Unexpectedly rooms were clean and tidy . Staff are nice and the place feels like home , location is a bit in an industrial area .

Cozy hotel 10-mins away from the Sasuntsi Davit subway station. The staff is friendly and always glad to help. Rooms are small, but quite tidy and nice. It's super quiet at nights here, so you can have great rest. Good for tourists traveling alone or couples 👍

Guys, we stayed here for 1 night in early March 2024. The hotel is located in the private sector, not far from the airport. In principle, good rooms and polite staff. Nice place to stay for some days

It’s outside the city center so it’s far from attractions. A 20-30min Metro ride to the center. No nearby restaurants. You have to go to the Yerevan Mall or the Yerevan Market to get food. It’s a bit of a walk, 15mins. But there is one small convenience store in fron of the hotel. Room is spacious. It’s like a studio apartment. Very big for one person. Breakfast is buffet style, but not too great....

It is close to the station and there are shopping facilities within a short walk. The air conditioner was a little old, but the room was clean and well equipped. The service of the front desk and other staff was excellent, and I would recommend this hotel.

The cleanest most incredibly personal experience of any hotel i have ever stayed at. The staff were bilingual and incredibly helpful throughout our stay from laundry to arranging taxis and meals delivered to the hotel. I cannot recommend enough. The hotel exceeded all our expectations! Its location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from Republic Square. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. The location is perfect, service also good. My main complaint is about the noise as the rooms face the street and it is on the first floor. The windows isolation is poor. I could not sleep due to the cars passing by. I guess if it is not a problem for you, it might be a good option.

I really liked the place. It's a cozy place with renovated rooms. It's close to Republic Square. You can wander and explore the city easily. Our room had a balcony so we could smoke. The reception was super friendly and helpful. Our room was too hot, they sent someone who serviced the AC quickly and gave us an extra fan.

This hotel is right next to the highway with no pedestrian crossing and it is not very convenient to take an Uber as the driver has to take a detour to get back to the city which makes the fare more expensive, however the overall hotel is ok

We had a late check-in (around 00:00), they waited for us, everything in the room was clean, clean, two towels per person, air conditioning was on. I spent 3 nights in this hotel, just steps from Koryun Street, in an excellent location. Its location is precisely the hotel's strong point. I honestly can't give a positive review of the 3 nights, quite the opposite! The incessant noise of the refrigerator running all night is still ringing in my ears...
