Loved our stay here! The room was spacious and clean, the only downside was its distance from the nearest subway as we had to walk about 10 minutes in the cold to get there. But because the hotel itself was wonderful I recommend this place.

The room was spacious and even had a bathtub with hot water. The breakfast was also very rich. The hotel is not far from Schönbrunn Palace, and there's a great Western restaurant nearby where I had delicious pork ribs. Highly recommended!

It's been a few years since I last stayed here, and it was a bit disappointing that the amenities and other services had become more basic. The breakfast was still delicious.

I stayed here to watch an opera at the State Opera House. It has a calm atmosphere and is safe even late at night. It was equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioning, bathtub, hair dryer, espresso machine, bathrobes, and other amenities. I asked for an electric kettle for tea and it was brought right away. All the staff were kind.

The room needs to be renovated. We have enjoyed the stay and will come again soonssss

The room was very satisfactory, and it felt like living in a palace. The breakfast was very rich. The location was convenient, close to the bus and subway, and next to the State Opera and the Vienna Golden Hall, which were within walking distance.

Great place to stay. Beautiful appartments, friendly staff, very clean, modern, fast WiFi, silent environment but still very close to the funicular and the center. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Stayed for 2 nights, the room was clean, daily clean up was fine. Breakfast was not buffet, but you could order whatever you want except two on menu. The services for the first two days were good, the third day was poor in restaurant, like forcing you out. Location is good for reaching any spots.

Old looking Ritz Carltons. The Interiors look like they haven’t been refurbished or renovated from the furniture, flooring. Service was not great from a 5 star, I am pretty sure that’s just how Austrians are, not as catering as other places. There isn’t anywhere to just lounge and chill and eat at during a busy period like Christmas. It just seems like there isn’t enough space for all Hotel guests...

Amazing hotel, one of the best in Vienna

I stayed for 3 days, and the service mostly met my expectations. They helped with luggage, and the turndown service and daily room cleaning were all provided as they should be. The rooftop bar also offers a nice view. There's a gym and a pool downstairs too. Breakfast really depends on the main course you order; after a few days, I found the English breakfast and Eggs Benedict to be quite good....

The room, while not large, is in an old, historic building, but it's very comfortable and clean. The service was excellent; despite a minor hiccup, everything was handled perfectly afterward. Every evening, someone would come to the room to leave water and chocolates – they left a generous amount of water. This was the most satisfying hotel of our entire trip.

The hotel is in a great location accessible by tram. As a Gold Elite member, I also received a complimentary upgrade from the base room to a junior suite as well as other welcome gifts. Breakfast was served à la carte, and the amenities were great. In these days where even a five stars classification is not a guarantee of quality, this hotel was a pleasant surprise, providing a true hospitality experience. The position is unrivalled, being only minutes of walking distance away to Stephansdom, Hofburg and other important points of interest. My friend who is with me thought : We booked a twin room. On the night of our check-in, my friend discovered that there was no hot water, and she had to take a cold shower, which made her feel unwell. I reported this to the reception, and the staff responded that all of Vienna was undergoing maintenance, so there was nothing they could do. The service was excellent. The front desk staff were professional and friendly. Since I didn't have cash for the taxi, the hotel even paid for it, which was a huge help. The room was spacious, and the mini-bar was free. Great value for money!

The hotel's location is fantastic! I loved the view of the Danube. Our room's air conditioning wasn't working and it was freezing, so the front desk upgraded us directly to a Black Suite, which was a wonderful surprise! The room was huge! Plus, every day we got three juices and three bottles of water from the mini-bar, which was super nice.

Highly recommended, very friendly staff. The cleaning staff was a bit overwhelmed, I think maybe there weren't enough people.

Location is great, 5 minutes off Westbahnhof. However, the room was not up to standard. It had disastrous ventilation. Windows and doors were not sound proof, we kept hearing people shouting on the street or talking in the corridor. I strongly recommend The Flemings Hotel for visiting Vienna. It is located right next to a tramway station that will take you to central areas in the city. The room was very spacious clean and calm.

All in all a good spa, hefty pricing with 82 Euros for one day (sauna and swimming pool). If you buy the Day Spa package, be aware that the tea, water and sunbeds are only available in the swimming pool area on the 2nd floor. It’s quite a walk from the sauna area so no use there - especially given that tea and water are the most relevant in the sauna.

The location of the hotel is very close to Solden ski resort and thermal bath and saunas are very good specially infusion sessions in sauna. It helps you to prepare for next ski day and relax your body. Be aware it is free textile sauna. The hotel provides 2 more floors only for hotel guests, if you need more private sauna and jacuzzi. Just what I have expected and everything done right as usually in Austria.

The room was very clean, and the service was excellent. Most importantly, the bed was super comfortable, and it was quiet. With the window open, I could see the golf course, with little green balls spread all over the hills.
