Nice small hotel in the middle of Yerevan. Service was very friendly. We had the room under the roof to the back and the room was nice but small and a bit dark. The breakfast was good but again in the basement, no windows. Overall the stay was nice but slightly overpriced.

The hotel is well located, close to the city center. The room is large and comfortable, with a balcony. It's quiet and peaceful. The only inconvenience is having to walk down the stairs with your suitcase and up the stairs to the entrance. The rooms are small, not all have their own shower/toilet - be careful when booking. The room is clean, there are toiletries. The bed is fresh, the bed is comfortable. I checked in late at night - they just gave me the key, showed me the room and put off all the formalities for the morning, wishing me a good night's sleep.
