All the staff were very, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool was amazing, breakfast was tasty. The view from the back veranda was great looking over the city and the canyon. It was a restful and refreshing time, we would certainly recommend Ossanna Hotel as a place to stay.

We stayed here while our motorcycle was being repaired and found the hotel very nice. I’m a lone female traveler and felt very safe here. I was intimidated when I first arrived due to it being nearly midnight and there were several male staff around, however they were all respectful and kind and upgraded my room. I was even given a late check out at no charge. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

I stayed in the standard double room with garden view/shared bathroom. View was to a concrete courtyard. The room was decent sized but sparse. There was a bed, desk/chair, fan and small dresser. The room was impeccably clean and smelled nice. Though bed sheets were not fitted; it was just an oversized sheet covering the mattress. Bed was on the firm side but comfortable. A very nice hotel! Wonderful owners and staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Registration is easy. Cleaning is stunning. The room is rather big with a comfortable bed and a zone for eating on nice red sofas. There are many windows which makes the room full of light. We would be happy to come once again. Call the hotel if you can’t find it. The staff will help!

Resting with his wife in mid-July. The impressions are very good, I especially liked the fact that despite the location in the city center, the hotel itself was quiet and comfortable. The pool and a cozy table under a walnut tree saved the 40-degree heat. Special thanks to the host for hospitality, helpfulness and icy spring water. We highly recommend it to everyone!

Great little hotel right next to a big supermarket. The hotel is close to the metro and the republik square. The shower is great, the AC works and the bed is big. Our room was downstairs so we didn't have any Windows But we only Came in late to sleep so it didn't bother us.

This one is average , there good hotels in Yerevan but Nare is not one of them.

People and staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and very safe. Patio door to balcony doesn't lock...they don't have kettle or iron provided to rooms either ,which is standard in every other hotel in europe.

The host, knowing that we couldn't exchange money and didn't have a phone card, drove the car himself, helped us buy cards, and was kind enough to lend us money before exchanging money. The bed was comfortable, but the sheets were too gray, and the pillowcases weren't clear whether they were clean or dirty. The hotel needs renovation as it seemed dated. Breakfast also needs improvement. However the room is big and located near the metro and train station.

I have to say that the chef's skills in this Chinese restaurant are really good, which greatly satisfied my Chinese appetite. The hotel management and hygiene of the Chinese owner are very good. It's within walking distance of the train station and has a Chinese chef. It's a popular spot for Chinese residents. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but the price is reasonable, as Armenia is quite expensive. Its a good place given the price being under 40 dollars. Its clean, seems to be recently renovated and the staff are great! Dont expect a breakfast buffet, 24 hour room service with a swimming pool and jacuzzi for that price.

Property is located at an excellent location (about 5 min walk to the Republic square and adjacent to the President's residence I was told) - though getting in and out is via a small lane. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was big and clean too. The breakfast was served in the room and was very good. Don't let the decadent exterior of the building fool you. This hotel is great. Nice, clean, spacious and newly renovated room. Very helpful and friendly stuff. Conversation is English is not a problem. Breakfast is okay but could be a bit more varied.

Location is exceptional. Very central. Rooms are ok. Big with extra bed. Stayed for 4 nights, room wasn’t cleaned once and I had to ask for clean towels after 3 days. Aircon kept switching off. Breakfast is good local food - you don’t get a choice of meals though. You eat what is brought to your table. Staff all very friendly. Good value for money.

I was a solo traveler and they treated me like a family, I was very happy and satisfied with the service even though they couldnt understand english that well but they were still ready to help! The restaurant is built at the edge of a canyon and they usually lead you to a floor "-5". That's interesting but the design of interior is not modern.

Accommodating Staff especially the Receptionist Armeni. Friendly environment. Spacious room. Good view of the Mt. Ararat. Love the free breakfast, knowing I'm Asian and a rice lover. Love the concept, lobby in first floor, rooms seems like going underground, like i stayed in -5 level of the hotel.
