Service is good cleaners and staffs are friendly.
Room rates at Armenian Village Hotel
include free use of pool, steam room, sauna, gym.
Breakfast was good, members of staff nice and friendly.
Hotel is far away from city center, but taxi, and public transport available.
It's nice to stay it's my 2nd time I relax and quiet environment at night and in the morning it's good to go to aquatic park outdoors swimming and sauna food is good and staff give pack box to us because we need to leave in middle of the night so we use our breakfast for dinner it's good and polite and accommodating the staff
It was good and clean but the staff was a bit rude
very nice overview with luxurious breakfast and swimming pool, sauna and steam bath
We stayed at the hotel with a 10-year-old child. We got a room (half of a house) with a huge bed, TV, kettle, free tea and free bottled water. The bathroom had all the necessary accessories: hair dryer, disposable combs, dental kit, soap, shower gel, shampoo. I would like to separately note that the room is very clean, there is air conditioning. Upon request, an iron was brought to the room. There...

Let me start by saying the room was clean and the people working there were all very pleasant and helpful.
However the room that I ended up staying in was very rundown, poor water pressure, sink wobbly, and one side of the bed was completely collapsed.
The walls were very thin, that if you room next door made a sound you would here it, and when taking a shower the sound of the water reverberate on...
I'll start with the positives. It's nice on the outside. The location is decent, and that's all. There's no proper restaurant and nothing nearby. The safe in the room is broken; it wouldn't open. The hotel staff promised to fix it, but they didn't. It would have been nice to have real coffee at breakfast instead of instant. I haven't seen that in a four-star hotel. The door to the room is hard to open...
It is very good hotel and Anahit from reception is friendly and nice person. The other workers like Marat, Lilit are very good too. They are very kind and polite. Food are delicious and organic. I like it very much. I highly recommend this hotel.
The staff was excellent and we had a good experience at this hotel! Especially Armine, Lilit,Anahit, Gayane , Geghetsik , Levon and all the staff 🥰 😉 Everything was really impressive! I highly recommend Ararat hotel! Thank you for your superb service!! I love you very much☺
So far one of the most adequate accommodation facilities in Yerevan. Sound insulation, good renovation in the room, it is clear that they keep order. If desired, you can use the spa services with a sauna and swimming pool. The location is quite convenient, you can get everywhere on foot. The floors in the corridors are carpeted, which reduces the noise level to almost zero. The only irritating factor...
The hotel is very cozy, the staff is friendly, quiet, calm. The very center of the city, you go out and walk. The room was spacious, there was no hairdryer in the room, but it was provided at the reception without any problems. A nice bonus is the sauna with a swimming pool, I took advantage of it and was very pleased. Breakfast is normal, you won't leave hungry.

Great price for a hotel that is located close to all the sights of the city...easy access to local stores and restaurants...breakfast was great a lot of variety.
everything was great , Houskeeping Rita as i remember name was very kind and helpful, we stayed room 501 at new year's eve ❤️
My mom and I stayed here for two weeks during our visit to Yerevan. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but the spa was lovely and private — I liked that we could reserve an hour and have the space all to ourselves. Breakfast was basic but good. The beds were extremely firm and could definitely use an upgrade.
Housekeeping was disappointing. We often had to ask for fresh towels and sheets, and the bathroom...
Friendly staff at the reception, that's all the pluses, well, they also parked the car in the underground parking lot, convenient. In the hamam, the steam generator did not heat anything in an hour, in the sauna the stove heated enough, the whole sofa there is in holes, the sauna is a fire hazard, sooner or later it will burn down, see the photo. Breakfasts are so-so, on the second day there were no...
A good intimate hotel, really friendly staff, special thanks to Artem, who created the most comfortable conditions for our stay with a late check-in.
A pleasant wet hamam and a warm pool left a good impression.
The breakfast is varied.
We will definitely stay here next time.
E arrived on time for check in but they said is not ready and that we have to wait 40 minutes... But this was not the real problem for me ,but the rudeness . They didn't even say sorry or something... Especially for this i womt recommend and i am sure you can find a better one and newer. I wont speak about the breakfast,,,it is a joke

We ended up here because the nearby aquapark was closed. Entry fee was 3000 AMD, but we had to buy slippers (from 3000 AMD) and swimming caps (from 1500 AMD) as they were mandatory.
The ticket didn’t cover sauna, jacuzzi, or a real swimming pool; it was mostly one big pool with water jets and some slides. Slides opened only once every 1.5 hours, for about half an hour.
The place was fairly clean, but...
I really like the water area with sauna and jacuzzi, the gym has quite a large selection of exercise machines, overall, everything is great
An ideal holiday for families with children. Everyone is happy to swim and is very happy. Wonderful staff.
The gym and swimming pool are nice, however the issue with them is that they can be noisy. Some trainers have decided that they can disregard other visitors and direct their classes with noisy 'music'. I really wish the 'music' volume could be reduced. Other than this the place is fine.
Very good price performance 😇👌
It's a great place to have relaxation and be near the city as well.
Everything are well done regarding the hotel grade. Clean and warm pool, sauna and indoor water games.
Staff are very kind and willing to help, even if they don't know English well.
The bar has only limited number of fast food and closes about 10pm.
Special thanks to "Armine" at the reception who manages all affairs professionally

We didn’t much like this hotel. The reception area has a drab soviet feel and there was no warm welcome. Our room was large but with 2 marble steps down to the bathroom area which is highly dangerous in the middle of the night. The bathroom was also large but bleak and the toilet was slow to fill. Breakfast service was non existent - no welcome but 2/3 staff standing/sitting doing nothing. We seated...
Spacious room and friendly, helpful staff. However, the WiFi was a bit weak, there were limited power outlets for work, the room wasn’t ready at check-in, and it felt slightly dark. Overall: 7/10.
The room was cozy and the service was excellent. It was really great.
Apricot Hotel Yerevan Our stay at Apricot hotel was relaxing and comfortable. We got the Petrosian suite which is designed with all kinds of chess paraphernalia. The Soviet style chess timer is an interesting antique touch. The breakfast service was good, while the spread was average. A special shout out of thanks to Maria and Martin for their warm, friendly and professional customer service.
Very nice boutique hotel located in a quieter area 15 min walk from the Center. I didn’t like Center frankly speaking , too crowded. From terrace where breakfast is you can see Ararat mountain . Rooms are nice , floors are nicely decorated , I liked floor 3. Rooms are quiet , there is construction next door boy it doesn’t bother
The room was fine, but the construction noise made it hard to relax. Most of the staff were polite, but some of them were unhelpful, which left a negative impression.”

The location of the hotel is perfect. You can walk safely even in the evening around the hotel. The room was beautiful and the reception very friendly.
The service was excellent, exceptionally warm and attentive. Thank you for taking care of me these past few days. The location is also very convenient, quiet despite being in a busy area, making it easy to get around. The cleanliness was also excellent; highly recommended!
The price-performance ratio is excellent. The hotel is very centrally located and well-situated. I stayed there for a week with my wife and our two children (3 and 6).
A park with children's attractions and a water playground are within easy walking distance. All the sights are also easily accessible on foot. I can recommend the hotel. The only slight drawback is that the breakfast buffet could be...
I accidentally booked a "honeymoon suite"—a white-curtained round bed with a whirlpool tub—definitely the kind of room a Caucasian tycoon would use for a secret rendezvous with his mistress.
Luckily, it's just a short stay; I have to catch a flight the next morning, otherwise, it would be such a waste to sleep in such a room alone.
The staff were as friendly and helpful as ever.
The hotel is located in a quiet place, although not far from the central square. There are not many rooms, so it is very cozy. The room is clean, everything worked. The cleaning is conscientious, there is enough water. The breakfast is very decent, there are juices and fruits, the pastries are always different and very tasty. I especially smiled at the four or five types of churchkhela) In the evening...

Right in the city center, just a 3-minute walk to Northern Avenue. Plenty of cafes nearby. The staff were excellent – they helped us get settled in upon arrival and even recommended and booked a dinner reservation for us. We initially booked for one night, then extended for two more. Great hotel! Everything was perfect. It was clean and the staff were friendly. We stayed for 6 days and didn't encounter a single negative thing. Plus, it's right in the city center! 😊
An average hotel. It was clean, but the room was tiny, with no space to move around once our luggage was in. Breakfast was the same every day; only the porridge changed, and by the third day, the fruit disappeared. It's conveniently located in the city center, about a five-minute walk to the main streets.
Really great hotel. It's located right in the city center, the breakfasts are excellent, and the staff are very friendly. Most importantly, it's quiet at night.
Not a four star hotel, Small Room, helpful staff, very good location
I only have good words on this Hotel. As a solo traveller I find the room so comfy for me alone. The service is top notched, I was surprised that on my last day they get to save a breakfast take away for me since I won’t be able to avail the breakfast buffet that early. I did appreciate the gesture. The location is near on the other tourist sites and very good restaurants. I would definitely book here...

Service and location is 10/10. However, if you value the time that you spend in the hotel itself, it is questionable choice… Not very comfortable: cold rooms, extra cold bathroom, noise in the room itself from ventilation that you cannot switch off.
Old style hotel but really good one :)
Location is pretty close to city center.
Excellent hotel with a perfect location in Yerevan. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and well maintained. Overall stay was very comfortable, and I would highly recommend this hotel for families.
This was my first stopover in Yerevan. Based on reviews, I found and stayed at this hotel. The most important thing and a big plus is the hotel's location in the city center, within walking distance of Yerevan's main attractions. Another plus is Narine's delicious breakfasts. Great location, clean, cozy, quiet, very friendly staff, I recommend it
Pros:
1. Supportive staff. They provided early check-in (all 3 stars of service, in my rating).
2. Absolutely perfect location for accessibility to city sightseeing.
Cons:
1. Out of standard service experience. They didn't even offer to bring our cases to our room.
2. Unacceptable bed, seemed to be filled with straw. Not as cleane as normally expected.

I enjoyed the hotel's SPA rooms only, but boy it was good. The Relax room was perfect. A pool with a slide, 3 stores of hamams, saunas, and jacuzzis. It was pricey but totally made my stressful day into a heaven.
I recently stayed at Green Palace Hotel in Yerevan and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly polite, kind and helpful, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived.

Rooms with attached bathrooms are good. The service is quick and upto date. You get breakfast in your room which is tasty. Room is cleaned everyday. There is also a fridge in the room with beverages and some chocolates. Good and safe place to stay in.
Owner very nice and friendly, took good care of us and accommodate all our requests. The hotel is far from center but taxi is not expensive. We had our own driver with van so was not a problem. To start with the positives; The hotel is located a 5 minute walk from Republic Square, so has a decent location; whilst there are hotels on The Square itself (i.e. The Marriott), Shirak will be a cheaper option. The hotel's location is ideal. The room's design is aesthetically pleasing and generously sized. However, there were issues with the bathroom's plumbing, the air conditioning unit's noise levels, and the comfort of the bed due to the noticeable springs.

Cons of the hotel: 1. It's located in a neighborhood with no cafes or bars for eating out, so you either have to go downtown or buy groceries at a convenience store and cook for yourself (there are small grocery stores, and almost across the street from the hotel).

We chose this hotel on our layover from Yerevan to Moscow; it was an overnight hub. We booked it just before arrival. It's a very good 4-star hotel, but I can't comment on the location or what's nearby, as we only spent a couple of hours there before our next flight. The drive from the airport to the hotel at night without traffic took 20 minutes.
A good hotel with helpful staff. The only downside is the location—it's 6 km from the center. Otherwise, everything was great.
I booked this hotel because my flight arrived late at night and I wanted something closer to the airport. It was close by, and the room was spacious. My review is only about the pool. It is big and the view is very nice in this place. The staff is polite, there are towels included in price. But!! Is there anybody who likes to listen so loud music while chilling near the pool. Who are they make so loud for? Music is ok, but in places like this it must be at the volume level comfortable for everyone , cos we are not in the techno or any other club
This is really a wedding venue hotel, with a really great pool area for Armenia (one of the best). The pool doesnt have a shallow end so isn't great for kids, and a lot of folks during the day just seemed like Instagram influencers more focused on getting good pics than taking a break.

Hotel is close to center and it is clean. We were redirected here from another hotel, with the same claims of plumbing issues. This hotel was similar to that one, so it was absolutely fine, as we paid the same price as there. The room and bathroom were pretty spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. Bedding and towels were also clean. The smart TV was a bonus, honestly.
A great place in the heart of Yerevan! Walking distance from the republic square and all the other popular tourist attractions in the city. Close to restaurants, shops and at least two pharmacies and just across a big 24/7 supermarket.
Very friendly and highly professional stuff.
