Inexpensive hotels in Yerevan

Don’t expect a 5-star hotel for less than the price of a McDonald's meal, but do know that you’ll be surrounded by people like Armini (housekeeping), Rafu (security), and another security guard whose name I can’t remember, as well as the cook – all so pleasant

You’ll have a great time, with breakfast included, and people always willing to help without expecting anything in return. I just want to thank the manager and staff of this wonderful place

A very well-located place near the center of Yerevan, where, despite it being my first time but my wife’s third, we felt very comfortable and as if we were at home

The staff is very friendly and genuine, without the usual hypocrisy of a fake smile and obligatory service. They are genuinely welcoming 🙂; here, you feel at home

Accommodation is new (stayed in July 2023). Good amenities compared to the price. Staff help was exceptional, the 3 receptionist ladies were helpful in different occasions, whenever I went to reception for something

We tried there tours without guide just driver because I'm photographer. He drove/ guide us to those beautiful places that I need to shoot ( and I forgot he's name). The location for me was so good

We visited Armenia just this year, spring time (March). We booked and stayed in this hotel. Personally I liked the place and if I have a chance to go back there, I'll stay in this hotel

The room was quite good, the breakfast, the staff and most of all, the place. The staff are so polite and accommodating, they know what hospitality word means

Staff are very helpful and speaks in english. Room is clean and comfortable. The hotel is near to the city/republic square and vernissage by walk. Well recommended to you guys!

Water pressure of the shower is medium. Some rooms on the streets side. Walking distance to the center. Breakfast more continental like (less the way on guesthouses at the country side)

Only the rooms are quite small and very less space to. move around from what u see in d image as we very surprised to see in reality versus the image. But the hospitality over there made us comfortable

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. The staffs were very accomodating and nice. Susanna was also very kind and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when we come back in Armenia 👌🏽

Had breakfast at Boulevard cafe and restaurant, right next to Park Hotel. I asked the server for the actual address but she pointed out the hotel’s so I’m writing a review under the hotel’s

We had a good stay at the hotel. In house restaurant and services was too good. Breakfast was excellent we really liked it with a lot of variety and sufficient for all

Back to the restaurant: great outdoor seating. Service was a bit slow but worth the wait. Food was delicious! They take credit card

Other than that, the room was clean, breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and polite. The restaurant on the ground floor seemed nice as well but didn’t get the chance to try it

His right hand Susan speaks also english so if my very poor russian language knowledge was not enough she help me imediatelly;-) Albert arranged also my transport from airport and to airport

I must say that my first Armenia experienced was fantastic as it started from where you stay if they make you feel home and treating you as family you definitely enjoy

Really great service ! Every day owner Albert several times met with me and personaly tried to help me with any kind of problems

And just on the other side of street there is a circular park where i every morning did my jogging from hotel to Cascades and back;-) i suggest this hotel to everyone who wanna enjoy nice time in Yerevan !

I was especially happy to have a bathtub! After a long soak in the bathtub and a massage, I felt great the next day

The place is within the city so you can just walk and explore the city and the staff in 2 X 2 Cinema bar hotel were all nice and warm you feel home away from home and food were so tasty we eat in hotel it self as the food they served us were so tasty and as asian like me i loved it

The place is really nice clean and spacious just make sure you made shopping and bought water and stuff because they don't have a bar

Its so good place and super market is near 24hours work and center just 3km and can walk to center have good worker so friendly and helper with good manager and so save place i fell like at hoome really nice clean

Very cold room, conditioner was not working properly. Heating system was not working in room. I dont recommend this hotel in winter.

Upon arriving, we were immediately greeted with a full-course meal and coffee with snacks, fruit, and oranges at NO cost. The quality of the architecture, structure, room, bathroom, and beds is also unbelievably good

Our room had a terrific private balcony that can be accessed directly from the bedroom. The balcony gives a view of the city to die for

I simply can't understand how they can offer this at such a low price. I've been to high end resorts that cost what this should have

Not a bad option if you have a long layover in Yerevan and need to wait for the next flight - cheap, clean, everything you need is there (shower, dishes, kettle), you just can't cook food, there is no stove for guests, but there is a microwave

The room was freshly and stylishly renovated, I think that no one had lived there before us, because it was clear that everything was new and clean. Not a very large room for three, but it was comfortable

I really liked the accommodation. Firstly, the location is great, close to the center, there are many shops and food outlets nearby. Very friendly hostess, treated us to fruits from her own garden

You just come in and ask the staff, she or he will open the room for you and you may later at the evening/night by another staff member. When checking out, you just give the key to the staff

AC worked perfectly, the bathroom was great, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The owner was always available if we had questions or wanted to check out

Stayed there in August 2024 for 5 nights. The apartment is in a good location. You can walk quickly to the center. A Metro is also located nearby

I travelled to Yerevan during high season (August) and Tatev apartments offered the best prices at the time while also offering the full package

It has a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a toilet with soap and shampoo provided. The price of the apartment is good

The customer service is number one, but the apartment and bed weren't clean
