It felt nice overall but for a five star hotel I don’t know what the rave is about. The service was kind of rude, charging tip twice, doing renovations at 8 in the morning… definitely won’t recommend this even though the location is top.

Hotel was conveniently located 10 min walk from the center of Vienna.  Rooms were a good size and clean.  It didn’t have the cotton wools or cotton buds available for use but they used a good brand of cleaning gels and shampoo - Evelyn and Crabtree.  The gym was also good with all the necessary equipment with a sauna.

The room was fantastic! Super comfortable, and incredibly convenient being so close to the train station. Plus, Belvedere Palace was within walking distance. The breakfast and staff were excellent, but the housekeeping and maintenance were inefficient (they left us for two days with half of the bathroom sliding door blocked; it's impossible that housekeeping didn't see it and report it before making it available). Okay, this guesthouse was satisfactory, so I'll give it a good review! I'm happy with it. It's not my first time here; I chose it after comparing several places. Sometimes the prices are cheap, other times they're a bit high.

It’s Ibis standard. Very well located, a lot of supermarkets around. The hop on hop off stops just in front of the building as well as the public transportation. MariaHilf strasse was just a block away. Excellent!

Arrived in the evening via Vienna Airport Bus, it passed by the hotel so it was easy to find. It was also rather accessible as it was only a short walk away from a metro station. You have to request for cleaning at the reception if you want it though, since they are doing a charity program. Our room was still clean without daily cleaning.

I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent—just a 1-minute walk from Vienna Central Train Station, which made getting around extremely convenient. It’s very new hotel , everything is clean and new. Great location : Vienna main train station is right downstairs and 5 mins walk to Flixbus stop, 15mins walk to Belvedere palace. Gartenhotel Altmannsdorf is Vienna’s best kept secret! Large, spotless rooms, with modern furnishings and inclusions. The underground station (U6 Am Schöpfwerk) is less than a 10 min walk. We loved it! One of the rare times a hotel was everything it advertised: pretty, in a scenic garden with deer and squirrels, clean rooms and delicious breakfast.
