A very cozy place away from the hustle and bustle. Friendly owners and delicious food. You can see Aragats from the upper balcony if you know where to look. Great spot.

A good place for a couple or a group for a few days. Access is a bit complicated as the house is located on the outskirts of town and the road is poorly lit, but once inside, you'll be treated with exceptional care

Pros: Delicious breakfasts, exceptional care, a homely atmosphere. Cons: Anything you don't eat will be served to you the next day. The mattresses are quite soft and uncomfortable

Dogs bark and roosters crow nearby (as is typical in the countryside)

Went there for lunch, nice ambience, good Armenian food... great service...

I stayed for 3 days in this guest house. Very quiet , neat and clean sequre for stay. He was very friendly and kind person. Rooms are like Five star hotel. Very thoughtfull home like interior that makes you feel at home

It's located a bit outside the city, you have to drive in. There's parking, it looks safe, clean, and okay

The room is spacious, has a sofa, a bidet, and a window with a view (but the building around there seems to be some unfinished construction). There's a kitchen and a place to eat. There's a garden in the living area

I recommend the hotel - great host, clean, spacious, the room has a shower and air conditioning. There are tables in the yard - you can sit. It's 20-30 minutes to the center, Yandex taxi is only 300-400 rubles =)

The bathroom is pleasant, with multifunctional shower, toothpaste with toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel and towels available. We enjoyed the Armenian coffee every day in the courtyard of the hotel

The hostess is wonderful, she's always helpful and prompt, and always asked if we needed anything else. The people who live next door are very nice and help with the hotel

A very unusual, sweet, and interesting hotel. Small and cozy, with unique rooms and a kitchen, it's like being in a museum. Everything is very original and full of soul

The atmosphere is superb, much better than a simple, even well-appointed apartment. I've been to many places, but I've never seen such hospitality

We stayed at this hotel in May 2024, everything was absolutely clean and comfortable, for this price it is impossible to find such a clean hotel in Yerevan, they also have a kitchen where you can make tea and coffee

For the price paid, the overall experience was a plus. The room and ensuite appeared quite new and were both clean and suitable. Soap and shampoo was provided and a welcome chocolate too, which I appreciated

I would note, however, that there are no shops nearby, as the hotel is situated on a busy highway (though the room was sound insulated), so any food will have to be delivered

Taxis can also prove difficult to order via Yandex to this location for some reason unknown to me. The value was very good, and the interior is much nicer than the fascade

There is also a kitchen/lounge and dinning common area which was a bonus, and the lobby was nicely designed. The staff were very friendly too

The hotel also has car rental at very competitive prices, I recommend it to everyone👍

But this is largely compensated by the terrace with the view of all of Yerevan and Mount Ararat during morning coffee or evening aperitif! Basic but comfortable room, special mention for the very good bedding and the Italian shower

The owner is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. A bit difficult to climb to the hotel (many steps).

But this is repeatedly compensated by the courtesy and friendliness of the owner and a convenient location, between the Matenadaran and the Cascade. So to speak, the spiritual and entertainment centers of Yerevan

The access to the property is via stairs in one of the older neighbourhoods of yerevan. Rooms can be a little warm however for the price its an absolute bargain and the hospitality is second to non

The owner was absent when I arrived. Some other customer opened the door and then he told me that when he arrived he was waiting at the door for an hour in the middle of the night. I had no bed linen in my room

I had to cancel my booking in that hostel and book another one on the way back from my trip. So if you want to spend a couple of days in wonderful Yerevan and stay in a good mood- choose another hostel

I had to spend some time before I found a guy, who went to the laundry room and gave me half wet linen. The kitchen was shabby and messy, the fridges didn't work

My room was the only one that had a window, others looked like a basement, very depressing. The kitchen and the guest room were very dark

I flew to Yerevan for the first time. I spent a long time searching for a hotel reservation. It's the only hotel that accepts Russian cards. Everything was clean, comfortable, and located in the center of Yerevan

To get around by public transportation, take the buses at the bus stop on the main road Khaniyan street (don't cross the street). To go to Garni temple and Geghard monastery, take bus 63/53 to Mercedes (Gai) bus station

Like Home is a nice guesthouse on the edge of central Yerevan. The home is very nice and clean with comfortable beds and kitchen and lounge room. The owner Arevik is very nice and helpful

"Just another mountain?" But Arevik was right, we had a great one-night stay in Tatev which were fantastic. We went for hikes, visited the church and ate local Armenian food

From Mercedes bus station the earliest bus to Garni leaves at 9. To go to Sevan Lake, take bus 46 to the Northern bus station. From there take minibus 651 to Dilijan

Nelli, The lady who is looking after the place is so helpful and treats every customer in a special way! The breakfasts are delicious!! It was amazing stay and I felt totally like at home! When I will come back to Armenia next tine I will definitely stay there

Excellent rooms, good location and understanding owner were very pleased, especially for the price we recommend staying here, they will definitely help you, there is always hot water (which is not often for Yerevan) thanks to the owner for such a place

We are Filipino couple, a residence of Dubai who decided to visit Armenia and stayed at Komitas hostel, we had a great time, the room is warm, location is ideal for those who love to walk, near market and the place was cozy

Had a great stay at Komitas Avenue Hostel. Felt welcome, check in and check out went smooth. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was good. Kettle and utilities available to use. Location also very decent.

the cleaner is friendly though we hardly communicate but she's trying. Nelly was very helpful, owner is very approachable. The driver who fetch us from airport was extremely friendly

it was my wedding day, so I booked the hotel from where I have to prepare myself and make photoshooting session! the team was perfect and they service as well the room was very well prepared, they helped us in many way to organize everything! and we booked two nights additionally to stay there, the breakfast was good!

Strongly recommend the property, as a family of 4 with a small baby, we had a very pleasant and amazing stay. It's away from city center(which we wanted) but has access to a lot of restaurants and bars

Amazing view, half way among airport and city center, very close bus station. Amazing breakfast with Armenian coffee and traditional Armenian dishes.

We had quite the amazing experience at this Hotel. It had a mountain view which we weren’t able to enjoy day 1 because of the weather, but wow was the view amazing when the clouds cleared on day 2

Pros: - Very nice mini-hotel for a relatively cheap price; - Fresh air of countryside; - Neat, warm rooms (it was a cold March) with conditioner; Towels, shampoo-toothbrush; - Cons is that it is rather far from city center and have little infrastructure around

The service and maintenance are excellent. The hotel facilities are in perfect condition, everything works, everything is clean and atmospheric. Home cooking is prepared at the guest's request.

Its very convenient to book this room as it is very near to the city center, the republic square,restos and supermarkets. The room is very clean and comfortable. The owner is also very accommodating

The door also allows for the light to go through - things can get a bit crowded and slow at breakfast time if other clients are all here at the same time, which could easily be arranged by simply investing in a coffee machine

We really wanted to see the Tatev Monastery, which was supposed to be rainy most of our stay duration except 1 day, and therefore decided to go with the hotel organization instead or another travel agency
