Inexpensive hotels in Yerevan

Excellent hotel with a great location. Special thanks to the staff, Ashot and Narina, for quickly resolving my issue. The staff is very responsive and friendly. Breakfasts are always hearty and fresh.

The center of Yerevan is small - you can easily walk from the hotel to the main square, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and across the street - a vintage market. Breakfasts are a special love

The hotel has a great location. Republic Square is 15 minutes away on foot. Breakfasts are varied, fried eggs are prepared upon request. Friendly staff. Beautiful view from the window.

Decent place with nice ambiance and attentive staff. Had the trout, which was very small but tasty. They did have a very diverse selection of food&drinks, which was nice.

Amazing 3 star hotel. You get a lot, out of your money. Amazing management, friendly staff, and very clean. Solid WiFi, Central A/C. Visa and Mastercard worked well.

They could do with a little refurbishment, but nothing drastically wrong. My 19 day stay included a couple of missed room cleanings (which is not great) and the breakfast was slightly repetitive for such a long stay

The gym was well fitted out and the staff both there and in the hotel were friendly. Whilst there are better hotels in Yerevan, the gym and pool more than make up for the few failings of this Complex

Today it's 39th day that I'm in Armenia, in White House Hotel. It's realy good hotel and It have realy good swimming pool with amazing bar. The rooms are very good and confortable

The Food is just amazing, and i have tried first time hookah for 3 4 times and it was very good. I think White House Hotel Is the best in whole Armenia

I spent a whole week at this hotel. It was good in terms of cleanliness, service, and the hotel staff were very helpful, especially the lady at reception. There is no free breakfast; access to the pool costs 3000 dirhams

There is a Lebanese restaurant next to the hotel. There is a mall a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and there are markets nearby

I arrived to the hotel at 8:00 pm the day of my reservation and forgot to inform them that I will be late! Then I received a surprise call from a friend who also arrived to yerevan and I decided to change my hotel and stay in my friend's hotel! They was very friendly about my decision, cancelled my reservation without any charges and offered me coffee until my taxi arrives! I will surely come back...

Cleanliness arghh but it’s fine I don’t have any choice I was freaking tired that time that I just need a bed to lay on and rest, the receptionist was so good tho feels like we’re playing charades but I appreciate her help so much

Good hotel and compared to its 3 star ranking, it was beneficial. The management was iranian guy and one of the staff was iranian too. But the rest of staff neither speak farsi nor english

It was not very clean and bad smell bothered us. Breakfast was not self service and mostly iranian students seeking US visa, go there

Thank you to the staff for the excellent service; you made sure I'd want to come back! They did my laundry and ironed it professionally, brought coffee to my room, called a taxi, and so on

Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the hotel's location: a 10-minute taxi ride takes you to the city center. The 24-hour City store is nearby. There's also a bus stop right nearby

There are plenty of shops nearby, including a bakery, pharmacy, beauty salon, and more

Eventhough its a bit far from the center, i highly commended the staff in bloor hotel. They made us feel at home.

The room is clean and spacious. The room rate is very affordable. The staff are very accomodating. All in all i stay there very comfortable for 6 days and 5 nights.

Good hotel furniture a bit in a state not something but beautiful place reasonable food plentiful parking and you can smoke in the whole hotel even in the elevator everywhere everywhere first time i come across it worth it there are very luxurious rooms

Wonderful place. Very warm welcome. Comfortable. Iron, washing machine, hair dryer - everything is there. Breakfast is prepared as for yourself. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the center.

This property stay on good location. Host is so cooperative and helpful. They help us with our tour planning and execution. She cooked best food on our vegetarian choice

we were about 24 person and stayed ther two weeks. Kind owner. cozy place. Good for both family and single stay. good location.

Everything in this guesthouse is pretty good! Clean room, friendly personals who will help you with everything you probably need and cozy place with great atmosphere! But the only problem that we experienced was with the bathrooms

The air conditioning system didn't work fine!

The dorm is good for one night given the cheap price. But it’s too noisy, small & stuffy for 10 people staying in the same room

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The place itself is very neat and tidy. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days stay in this wonderful hotel. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay.

Just to remind you that there are lots of Pakistani & Russian long term residents living in the dorm

Also the listing was largely inaccurate, however the service did seem helpful enough and didn't give me too much fuss even after they couldn't produce change for me, and allowed me to go to the ATM to get it exchanged

Overall, wasn't impressed, wasn't something I'd say was horrible. Though I did hate that some of the rooms were smoking friendly, though, that's the former Soviet union for you

I would say generally standard hotel experience. Not great location-wise, right off of seemingly a highway

Its so good place and super market is near 24hours work and center just 3km and can walk to center have good worker so friendly and helper with good manager and so save place i fell like at hoome really nice clean

The staff is attentive and always ready to help, you can feel that they care about the guests. The atmosphere is calm, so we were able to really relax. Excellent value for money - we recommend!

Very cold room, conditioner was not working properly. Heating system was not working in room. I dont recommend this hotel in winter.
