We stayed for a week in August 2025. It's a great hotel, nestled in a courtyard of houses, in a quiet, authentic location, practically in the center, a 7-minute walk from the Cascade

The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Our room was on the third floor; everything was clean and tidy, with soft, snow-white linens and towels

Everything was fine with friends, we only came to spend the night and have breakfast. Cheap and cheerful, everything you need is there

The dining room in the basement offers a buffet, with a different hot dish every day, juices, fruit, and cold cuts—everything was delicious and filling

You don't have to worry about food until lunchtime, just enjoying the city and excursions. There were three of us: the room had a large bed and a sofa bed; the triple room was quite comfortable and available

The hotel room was very clean and neat. The bed was very comfortable, I slept very good. It was warm at all times. It's slightly far from the main attractions, but if you don't mind 20-30 min walks, it's fine.

Best hotel menua special thanks to staff they are very helpful one of the Indian girl she is very kind and sweet. Location is very perfect. Clean rooms everything is clean I would recommend to everyone.

The nearest convenience store has a currency exchange machine where you can exchange US dollars and euros for AMD. The owner was very welcoming and spoke English. He provided a lot of information upon check-in

However, we walked a lot, were tired, and slept well anyway. The room was clean and had its own clean bathroom. All amenities were provided: towels, shower gels, shampoos, toothpaste and brush, and soap

I'd like to thank the hotel staff for such a warm welcome and for their kind attitude towards us from start to finish. Breakfast was included and very delicious, with some homemade products as well

There's one small drawback: we had a room on the first floor right by the entrance door with a bell and near the reception. Naturally, we could hear conversations and the door bell

This B&B is in a great location. It felt a bit rural when I first arrived by taxi, but it's actually very close to convenience stores, subway stations, and bus stops

An electric kettle and cups would have been nice to have tea on a winter evening after long walks. The breakfast was quite good, and the variety of winter fruits was a pleasant surprise

As a small suggestion, it would be nice to have a corner or hooks near the main door to hang coats or jackets. Overall, everything was fine and very good. I would definitely recommend this place

Everything was great! The staff was friendly! The room was warm and comfortable! Centrally located.

Then we went out into the hallway, and the manager stood there silently, saying all the rooms were occupied. It felt like the hotel was empty

Housekeeping cleaned the studio every day whenever we requested it. The staff are kind, helpful, and always polite

Although you may be initially taken aback by the hotel's entrance, rest assured that the hotel rooms are impeccably clean. If the weather is clear, you'll be treated to a breathtaking view of Mount Ararat

Moreover, the hotel boasts a convenient location, with close proximity to the bus station. It's a leisurely half-hour walk to Republic Square. Additionally, the hostess is exceptionally kind and charming

A good breakfast in the beautiful dining room or even in the gallery. The hotel owners are friendly and helpful. We booked two rooms, and one had a refrigerator, which was enough for us

Fortunately, it's also very good to take an online taxi and the fare is very cheap

A very cozy hotel near the metro. It was beautifully decorated for the New Year. All the amenities were in the room (tea, hairdryer, slippers, refrigerator)

Perfect accommodation. Highly recommended. Huge backyard to hang out including a BBQ. Its approx 2km to city center but if you're fine to walk, that's not an issue at all.

The most nicest staff they go out of their way to help, walking distance to republican Square, plenty of restaurants close by, supermarket next door, the airport pick up driver Gor is one of the nicest people I ever met he made our stay in yerevan so easy he was so helpful

New hotel so everything was nice and clean and new. Location in the core of Yerevan was perfect. There were lots and lots of outlets in good locations. Room was really big and bathroom was nice with hooks and rails

Super little boutique hotel , perfectly located to explore Yerevan.

We experienced a few minor inconveniences during our stay, but the hotel staff were always available and, above all, professional. They truly made us feel safe, welcome, and right at home!

It's a cozy place with renovated rooms. It's close to Republic Square. You can wander and explore the city easily. Our room had a balcony so we could smoke. The reception was super friendly and helpful

The employees are extremely professional and kind, they quickly solved the problems we had. Also, the hotel is in a prime location, about a hundred meters from the main square

The room was clean and the view was phenomenal from the balcony to the street (it has a very nice flag on it). If I ever come to Armenia again, I will choose this hotel again

A good hotel with delicious breakfasts. Situated in the courtyard of the house, so you can't hear the noise from the road. Situated close to the main attractions. There are shops and inexpensive cafes nearby

This is a smart hotel with a limited number of rooms, perhaps less than 10 per floor. The main door has a smart combination lock, and the room doors have fingerprint locks. The staff were also friendly and welcoming

Across the street is the flea market, and in 5 minutes you'll reach Republic Square and the pedestrian street. A few minutes' walk in the other direction is Yerevan Cathedral. It's a central location, a true city center

They were available during the day to help make coffee, but otherwise, it was all on their own. The staff were warm and welcoming. If you don't mind speaking Mandarin, this place offers excellent value and comfort

This is a beautiful, charming hotel in the heart of Yerevan's Kentron district. It's right across from Vernissage, an open-air market. The staff is so friendly and we loved having breakfast there every morning

It wasn't very large, so two large pieces of luggage and two beds would have made it a bit cramped, but it should be perfectly suitable for two adults and one child, or perhaps even a small one

Although it was on the first floor, with a residential street outside, it was very quiet with the windows closed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept soundly

It was a really wonderful stay. The position of the hotel is perfect (near shopping pedestrian street Northern Avenue, also not far from Republic Square)

Great Value, Nice Clean Room (each setup differently and a different size), Wonderful Staff. We stayed in a 2 bed room that was in the corner. Good sized fridge, nice HDTV, Good sized bathroom and shower

There is everything around: restaurants, bars, pharmacies, ATMs, 24/7 supermarket. The staff is indeed very friendly, kind, comprehensive and flexible

Breakfast was very tasty and diverse (omelette, tea/coffee/ vegetables, fruit, juice etc. ) We are so happy!! Highly recommended

I don't understand the negative reviews for this hotel. The bathroom and toilet are clean. It has a good cooling system (air conditioner). It has good hot water for the bathroom

Of course, there is no elevator and the breakfast is fixed and does not have variety. Its biggest advantage is its close access to Republic Square

Tge location of the hotel was great. It is near center like by an 10 minutes on foot you will be in republic square. The hotel has a great pool with beautiful yard

There is also a parking place shere you can park your car. It was really amazing it worts of stay. I recommend you to come and stay here. It is a beautiful enjoyable family hotel

Also we needed a save place for our bicycles and the yard was perfect for it. They have an inviting pool as well, but we didn't use it. The city center is easily reachable on foot

During my stay for 3nights everytime I go to their reception, the owner will always tell or asked me to come and seat relax in the garden because they garden will swimming pool

We are two bicycle routers and need a quiet place after all the adventures. Red Hot is the best value for your money. Clean rooms and quiet(our window was towards the yard)

The room I booked is exactly the same what is in their advertisements. The owner is friendly and very kind during my stay

Probably even better in summer when the outdoor pool is open. We couldn't use the indoor pool, which was the main reason we came; it might have been closed. There's convenient covered parking

Cascade Complex in Yerevan (Armenia) is one of the most beloved place for all Yerevanians and guests of the city.

The room was large and the bedding was very clean, but it was quite far from the city center.

The sign at the entrance says 5 stars 🌟, but Ctrip shows it as 4 stars

The location is excellent, right in the city center. It's quite clean, and the bed is comfortable. The only downsides are the noise from the bar guests downstairs under the window of the room and the meager breakfasts

The cleaning service seems disorganised: I was only given a hand towel when I arrived that I think may have been used, and the cleaning staff barged into my room without knocking when I was on the toilet

Don’t look any further this is the best value in the old part of town. Parking is on the street and a little challenging but everything else is fantastic!
