If someone spilled something or spilled something on the floor in the shower, the host was right there with a mop or rag and cleaned everything up. Small hotel with great atmosphere. The personel was really outgoing and friendly, location in the middle of town but u need 10 minutes walking to first main street

Staffs are very friendly and very flexible. My flight was 5pm and as per the rule I had to leave the room 12pm but they let me stay until the time I wanted.

An incredibly beautiful roadside hotel and restaurant

Good hotel. Despite the remote location, the minimum set for a comfortable stay, in particular in a single room, is present. Not the most well-groomed room, but in general cleaned of course. They provide a standard set with hygiene items and a large number of towels and bathrobes. Unfortunately cards are not accepted.

A Mediocare Hotel. The hotel was mediocre. There were stains on the carpet and chairs. The air conditioning was not working. The hotel was in an isolated location with no restaurants or amenities near by. The breakfast was very basic.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Welcoming receptionists and gorgeous enormous and comfortable room. Not giving 5 stars just because water started dropping from the roof in the bathroom, near the toilet. Even though they fixed it, it started again the next day. Good hotel. It looks like we were the first rentals of our room. Everything was completely new. There are dental kids, soap, slippers, and shampoos. The only reason why I do not give 5/5 is the stairs. There is no protection, and they are a lot to climb. The person is responsive and helpful.

Fantastic hotel! We had a great stay here and would really recommend it. The staff were super friendly And so helpful in sorting out all our requests - from checking in early, doing laundry or arranging a tour. The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming although English language is somewhat poor but they tried to help as much as they could. Location is very good. You can reach the city center by taxi in 10 minutes and there is a good big mall very near to the hotel. Cleanlines is very good.

Got a mansard room, the window under the roof lets in street noise and there is no curtain, as soon as the sun rises, the room becomes light, not everyone can sleep with the light. Otherwise, a comfortable and pleasant hotel.

Room was clean with air conditioning. The staff is friendly and speaks English. The hotel is on Saryan street which is very lively and has a great of bars and restaurants. Also the property is 10-15 minutes walking distance to the city center which makes it a great choice when staying a few nights in Yerevan.
