The Mansion Hotel Yerevan 4* left an impression of a modern and well-managed hotel. The interiors are designed in a unified style, the common areas are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxing. The rooms are appropriate for their category: spacious rooms, comfortable furniture, high-quality linens, and thoughtful touches create a cozy atmosphere. Cleanliness is maintained at a high level, which...
Wonderful hotel very near to the center. Special thanks to Vahe, Armen and Anahit. They're all been so helpful and welcoming while i'm staying there.
A wonderful experience overall! The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the amenities are fantastic. The staff is incredibly helpful, and I enjoyed every moment of my stay.
I was afraid to stay in this hotel because of bad reviews but I couldn’t find something better for the same price. But I was surprised that personal were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was amazing! Different types of omelette (with tomatoes/without), biscuit, vegetables, a lot of cheese and sausages, cottage cheese, mashed poteto, Olivier salad😨😻 and my room was very clean and huge, with good interior...
The Room was clean but it was so small We just can sleep on bed and there was no other space and that was so annoying

Yerevan (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Amazing hotel for the value. Breakfast is delicious, the rooms are great, everything is clean and feels very modern. The spa facilities are very cosy and conveniently placed in one room, so it's possible to easily shuffle between them. The mountains view from the window is an icing on the cake. It's on par with top hotels in the center but for a much lower price.
A cozy hotel located a bit out of the city center (a 20-minute taxi ride to the central square). The staff is attentive and can offer helpful tips on excursions and other activities. The breakfasts are filling, but I'd like more variety and a larger selection of fruit (we only had peaches and grapes, along with a fruit salad). I'd also like to see some fish added to the breakfast selection.
I had a bad experience; it's not worth the review. The hotel is relatively new, but the rooms are small, and it's located on a main road, making it extremely noisy. The hotel service was also terrible; the staff were always indifferent.
A good hotel, a bit far from all the sights, it’s good that taxis are not expensive, I liked the hotel itself.
Initially I was skeptical, but I’ll definitely stay here again! The staff are kind and patient. They also speak multiple languages which is very useful and helpful. You’re greeted with a glass of wine and a smile. What more do you need?
A medium-sized hotel. There are plenty of fast food restaurants and shopping centers nearby. Taxi access is impossible. Taxi drivers tend to drop you off near intersections where the hotel sign is hidden. There are no slippers or razors. Everything else is fine.

Everything is good. The staff is excellent.
Convenient travel, close to the city center
the place is in perfect location near for everything, the receptionist ,very attentive of what you need..comfortable to stay
friendly staff Location ok near Zoravar Andranik metro station; supermarket nearby; far away from airport transport; worn; needs paint and repair; corner of bed very sharp = dangerous to toes; double bed: small size bathroom: big but no space for your stuff (levels, hooks) no lift, no daily cleaning breakfast: ready made, limited

I don't understand the negative reviews for this hotel. The rooms are clean. The bathroom and toilet are clean. It has a good cooling system (air conditioner). It has good hot water for the bathroom. Of course, there is no elevator and the breakfast is fixed and does not have variety. Its biggest advantage is its close access to Republic Square. Very kind staff, my room was warm and clean, with a sweet little balcony - just 2 minute walk to cafesjian gardens - I should have stayed longer
Maison Heritage is a small, quiet hotel right near the bustling Cascade, with a friendly staff.
Very lovely hotel and very friendly staff. Beautiful and clean. So close to cascade. They let us store our bags for a mini trip. Definitely worth money and would stay again on return to yuravan.
It would have been nice if they had provided breakfast.
I had a wonderful day in Armenia with Maison Heritage Hotel as ifs near to everything in the city especially close to Cascades and North Avenue. The room i'm staying is so cozy and staffs are top notch. Love the way they welcome you and communicate with all my needs. I will definitely come back and stay again with Maison Heritage Hotel on my next trip back to Yerevan. Big Thanks to the staffs there...

We are two bicycle routers and need a quiet place after all the adventures. Red Hot is the best value for your money. Clean rooms and quiet(our window was towards the yard). Also we needed a save place for our bicycles and the yard was perfect for it. They have an inviting pool as well, but we didn't use it. The city center is easily reachable on foot. We had a great stay.
The towels were dazzlingly clean. As were the bedsheets. The mattresses, however, quite possibly predate my grandmother. We also wasn’t expecting to share the apartment with cockroaches - hopefully they paid their share.
It is very good and walking distance to the city centre. The owner was so kind and friendly. During my stay for 3nights everytime I go to their reception, the owner will always tell or asked me to come and seat relax in the garden because they garden will swimming pool. The room I booked is exactly the same what is in their advertisements. The owner is friendly and very kind during my stay
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Yerevan. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to others!
Tge location of the hotel was great. It is near center like by an 10 minutes on foot you will be in republic square. The hotel has a great pool with beautiful yard. It was worth of satying. There is also a parking place shere you can park your car. It was really amazing it worts of stay. I recommend you to come and stay here. It is a beautiful enjoyable family hotel. Thank you so much.

Exellent hostel, in my opinion is the best for quality/price balance. Clean rooms and friendly service 👍
It was very loud because of the cars on street, the kitchen tools were very old and not enough, you might not have water sometimes to take a shower :)
There is a big supermarket next to the hotel where you can exchange RMB. There is very little RMB that can be exchanged in Armenia. You can buy a lot of things in the supermarket. The room is very big and the price is very cost-effective.
Very nice and helping and smiling people here! I was with my bycicle they put it on a safe place, and they also helped me to go to airport and to carry my bike box to the taxi
Rooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and well kept. Staff are incredibly friendly and kind. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in yerevan!

The staff were very kind and it was a wonderful stay. There was a supermarket nearby, so we were able to get the basics we needed.
It's a decent hotel for a one-night stay. The only problem is that not all rooms have windows, and mine had no ventilation, which made it smell musty. So, only book a room with a window.
Good hotel for a short stay, would recommend
The hotel's greatest advantage is its excellent location. All the sights are within walking distance, as is a huge supermarket, coffee shop, and bus stop. Bus number 100 runs from the airport to France Square every hour, and then buses 13, 43, 47, 97, and 259 run to the hotel from there. Public transportation is excellent in Yerevan. The room is spacious, with a kettle and refrigerator. The staff is...
We spent two days and one night at the hotel. We were just passing through. We really liked the hotel. The friendly receptionist, Rosa, makes delicious coffee! Excellent breakfasts and comfortable beds. The room has everything you need. There's an Armenian church nearby, as well as plenty of cafes and shops. Rosa called us a taxi to the airport, and it only cost 400 rubles in Russian money.
We booked for 2 days, we liked everything so much that we decided to extend for another 2 days. The administrator Suzanna is a very warm girl, it was nice to talk to her. The location is excellent, two minutes away from the 24-hour shopping center Yerevan. The only inconvenience was that there was a construction site outside the window. Great property with amazing pool. Staff made my stay special, the lever of hospitality is incredible.
Pros: good hotel, clean and spacious room. Breakfast is available, but very weak. Supermarket and bus stop nearby. Disposable shampoos and soap. A good, cozy hotel. The location is excellent, right in the city center. It's quite clean, and the bed is comfortable. The only downsides are the noise from the bar guests downstairs under the window of the room and the meager breakfasts.
Great place, spacious room. Perfect location. Only bad thing is that there is no elevator, but that's not a big deal.
The location is very good, staff are friendly but my room was not really clean, there were leftover food right outside the window and the carpet was sobbing when I check-in.
The hotel is in a great location in the city centre, within walking distance to tourist attractions and transport links. This accommodation provided a satisfactory experience during a five-day stay. The staff members were consistently approachable and friendly. The hostel maintained a clean and quiet environment. Its proximity to key tourist attractions was a significant advantage. Overall, the location and service contributed to a pleasant visit.
Clean, tidy, and huge room. No restaurant for breakfast, all pre-ordered in the previous night at the front desk and sent to your room directly.
Really liked the concept — small private rooms with a welcoming community space and shared bathrooms and showers. Contradictory impressions. On the one hand, there are advantages - responsive staff and a quiet place.
