Our one day trip to Yerevan was truly unforgettable, and staying at INN CITY Hotel, made it even more special!
From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for 😍
The hotel was spotless, fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, and perfectly located near to the supermarkets, bakeries
A heartfelt thank you to ❤️Margarita & Erik❤️, who went above and beyond to guide us, sharing helpful tips on the best places to visit and how to navigate the city with ease
Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. ✨️
Yerevan stole a piece of our hearts, and this hotel played a big part in making our short trip so memorable
I checked in early for free. They do their best for my stay.
You can also leave your luggages in hotel for free.
Hotel has elevator which is big plus.
The location is a little bit far away from a lot of eating or good coffee shops, but still a nice location! I absolutely will stay here again
The staff at this hotel could not have been better. The young lady and the young man went out of their way to make us feel comfortable
Yerevan, 39, 7 Myasnikyan Ave, 0025 Erevan, Armeniya (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
This hotel is right next to the highway with no pedestrian crossing and it is not very convenient to take an Uber as the driver has to take a detour to get back to the city which makes the fare more expensive, however the overall hotel is ok
Not very conveniently located, there is no one at the reception all the time, the window that is written in the description opens onto the stairs
The room is clean, but there are no interesting attractions in Armenia. The hotel is very remote and there is nothing around except convenience stores. The convenience stores are also ripped off
Taxis in Armenia charge an exorbitant amount of money. Traveling to Georgia and Azerbaijan is a little better in this country. The center of the capital extends 2
5 kilometers outward and is extremely desolate in either direction
We had a late check-in (around 00:00), they waited for us, everything in the room was clean, clean, two towels per person, air conditioning was on

I visited the sauna last week – a great place to relax. It was spotlessly clean, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was calm. I felt refreshed in body and soul
I recommend it to anyone seeking privacy and comfort
Friendly staff, a little bit expensive
Food is not tasty, they let to smoke in the halls, even the doorman was smoking while holding the door. Interior and location were ok, and clean
They have a nice party room where people can celebrate weddings, and so on and so for

All at the highest level. Lovely and cosy hotel. Staff 10 points. It's all great.
Location
Location of Venezia Palazzo is kinda far from city center (Republic Square) it takes about 10-20 minutes there and costs 1000-2000 AMD. But it's near to Water Park and Zoo. For me, the location is pretty Great
The 1st floor of it was very beautiful, architectural, and also big. But, the air conditioner wasn't working. The staff moved me to other room which the air conditioner was also not working, please fix this
She personally guided us on a detailed tour of our room, ensuring that we were fully aware of all the amenities and comforts available
We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Welcoming receptionists and gorgeous enormous and comfortable room. Not giving 5 stars just because water started dropping from the roof in the bathroom, near the toilet
That said, the huge bed, nearly 200 cm wide, was extremely comfortable, even with just the single large blanket provided. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit in our room was broken
The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming although English language is somewhat poor but they tried to help as much as they could
You can reach the city center by taxi in 10 minutes and there is a good big mall very near to the hotel
Fantastic hotel! We had a great stay here and would really recommend it. The staff were super friendly And so helpful in sorting out all our requests - from checking in early, doing laundry or arranging a tour
This was true for every single member of staff - the manager, all the receptionists and the security team. Everyone was smiling and very keen to help. The service from staff was 5 star standard
The hotel is really great. Staff is very kind and helpful, breakfast is also good. Definitely will come back there.
The location is also good: the hotel is near to the important Museum of Armenian Genocide, there is a big shopping mall in the neighbourhood and with a five-minute taxi ride you can reach the beautiful Erevan centre

A very good hotel located outside the capital (about 15 minutes from the center by taxi) and high up (very well located in terms of climate compared to hotels in the city center where it's hot) with a large pool for swimming laps and a pergola for relaxing in the shade
The rooms have a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, air conditioning, a wardrobe, and a mini fridge. There's also a small TV, but we never turned it on 😁. The beds are decent, and the WiFi is available and free
The location also suited us, as it is on the edge of the city with easy access to the centre. During our extended stay in Yerevan, I looked at many hotels and stayed in two others, but this was by far our favourite
All the staff were very, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool was amazing, breakfast was tasty. The view from the back veranda was great looking over the city and the canyon
A very comfortable and clean hotel with a stunning view of the city. Delicious and varied breakfasts. I'd like to thank the hosts, Avo and Maryam, once again for their warm and welcoming welcome
Maryam prepares a fantastic breakfast! Artur, the hotel administrator, makes delicious coffee and is always ready to help and advise on any questions. A positive and warm experience!

On the ground floor minus excellent sauna for very reasonable money. Balconies on all three floors. From the top view of the city and Ararat. In principle, we were satisfied. Lived in the fourth five days
The pool and a cozy table under a walnut tree saved the 40-degree heat. Special thanks to the host for hospitality, helpfulness and icy spring water. We highly recommend it to everyone!
Friendly and attentive to all the needs of the living owner - Gregory. Dishes, kettle, clean towels provided without problems. Outside there is a swimming pool with clean water and barbecue facilities
Resting with his wife in mid-July. The impressions are very good, I especially liked the fact that despite the location in the city center, the hotel itself was quiet and comfortable

The hotel was very clean, the hotel staff was extremely polite and helpful. We have stayed in the hotel for 16 days and no day passed by that they did not clean the room, or made sure our stay was comfortable
It is a small hotel so I can't complain about the view and etc, anyway we were not in the hotel all day to require a great view, although we did have the biggest room with plenty of light and a refrigerator
The employees speak English, and were able to communicate with my husband who is not Armenian. There is a City supermarket which is a 24 hour store that has almost everything literally across the street
Great little hotel right next to a big supermarket. The hotel is close to the metro and the republik square. The shower is great, the AC works and the bed is big
I didn't care about the safe so that was not an issue for me, I was locking anything that I didn't want to be touched in my small luggage and that's it
Really fantastic hospitality... Place is at convenient location..main area of yeravan near city super market ... The staff are very friendly....

Amazing hotel, cheap and the best, great service, good comfortable rooms, nothing to mention.
Very good hotel, good service, clean rooms
Best hotel in Yerevan
When i stayed with my Mom in this Hotel I felt I’m staying in my home , Ara and his Mom are very kind and friendly people, they are ready to help you in anything, the rooms are super clean, the breakfast is delicious,
It was fantastic. Everything was ok by Arad & his mom, also his friend ; alen. they were so hospitable. I'll choose there again for the next trip.

If you are a solo traveler like me and want to stay to a nice and safe place then I recommend this hotel for you! Thank you so much for the warm service! Thank you staffs especially to Isabel she’s willing to help all the time and to Narine— youre such an amazing person! Cheers!
I was a solo traveler and they treated me like a family, I was very happy and satisfied with the service even though they couldnt understand english that well but they were still ready to help! Trust me this is Best hotel in Yerevan
Great hotel, wonderful view, terrace overlooking the whole of Yerevan and Ararat. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, everyone is very helpful and friendly! I will definitely come back !
I’ll give 5star for an excellent job for the staffs and facilities
Very nice and helpful staff. Good view of the city from the roof. Some rooms don't have air conditioner.
I am not sure how, but some parts of the floor were heated (which I personally liked :) )
The hotel staff were very efficient and courteous - one of them even booked a taxi for me on her app since I was having issues with mine
Property is located at an excellent location (about 5 min walk to the Republic square and adjacent to the President's residence I was told) - though getting in and out is via a small lane
Don't let the decadent exterior of the building fool you. Nice, clean, spacious and newly renovated room. Very helpful and friendly stuff. Conversation is English is not a problem
Its clean, seems to be recently renovated and the staff are great! Dont expect a breakfast buffet, 24 hour room service with a swimming pool and jacuzzi for that price
Super place in the heart of town, with really friendly, knowledgeable and English-speaking staff. What a great introduction to Yerevan! (May 2016)
The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was big and clean too. The breakfast was served in the room and was very good
Very nice stay.
Coozy place.
Perfect hospitality
And Mrs.lilit is very lovely person ...
Stayed for 4 nights, room wasn’t cleaned once and I had to ask for clean towels after 3 days. Breakfast is good local food - you don’t get a choice of meals though. You eat what is brought to your table

Accommodating Staff especially the Receptionist Armeni. Love the free breakfast, knowing I'm Asian and a rice lover
Love the concept, lobby in first floor, rooms seems like going underground, like i stayed in -5 level of the hotel
Very nice restaurant "Baba Ghannouj" with beautiful view of the football stadium
Best hotel on oneweek trip in armenia.Bigest rooms that I could to see.
We got married here, love the place and cherish the memory.
The restaurant is built at the edge of a canyon and they usually lead you to a floor "-5". That's interesting but the design of interior is not modern.
New building is nice, well equiped, very clean, kitchen is located in the first floor and just next to hotel is Jean Paul existential cafe which is indeed one of the most epic places in city center
I have stayed in this hotel on my last three visits to Yerevan. The greatest thing about it, is the location! You can access anywhere in the city by foot, and public transportation are so close
The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they will do everything to make your stay comfortable and easy. They speak English well, and they will solve your problems before you even acknowledge them
I stayed there for 2 weeks, and the staff were very polite and kind, answering all questions , the room was always clean. the reception was helpful too. I will stay there again next time
Rooms are small, but comfy and cozy. Prices are very reasonable especially if you go during the high pick of the season. I’d stay there on my next visit as well, for sure
The hotel is reconstructed in spring 2017. Before that it had other name and was not very nice one. All old comments belong to the old hotel which dont exist anymore

Amazing 3 star hotel. You get a lot, out of your money. Amazing management, friendly staff, and very clean. Solid WiFi, Central A/C.
Visa and Mastercard worked well.
They could do with a little refurbishment, but nothing drastically wrong. My 19 day stay included a couple of missed room cleanings (which is not great) and the breakfast was slightly repetitive for such a long stay
The gym was well fitted out and the staff both there and in the hotel were friendly. Whilst there are better hotels in Yerevan, the gym and pool more than make up for the few failings of this Complex
