Comfortable hotel with all the essential amenities. Very convenient for travelers with a car, with free parking available right outside. Breakfast was decent and sufficient. Good hotel. Nearby there is a supermarket with an exchange office, within walking distance there is a good restaurant with Georgian cuisine. The hotel is clean, the room was cleaned daily. The breakfast is decent. It was missing at least a small gym. The water in the pool is cold, although it was very hot outside.

The hotel is very close to the center ~10 minutes. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are served until 10:30 am, which is very convenient for those who like to sleep) in the warm season there is a swimming pool and fruits grow on the trees, and the room has a view of the gorge and the river.

One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Quiet, cozy, not in the thick of tourist events, but not far from them. I especially liked the recreated atmosphere of an old mansion: vintage furniture made of real wood, pastel colors, antique decorative items, ceramics, and a library. If you are in Yerevan, I recommend staying with them!

In each room you will find the historical atmosphere and familiarize yourself with the cultural features. Here everything is old, very nice and cozy.

Breakfasts aren't great. Room service is mostly tasty and inexpensive (sturgeon/sterlet is expensive and not tasty). The mattresses are very hard. The sauna and pool included are excellent. The hotel is relatively new. Parking is free. The Deluxe room is spacious and quite comfortable. Check if the large outdoor pool is under renovation if you need it.

It's a bit far from the city center, and the rooms aren't very big. I booked a room with a balcony, but the balcony was very small. On a clear day, the south-facing window offers a view of the snow-capped mountains.
