"Lovely hotel with warm and helpful staff. Everything was comfortable and well-organized. I really enjoyed my stay." One of beautiful and warm staff Emma can speak 4 languages English, Persian, Armenian, Russian Thx for having us for two weeks
I recommend it👍🏻👍🏻
Great location, delicious breakfast, and excellent staff. The bed was comfortable, and they have a pool and a bar. The only minor issue was that sometimes there was a faint sewage smell in the bathroom, apparently coming from the shower drain.
Absolutely best experience ever !! Best staff, great location, breakfast at the roof top was tasty , various every morning, outdoor swimming pool area - everything what we were looking for !!!
Very good hotel ! Beautiful, clean, and well located. The staff is professional and welcoming, and let’s not forget the amazing view you’ll enjoy during breakfast 🥖
The hotel is not far from the central market, 20 minutes walk to the center. Quite convenient. There were concerns that the location in a residential area would be confusing, but everything is fine. A pleasant bonus was 2 glasses of wine as a gift from the hotel. The spacious room has everything you need, the bed and pillows are comfortable. Over 3 days, we did not have time to get tired of breakfasts...

Hotel room was ok, clean and spacious, SAS is a stone’s throw away, service was ok in the beginning until on our 3rd night when AC had a leak, and staff were like giving an ‘i dont care attitude’ not too helpful and hard to communicate because of language barrier, they tend to be frustrated but not acceptable since they are dealing with tourists, they should learn how to speak English to be able to...
The location is convenient, with SAS and a large shopping mall with Carrefour next to it. The facilities are just okay, there is a small swimming pool, and the breakfast is simple.
This was our first time at Hotel Nacho. We arrived at 5 a.m. and didn't want to check in until 2 p.m. No problem, we were allowed to drop off our luggage. The hotel is close to the city center. Everything is within walking distance, with the bus and metro nearby. Contrary to what the website says, they speak English as well as Russian. We stayed for two nights.
The location is good. Breakfast is mediocre (it is better to have breakfast outside the hotel). There was no Wi-Fi on the first night, we tried to fix it - it didn't work. It worked only by lunchtime the next day. The pool and sauna are open and included in the price of accommodation. Not the best condition, but quite good!
the pool and sauna are especially wow) especially the sun loungers on the floor for relaxation and the men who go to the toilet by the pool in street shoes and clothes) they put my husband and me in a room with separate beds although we ordered a room with shared beds, they said there are none and the database automatically gave them this room and there is no way to change it (the admin was a woman...
Convenient location, 18 minutes from the airport by taxi. The room is clean, warm, there are toiletries, toothbrushes, shampoo, slippers, a robe and etc. We checked in at 3:30 am, the staff is polite. I recommend.

Good service, lovely breakfast
The location was good Friendly staff and good breakfast
Big and clean room. Very helpful and kind staff.. Amazing view from our room. Nice location, just 15 minutes walk to center.I loved the breakfast, good enough to start a energetic day..👍👌
The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is tastefully furnished. Floors are marble and bathroom walls are also marble. The room was large and comfortable for a week long stay. A lift as well as stairs services upper floors. A well supplied breakfast bar and dining room caters for guests. The girl replenishing the breakfast bar and waiting in the dining room at night was very shy and...

Let me start by saying the room was clean and the people working there were all very pleasant and helpful. However the room that I ended up staying in was very rundown, poor water pressure, sink wobbly, and one side of the bed was completely collapsed. The walls were very thin, that if you room next door made a sound you would here it, and when taking a shower the sound of the water reverberate on...
I'll start with the positives. It's nice on the outside. The location is decent, and that's all. There's no proper restaurant and nothing nearby. The safe in the room is broken; it wouldn't open. The hotel staff promised to fix it, but they didn't. It would have been nice to have real coffee at breakfast instead of instant. I haven't seen that in a four-star hotel. The door to the room is hard to open...
It is very good hotel and Anahit from reception is friendly and nice person. The other workers like Marat, Lilit are very good too. They are very kind and polite. Food are delicious and organic. I like it very much. I highly recommend this hotel.
The staff was excellent and we had a good experience at this hotel! Especially Armine, Lilit,Anahit, Gayane , Geghetsik , Levon and all the staff 🥰 😉 Everything was really impressive! I highly recommend Ararat hotel! Thank you for your superb service!! I love you very much☺
So far one of the most adequate accommodation facilities in Yerevan. Sound insulation, good renovation in the room, it is clear that they keep order. If desired, you can use the spa services with a sauna and swimming pool. The location is quite convenient, you can get everywhere on foot. The floors in the corridors are carpeted, which reduces the noise level to almost zero. The only irritating factor...
The hotel is very cozy, the staff is friendly, quiet, calm. The very center of the city, you go out and walk. The room was spacious, there was no hairdryer in the room, but it was provided at the reception without any problems. A nice bonus is the sauna with a swimming pool, I took advantage of it and was very pleased. Breakfast is normal, you won't leave hungry.
Reception Team is friendly. Location is convenient

Very attentive staff Clean, large room Convenient location of the hotel
Staff really nice and friendly
The remains of what was a 4 star hotel - at this point 3 stars is generous. Cleanliness was okay at best. Carpets are old and not well maintained. Service is minimal. Shower is too small. Location is great. Not the worst choice on a budget overall, but far from a luxurious or fancy hotel.
The room is good. The shower cabin is small. They clean it daily. The quality of cleaning is good. There is no laundry service. There is no food service in the room. The location is excellent.
I had to stay here for a couple of nights. The rooms weren’t great, but they were bearable. However, one night while we were sleeping, a Russian couple opened our door and walked into our room. Shockingly, the reception had rented out our room and given them the keys! This was incredibly unprofessional. When we were checking out, no one offered to help with our luggage. The staff just sat downstairs...
Internet is not super fast - the air conditioning is not super cool either - woke up at night from the noise of the refrigerator - but the location is just super

Room rates at Armenian Village Hotel include free use of pool, steam room, sauna, gym. Breakfast was good, members of staff nice and friendly. Hotel is far away from city center, but taxi, and public transport available.
It's nice to stay it's my 2nd time I relax and quiet environment at night and in the morning it's good to go to aquatic park outdoors swimming and sauna food is good and staff give pack box to us because we need to leave in middle of the night so we use our breakfast for dinner it's good and polite and accommodating the staff
It was good and clean but the staff was a bit rude
very nice overview with luxurious breakfast and swimming pool, sauna and steam bath
We stayed at the hotel with a 10-year-old child. We got a room (half of a house) with a huge bed, TV, kettle, free tea and free bottled water. We didn’t much like this hotel. The reception area has a drab soviet feel and there was no warm welcome. Our room was large but with 2 marble steps down to the bathroom area which is highly dangerous in the middle of the night. The bathroom was also large but bleak and the toilet was slow to fill. Breakfast service was non existent - no welcome but 2/3 staff standing/sitting doing nothing. We seated...
Spacious room and friendly, helpful staff. However, the WiFi was a bit weak, there were limited power outlets for work, the room wasn’t ready at check-in, and it felt slightly dark. Overall: 7/10.
The room was cozy and the service was excellent. It was really great.
Apricot Hotel Yerevan Our stay at Apricot hotel was relaxing and comfortable. We got the Petrosian suite which is designed with all kinds of chess paraphernalia. The Soviet style chess timer is an interesting antique touch. The breakfast service was good, while the spread was average. A special shout out of thanks to Maria and Martin for their warm, friendly and professional customer service.
Very nice boutique hotel located in a quieter area 15 min walk from the Center. I didn’t like Center frankly speaking , too crowded. From terrace where breakfast is you can see Ararat mountain . Rooms are nice , floors are nicely decorated , I liked floor 3. Rooms are quiet , there is construction next door boy it doesn’t bother
The room was fine, but the construction noise made it hard to relax. Most of the staff were polite, but some of them were unhelpful, which left a negative impression.”

everything was great , Houskeeping Rita as i remember name was very kind and helpful, we stayed room 501 at new year's eve ❤️
My mom and I stayed here for two weeks during our visit to Yerevan. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but the spa was lovely and private — I liked that we could reserve an hour and have the space all to ourselves. Breakfast was basic but good. The beds were extremely firm and could definitely use an upgrade. Housekeeping was disappointing. We often had to ask for fresh towels and sheets, and the bathroom...
Friendly staff at the reception, that's all the pluses, well, they also parked the car in the underground parking lot, convenient. In the hamam, the steam generator did not heat anything in an hour, in the sauna the stove heated enough, the whole sofa there is in holes, the sauna is a fire hazard, sooner or later it will burn down, see the photo. Breakfasts are so-so, on the second day there were no...
A good intimate hotel, really friendly staff, special thanks to Artem, who created the most comfortable conditions for our stay with a late check-in. A pleasant wet hamam and a warm pool left a good impression. The breakfast is varied. We will definitely stay here next time.
E arrived on time for check in but they said is not ready and that we have to wait 40 minutes... But this was not the real problem for me ,but the rudeness . We ended up here because the nearby aquapark was closed. Entry fee was 3000 AMD, but we had to buy slippers (from 3000 AMD) and swimming caps (from 1500 AMD) as they were mandatory. The ticket didn’t cover sauna, jacuzzi, or a real swimming pool; it was mostly one big pool with water jets and some slides. Slides opened only once every 1.5 hours, for about half an hour. The place was fairly clean, but...
I really like the water area with sauna and jacuzzi, the gym has quite a large selection of exercise machines, overall, everything is great
An ideal holiday for families with children. Everyone is happy to swim and is very happy. Wonderful staff.
The gym and swimming pool are nice, however the issue with them is that they can be noisy. Some trainers have decided that they can disregard other visitors and direct their classes with noisy 'music'. I really wish the 'music' volume could be reduced. Other than this the place is fine.
Very good price performance 😇👌
It's a great place to have relaxation and be near the city as well. Everything are well done regarding the hotel grade. Clean and warm pool, sauna and indoor water games. Staff are very kind and willing to help, even if they don't know English well. The bar has only limited number of fast food and closes about 10pm. Special thanks to "Armine" at the reception who manages all affairs professionally

Right in the city center, just a 3-minute walk to Northern Avenue. Plenty of cafes nearby. The staff were excellent – they helped us get settled in upon arrival and even recommended and booked a dinner reservation for us. We initially booked for one night, then extended for two more. Great hotel! Everything was perfect. It was clean and the staff were friendly. We stayed for 6 days and didn't encounter a single negative thing. Plus, it's right in the city center! 😊
An average hotel. It was clean, but the room was tiny, with no space to move around once our luggage was in. Breakfast was the same every day; only the porridge changed, and by the third day, the fruit disappeared. It's conveniently located in the city center, about a five-minute walk to the main streets.
Really great hotel. It's located right in the city center, the breakfasts are excellent, and the staff are very friendly. Most importantly, it's quiet at night.
Not a four star hotel, Small Room, helpful staff, very good location
I only have good words on this Hotel. As a solo traveller I find the room so comfy for me alone. The service is top notched, I was surprised that on my last day they get to save a breakfast take away for me since I won’t be able to avail the breakfast buffet that early. The service was excellent, exceptionally warm and attentive. Thank you for taking care of me these past few days. The location is also very convenient, quiet despite being in a busy area, making it easy to get around. The cleanliness was also excellent; highly recommended!
The price-performance ratio is excellent. The hotel is very centrally located and well-situated. I stayed there for a week with my wife and our two children (3 and 6). I accidentally booked a "honeymoon suite"—a white-curtained round bed with a whirlpool tub—definitely the kind of room a Caucasian tycoon would use for a secret rendezvous with his mistress. Luckily, it's just a short stay; I have to catch a flight the next morning, otherwise, it would be such a waste to sleep in such a room alone. The staff were as friendly and helpful as ever.
The hotel is located in a quiet place, although not far from the central square. There are not many rooms, so it is very cozy. The room is clean, everything worked. Very good small hotel in a good location.
To start with the positives; The hotel is located a 5 minute walk from Republic Square, so has a decent location; whilst there are hotels on The Square itself (i.e. The Marriott), Shirak will be a cheaper option. Is there anybody who likes to listen so loud music while chilling near the pool. Who are they make so loud for? Music is ok, but in places like this it must be at the volume level comfortable for everyone , cos we are not in the techno or any other club
This is really a wedding venue hotel, with a really great pool area for Armenia (one of the best).
