The lady receptionist who checked me in and also checked me out is kind but the rest of the staff at the Macao Hotel are the least customer service orientated I met for many years (I spend a fifth of each year in hotels all over the world).
I stayed in room 308.
It is a spacious room with a separate living room and it has a small balcony.
The air conditioning is excellent and the living room seemed...

I'm writing this review only to prevent others from finding themselves in the same awkward situation we did.
Let me tell you, we booked a place on Booking.com based on photos and reviews. We were tempted by the nice renovation, new furniture, and private grounds with a pool. And all of this is 100% true!
But! There's one huge "but!"
We arrived, were greeted by a very pleasant girl, led us into the...
We stayed in this house for several days. The room we stayed in was huge, the furniture was new and comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. It's very new and well-maintained. The house has several rooms for rent. The hosts are very nice and pleasant. You can order breakfast, which is very convenient. The area is also great, with shops and cafes within walking distance. It's a 15-30 minute taxi...
We stayed in April and were pleasantly surprised by what we saw. I never thought you could find a wonderful guesthouse for that kind of money.
Everything was top notch! Incredibly hospitable hosts, cozy new rooms, orthopedic mattresses (we haven't slept so soundly and comfortably in a long time), and everything you need was in the rooms. In the summer, you can swim in the pool.
The location is excellent...

Unexpectedly rooms were clean and tidy . Staff are nice and the place feels like home , location is a bit in an industrial area .
Cozy hotel 10-mins away from the Sasuntsi Davit subway station. The staff is friendly and always glad to help. Rooms are small, but quite tidy and nice. It's super quiet at nights here, so you can have great rest.
Good for tourists traveling alone or couples 👍
5/5 1. Place is quite and calm. 2. Roses outside is very beautiful. 3. The room is clean. 4. Towels and slippers are available. 5. AC is working good. 6. Staffs are too friendly and approachable. 7. WIfI available. 8. Breakfast available at the hotel if want to eat within the hotel.
Guys, we stayed here for 1 night in early March 2024. The hotel is located in the private sector, not far from the airport. In principle, good rooms and polite staff. It would be nice to place the wifi password in the rooms so as not to look for it in the middle of the night. Recommended! Although, of course, it's up to you to decide...
Great modern hotel, with nicely refurbished rooms. Spacious rooms, nice bathroom.
Stayed here with family in September 2023 for a night.
Good breakfast selection although it caters mostly on the savoury side, they don’t have any pastries eg croissants.
Also, this was the only hotel we stayed in Armenia where they had a coffee machine so we could have proper coffee - this is a great plus!
Overall...
This place is clean and new. Everyone was nice and helped me quickly. I even needed some change to give the taxi and the receptionist was kind enough to help. I enjoyed my time here. Room is cleaned each time I come back from the city. Conveniently located.

The lady at reception was really lovely and helpful during my stay. I could tell she was a kind person. I recommend this place in Yerevan.
If you are solo travelling, it’s the best place to be. Every thing is near by. Most importantly, the hostesses Mara is an amazing woman, you will feel that you are staying in a home not a hostel.
Thank you.
Had done a great job by chosen yellow fox, clean towels every day, shampoo everyday, kind and welcoming staff. Great value of money for students from UK.
A fantastic hostel with extremely attentive staff. It is family-owned and they take great care of the space. I transferred from another hostel in Yerevan and so happy I ended up here. Highly recommended!
I was pleased how good this hostel is. The hostel has the basics (comfy beds, shower, rooftop) and a good kitchen. The main thing is that the location is beyond perfect, in the heart of Yerevan. English is not much spoken here, so be prepared for Russian if possible.
Very good hotel perfect location .staffs are soo helpful and sweet.but food options are very less only thing i was not happy was with food . Rest everything was worth for money. Perfect for a solo traveller. Very safe
Excellent service and great location! The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to recommend restaurants and local spots to visit. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel is perfectly located in the city. I would definitely stay here again!
Although the rooms were small, they offered decent value. The restroom does not have a bidet. There is a complimentary breakfast included with our stay which we find satisfactory. The location is very good as it is accessible in the city in which you can walk and explore around. The front desk is available twenty-four hours a day and they are helpful and friendly. I had a great overall experience at...

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Nork Hotel in Yerevan. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. Special thanks to the receptionist and the amazing chef Arpine and Naira, respectively, whose warm and professional service made our stay extra special.

Nice place to stay. Very peaceful, clean and staffs very accommodating & friendly. Thanks specially to Ms. R Pine. Place is about 10 mins drive to the city centre.
The place was so clean and organize. Its cozy and luxury vibes. Staff are accommodating. Highly recommended.
Comfortable hotel, 100% worth the money (around $50USD per night). It has 8 rooms on 4 floors. The stay was very quiet, there was someone at the reception desk all the time, who gave very helpful tips for the city. Position is 20-30minutes from the center by walk, but using Yandex/GG apps it was 10 minutes maximum. Room was very ok, two complimentary water bottles and all the necessary for showering...
The cleanest most incredibly personal experience of any hotel i have ever stayed at. The staff were bilingual and incredibly helpful throughout our stay from laundry to arranging taxis and meals delivered to the hotel. I cannot recommend enough. Situated in a very quiet part of Yerevan, is perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring such a incredible capital city.
The room was so beatiful, clean and big.Arpine the staff was so friendly and so helpfull.I highly recommended this hotel. If i will come back in armenia i will still choose this hotel.
A great appartment in the heart of Yerevan, near a lot of restaurants, pubs and supermarkets at less than 1 minute by foot. We, a group of six people, stayed for 6 nights and we had a great time. The appartment was very clean, had a nice living room to have your coffee, breakfast or dinner and the kitchen / bathroom had everything we needed. The host, Vahe, was very friendly and ready to asnwer any...
The owner was very helpful and friendly, always available, always ready to help. He accommodated us very early in the morning. The apartment was small but clean and we didn't miss anything
The apartment is in the center, the windows face the courtyard, so it's quiet. The air conditioning was great. We would love to come again

The location is very close to Yerewen Mall, within walking distance. However, you'll need to take a taxi to Republic Square, the Opera House, and the Grand Staircase. When we first took a taxi there after switching hotels, it felt quite remote; the streets were lined with factories and bus stops, and we didn't see many people, which made us quite nervous. After that, we mostly used taxis and chartered...
The hotel has complete facilities! It's very clean and hygienic, with an elegant environment and excellent front desk service! The staff are very polite! The breakfast has a wide variety of choices! Delicious food! All the drinks taste great!
Nice place to stay for some days
It’s outside the city center so it’s far from attractions. A 20-30min Metro ride to the center. No nearby restaurants. You have to go to the Yerevan Mall or the Yerevan Market to get food. It’s a bit of a walk, 15mins. But there is one small convenience store in fron of the hotel. Room is spacious. It’s like a studio apartment. Very big for one person. Breakfast is buffet style, but not too great....
It is close to the station and there are shopping facilities within a short walk. The air conditioner was a little old, but the room was clean and well equipped. The service of the front desk and other staff was excellent, and I would recommend this hotel.
Very good hotel

Hotel room was ok, clean and spacious, SAS is a stone’s throw away, service was ok in the beginning until on our 3rd night when AC had a leak, and staff were like giving an ‘i dont care attitude’ not too helpful and hard to communicate because of language barrier, they tend to be frustrated but not acceptable since they are dealing with tourists, they should learn how to speak English to be able to...
The location is convenient, with SAS and a large shopping mall with Carrefour next to it. The facilities are just okay, there is a small swimming pool, and the breakfast is simple.
This was our first time at Hotel Nacho.
We arrived at 5 a.m. and didn't want to check in until 2 p.m.
No problem, we were allowed to drop off our luggage.
The hotel is close to the city center. Everything is within walking distance, with the bus and metro nearby.
Contrary to what the website says, they speak English as well as Russian.
We stayed for two nights.
The location is good. Breakfast is mediocre (it is better to have breakfast outside the hotel). There was no Wi-Fi on the first night, we tried to fix it - it didn't work. It worked only by lunchtime the next day.
The pool and sauna are open and included in the price of accommodation. Not the best condition, but quite good!
the pool and sauna are especially wow)
especially the sun loungers on the floor for relaxation
and the men who go to the toilet by the pool in street shoes and clothes)
they put my husband and me in a room with separate beds although we ordered a room with shared beds, they said there are none and the database automatically gave them this room and there is no way to change it (the admin was a woman...
Convenient location, 18 minutes from the airport by taxi. The room is clean, warm, there are toiletries, toothbrushes, shampoo, slippers, a robe and etc. We checked in at 3:30 am, the staff is polite. I recommend.

Very beautiful and comfortable hotel, helpfull staff, good wifi.
The staff at this hotel could not have been better. The young lady and the young man went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The location is a little bit far away from a lot of eating or good coffee shops, but still a nice location! I absolutely will stay here again.
I checked in early for free. They do their best for my stay.
You can also leave your luggages in hotel for free.
Hotel has elevator which is big plus.
This was real modern hotel located in the center.
Helpful staff, super clean rooms.
I was here with my family.
Great experience
Our one day trip to Yerevan was truly unforgettable, and staying at INN CITY Hotel, made it even more special!
From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for 😍
The hotel was spotless, fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, and perfectly located near to the supermarkets, bakeries.. and just a 20-minute walk to some of the city's most popular spots, Fine dining restaurants, markets...
The hotel room is amazing, it was an impromtu/walk in booking but the reception happily accepts me, thanks to the availability. What i liked in the hotel, that didnt find in most hotels is the set of utensils ready for use at anytimes. For traveller like me, its absolutely convenient, i can buy my food & enjoy in room. This idea is a great benefits.
Location and room is great!
The only negative things is tiny walls and you can hear noise from aisle.
Stuff is great, location is in the heart of Yerevan.

A perfect hotel as a base to explore Yerevan. It’s not fancy, but it has what you need: centrally located, very quiet, clean, efficient. Very good value for money.
Clean rooms, attentive and friendly staff, buffet breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location is really inconvenient. It is inconvenient to go anywhere. Mainly because it is next to the highway. And it is impossible to turn back for a short distance.
Very nice hotel. Nice stuff. There's Erevan's zoo across a road
The room is clean, but there are no interesting attractions in Armenia... The hotel is very remote and there is nothing around except convenience stores. The convenience stores are also ripped off. Taxis in Armenia charge an exorbitant amount of money. Traveling to Georgia and Azerbaijan is a little better in this country. The center of the capital extends 2.5 kilometers outward and is extremely desolate...
This hotel is right next to the highway with no pedestrian crossing and it is not very convenient to take an Uber as the driver has to take a detour to get back to the city which makes the fare more expensive, however the overall hotel is ok
Not very conveniently located, there is no one at the reception all the time, the window that is written in the description opens onto the stairs
We had a late check-in (around 00:00), they waited for us, everything in the room was clean, clean, two towels per person, air conditioning was on. Bed linen, towels - everything is perfectly clean and ironed 👍🏻 The bed is comfortable, I slept well. The hosts are friendly and unobtrusive. We got to the center by taxi - here it’s quite inexpensive (150-209₽). We were satisfied

Excellent Place... My favourite in Yerevan-Armenia. Like it... Very good staff & very respectfull.
The atmosphere of the hotel is fantastic but there is some problems, the hotel have a music room and so noisy, you can't sleep well or stay with childs. And some of the power outlets of our room had problem but the stuff of hotel are so kindly.
Very good hotel, clean and new! Very nice swimming pool! Staff very helpful and friendly! Location not far from downtown 5 minutes by taxi! Recommended

The hotel is conveniently located, and the owner was friendly. He carried our suitcases, made coffee, and offered us tea. Near the airport, good service, room is also decent. No complaints. Breakfast is very yummy.
Rooms are ok. Shower is bad, low water pressure and middle temperature water. AC is also not work only fan.
The service was nice and the reception was friendly and efficient. Would recommend.
"Rooms were clean and well-maintained, staff were warm and hospitable, and the location was convenient—overall a pleasant and comfortable stay." Especially the staff Vardan, Rosanna, and Mariousa all are very helpful, warm and hospitable. Good people make Good team. I would certainly recommend this hotel for short stay. Swimming pool is not there but might be coming soon. You will enjoy your stay
This hotel is perfect. The rooms are big and clean and there is everything you need, even slippers, bottles of water, a kettle to make tea. The stuff is very polite and helpful. I liked the breakfast. Highly recommend!

Room is good and clean.
Amazing view specially in the morning.

The GOOD: the staff is amazingly nice. Very respectful and very helpful. I have not seen any better. The food is nice--tho there are no menus. You get what they serve and it's generally very nice and tasty. The rooms were clean when we got there. Did I say the staff were wonderful? The price quoted was very very reasonable. Very nice and comfortable hotel, good breakfast, excellent staff , clean rooms
Comfortable, quiet. But to the pool for money or an acquaintance allowed not only the hotel guests.
Iranian hotel or a hotel for the Iranians. But I was there quite comfortable. Modern, clean, all at a high level. The Breakfast buffet was also excellent. And dinner do not advise to take - not tasty, not enough. Better to dine in the center of Yerevan. Far from the city center. By public transport to reach far and long. And if a personal car (my Sochi) - there is a big problem with Parking in the...
We stayed there for five days in August and generally enjoyed everything. The room itself was pleasant, with everything we needed, a spacious balcony, and a view of Mount Ararat. The downside was the lack of housekeeping. We asked for at least one cleaning during the five days—they didn't, but at least they provided two extra bottles of shower gel. The linens and towels didn't look fresh, as if they...
First time in Yerevan on a stop over, found the hotel randomly as I was looking for a cool modern boutique hotel. Perfect location, about 10 min away from Republic Square and other key amenities of the city. Hotel has a nice little front garden, a co working space. Only issue was that didn't have a lift and with luggage was a bit of challenge pulling it up.

I stayed at this hotel in Yerevan for about 3 days. Very nice, clean, and new. It's also close to many attractions if you want to explore the city on foot. The rooms are nice and spacious, with a large terrace. The staff is friendly and helpful. The price/quality ratio is very good. Quiet location.
Stayed for 5 nights in October 2024. The hotel is new, but a lot of things are already shabby in the rooms, chips on the walls. Unfriendly sleepy girls at the reception, every question was met tensely. Towels are given out with large holes. The room was small and with a dusty uncomfortable sofa. It is quite a long walk from the hotel to the center, definitely not 8-10 minutes, as they wrote in the...
It's a cool place. The atmosphere is very friendly. The design and facilities for this money are just fine, I don't think there is a better one, at least I haven't found one. I also want to mention Arut's manager separately, a good guy, most of these impressions are his merit)

I have been to this hotel many times and I can say that the service is very excellent, the food is delicious, there are several old employees who do their job very well, I am interested in some comments that people complain about the food or the attitude of the employees, I am satisfied with their good attitude towards customers, I am very happy with this hotel
