a great one time experience. Very cool inside the capsules. The staff is very nice and explained everything very good. Downsides-The bathrooms were not very clean one day, but the second time it was pretty good

Location and service were good. The room was OK for a one night stay. The bathroom is small without a proper shower cabine, but with cockroaches.

Especially the fact that we booked the hotel the day before, since another previously booked one refused to accept us due to lack of water, but here we were accepted quickly and for a very reasonable price considering the urgency

It's a bit far from the center, but firstly, Yandex taxi in Yerevan is not expensive, and secondly, there are such traffic jams in the center, I can't imagine how long it takes to leave the hotel for the airport

We stayed for 4 days at Inga Hotel in Yerevan, and it was a wonderful experience. The service was truly amazing , the staff made us feel very comfortable and welcome throughout our stay

Excellent hotel, with a warm welcome, spacious and clean rooms, and a shower with a welcome kit. The kit included slippers, toothpaste, hairbrush, shower gel, and water. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff

The water pressure is excellent and the water drains well in the shower (this is important to me :)) Quiet. Very clean, you can walk around barefoot, they cleaned and changed the towels every day

A wide bed with a comfortable mattress. Breakfast has everything you need - brewed coffee, porridge, hot dishes, cold cuts of cheese and meat, fruit, sweets. Very polite and friendly staff

Amazing stay, close to the subway station, the room was clean and had no problems with it. You can get your breakfast whenever you want until 8-9pm

Poorly maintained room, poorly ventilated room, no emergency exit in case of emergency especially on the first floor the only escape is via the elevator only

Very friendly staff, clean and well-appointed rooms. Centrally located, the Cascade Hotel is a short walk to the Cascade Monument and the central business district of Yerevan, which is highly convenient.

The staffs are professional and will assist us with our request even in the middle of the night. The cook in the restaurant is very sweet and always smiling and cooks delicious

When we arrived there was 1 water bottle in our room for that they charged 400 dram. We were not knowing that water is charged. We ordered 2 more small water bottle which they charged 1300 dram which is crazy

We by mistakely broke a glass which was a very Normal glass nothing fancy and they charged us 3000 dram for it which was too much considering it was a very basic normal glass kept in the bathroom

We have recently visited this hotel & stayed there for 4 nights. Room service daily even though you don’t ask that’s also awesome, What we were disappointed is charges of water bottle they take

Excellent location right in the city center. Within walking distance to explore the center and have a nice dinner (three restaurants to choose from). Very nice room with a kitchenette. I really enjoyed the breakfast

A pleasant and clean hotel just a stone's throw from Republic Square. True, the view isn't of the square itself, but that's not a big deal. The staff are very friendly.

We come early than it was possible to chek-in but stuff were polite and kind so we checked-in by 9:00 AM. Very good location to the most attractive places

All the staff were very friendly and tried their best to resolve all problems. The hotel itself isn't bad, but the sewage smell and woodlice really ruin the experience

The bathroom also had black mold and woodlice running around. This was the biggest drawback. Another downside I noticed was the poor Wi-Fi signal on the 4th floor

The room is decent we booked for family and the staffs were very helpful and accommodating. My only concern is the balcony cant lock so we van here the music from outside

I charged about 170 Hong Kong dollars to stay alone. The room has a terrace and a table. I think the price is very cheap. I highly recommend staying there

The hotel is well located, close to the city center. The room is large and comfortable, with a balcony. The only inconvenience is having to walk down the stairs with your suitcase and up the stairs to the entrance

It was clean and comfortably furnished. Although having a microwave would have been lovely. Armen , The caretaker is a lovely person. He was all around the hotel and made sure we were well taken care of

Amazing stay at the Grand Hills Hotel! The rooms are big and clean. The pool is well kept and has all amenities. All the stuff is incredibly friendly and accommodating

The room that we booked is so huge with living room and with overlooking terrace and with a complete sauna inside the toilet and bath. The reception guy is also very helpful

Good for what it is as a 3 star hotel. at first we had some difficulties at checkout due to them not accepting card and its location is far from the city center

Taxi fare from city center is about 700-1500 dram yandex taxi. If you are budget traveler recommend this guest house

I checked in late at night - they just gave me the key, showed me the room and put off all the formalities for the morning, wishing me a good night's sleep. There is a shared kitchen with a refrigerator

It takes 15 minutes from Republic square on foot and 8 minutes by taxi. Location is ok not inconvenient. Room is clean and well managed. Staff very kind and you can use rhe kitchen

We did not want to leave after 5 nights, we really felt like home. The room was very clean and we loved the big and well equipped kitchen in the basement.

I was pleased how good this hostel is. The hostel has the basics (comfy beds, shower, rooftop) and a good kitchen. The main thing is that the location is beyond perfect, in the heart of Yerevan
