This was our first time at Hotel Nacho. We arrived at 5 a.m. and didn't want to check in until 2 p.m. No problem, we were allowed to drop off our luggage. The hotel is close to the city center. Everything is within walking distance, with the bus and metro nearby. Contrary to what the website says, they speak English as well as Russian. We stayed for two nights.

The location is good. Breakfast is mediocre (it is better to have breakfast outside the hotel). There was no Wi-Fi on the first night, we tried to fix it - it didn't work. Convenient location, 18 minutes from the airport by taxi. The room is clean, warm, there are toiletries, toothbrushes, shampoo, slippers, a robe and etc. We checked in at 3:30 am, the staff is polite. I recommend.

The hotel is very cozy, the staff is friendly, quiet, calm. The very center of the city, you go out and walk. The room was spacious, there was no hairdryer in the room, but it was provided at the reception without any problems. A nice bonus is the sauna with a swimming pool, I took advantage of it and was very pleased. Breakfast is normal, you won't leave hungry.

The remains of what was a 4 star hotel - at this point 3 stars is generous. Cleanliness was okay at best. Carpets are old and not well maintained. Service is minimal. Shower is too small. Location is great. Not the worst choice on a budget overall, but far from a luxurious or fancy hotel.

The gym and swimming pool are nice, however the issue with them is that they can be noisy. Some trainers have decided that they can disregard other visitors and direct their classes with noisy 'music'. I really wish the 'music' volume could be reduced. Other than this the place is fine.

I accidentally booked a "honeymoon suite"—a white-curtained round bed with a whirlpool tub—definitely the kind of room a Caucasian tycoon would use for a secret rendezvous with his mistress. Rooms with attached bathrooms are good. The service is quick and upto date. You get breakfast in your room which is tasty. Room is cleaned everyday. There is also a fridge in the room with beverages and some chocolates. Good and safe place to stay in.

Very nice hotel compared to other high end I stayed in Yerevan. Reasonably priced for the room type , location and services. Only downside is the gym which needs some TLC.. so if you are not a gym fan then this is the best choice in Yerevan

My review is only about the pool. It is big and the view is very nice in this place. The staff is polite, there are towels included in price. But!! Is there anybody who likes to listen so loud music while chilling near the pool. Who are they make so loud for? This is really a wedding venue hotel, with a really great pool area for Armenia (one of the best). The pool doesnt have a shallow end so isn't great for kids, and a lot of folks during the day just seemed like Instagram influencers more focused on getting good pics than taking a break.
