Everything was great – the staff was excellent and the location was perfect!

The hotel is clean and beautiful, both inside and out. The staff are friendly, and I have no complaints there. BUT!!! It left a bad taste in my mouth: for a 4-star hotel, you have to pay extra for a toothbrush and a bathrobe. Everything is extra here. The breakfast is standard, like you'd find anywhere else (scrambled eggs, sausages, porridge, vegetables), but it's priced like a steak dinner at a fancy...

Comfortable, and fairly clean. The staff were very friendly. The room was a bit small, but it's very close to the city center, just a few minutes' walk. Check-out is strictly at 12 PM, and check-in isn't until 3 PM, though usually it's 2 PM. I would recommend it.

Everything was beautiful, clean, and pleasant.

Very nice hotel which combines modern style and old teaditions. Owner family famous for traditional carpet manufacturing. They have collection which pieces they shoewd in hotel hall . Also rooms are dexorated with carpets. This is unique and presents you armenian culture in details.

Unfortunately, this once-wonderful historic hotel has lost its charm—it needs renovations and staffing at the reception. The breakfast menu was good, and the chef and waiters worked very hard.

I recommend it. It's a normal, clean hotel, needs renovation. It's in the center and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.About room: water, coffee, and tea are brought to the room every day, and there is an electric kettle.The towels were a bit old but clean and were changed every day. Except that the lights have problems and keep flickering and turning off and that once the waiter made a mistake and once the waiter made a mistake and gave the electric key to two Sharif rooms with the same code and we were really shocked when a stranger entered the room in the middle of the night and the manager never apologized or even compensated us for anything. I booked a standard room for a night. The location was great, wifi was good, unfortunately the room wasn’t.

A good hotel with spacious rooms. I especially want to highlight the breakfast – a great selection of variously prepared vegetables and salads, all very delicious. My only suggestion would be to add a water cooler on each floor. I recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel isn't a 4-star hotel. The breakfasts are very poor (we were there in November, perhaps due to the low tourist traffic). The location isn't very convenient (it's quite far from the center). The bathroom doesn't have a heated towel rail, and it's very damp—everything dries poorly. The windows don't open, so there's no fresh air. It's very smoky.

Good afternoon. I stayed at this hotel for two days. After Egypt, I decided to stay in Armenia. The hotel is excellent: new rooms, clean rooms, all amenities (soap, shower gel, slippers, dental kit, shoe polish, tea set, kettle, water). Breakfasts are delicious. Caucasus hotel is a very nice place and a good choice despite the fact that it's not in the center of Yerevan. The staff is very helpful ,welcoming and always ready to assist regardless of the lack of English language. Highly recommended 👌

Great location, very attentive staff, normal breakfasts, the view from the veranda is beautiful, the new lobby looks very stylish, but the rooms are still outdated.

The hotel room is large and spacious, the furniture and plumbing are relatively new. The hotel is very well located, close to the Republic Square and Northern Avenue. All attractions are within walking distance. The breakfast is good. There is a restaurant and a bar on the roof, which is very convenient. The downside is one elevator, but it is not critical, you can wait a little.

It's very retro, and although it's an older hotel, it's well-maintained, with decent cleanliness. However, you can tell from the shower fixtures that it's a bit dated, but the bed is very comfortable and spacious. The entire decor and furniture have a distinctly local feel. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, especially to Chinese guests. The spa experience was also excellent!

Great hotel at the heart of Yerevan. It’s 5 star with vintage charm! Classic hotel with perfect service! There’s SPA with Thai massage experience, price is low for that quality! We have great experience with wife! Breakfast is also good, don’t be shy ask the staff about additional dishes. It’s free and you can get scrambled eggs or omelette with vegetables and it’s also free. Buffet is good too

The location is great. The rooms are quite small even though I stayed in a deluxe with a balcony. The internet coverage is not stable and they fix a road in front of the hotel ! They might give a discount at this time- it’s impossible to park or take your suitcase to the hotel! No good. The staff is welcoming though

We checked out at 4:00 AM and arranged for the hotel to send us a motorcycle. The economy model cost 14,000 AMD, but I checked on the way and found that booking a motorcycle through Yandex only cost 1,500-1,6...

Very disappointing. It's just like a budget hotel in China. The room was extremely small. Because all the surrounding hotels were oversized, I only booked two nights at the last minute and will never stay here again. The only advantage is the location; it's near Republic Square, and hotels in the area are not cheap, but this hotel was also expensive, making it poor value for money.

The front desk staff were very welcoming at check-in, and the room was well-equipped, but a bit run-down, likely due to the hotel's age. Fortunately, the hotel boasts an excellent location in the heart of Yerevan, just a 6-minute walk from the square.

The hotel is long overdue for a renovation. It's terrible when you take a shower in the bathroom and the curtains reek of cigarettes. The furniture and windows are old. The toiletries are terrible: the soap doesn't lather, the shampoo is so weak I threw it out and went to the store to buy a decent one. I don't recommend this hotel. It's in the center, and that's the only plus.

Overall, it's alright. It's located in a very central area; the hotel is situated in a residential area behind a main road, but there's a commercial district right outside. Transportation is very convenient, and it's lively at night. The price is reasonable, but the facilities are just average. The bed was too soft to sleep well 🙃. The room amenities are similar to those in rural inns in mainland China...

Excellent hotel. Everything is very clean. I stayed in July 2024. There's a pool. A shared kitchen is on the first floor. The rooms have a refrigerator, air conditioning, and a hairdryer. We chose this hotel on our layover from Yerevan to Moscow; it was an overnight hub. We booked it just before arrival. It's a very good 4-star hotel, but I can't comment on the location or what's nearby, as we only spent a couple of hours there before our next flight. The drive from the airport to the hotel at night without traffic took 20 minutes.
