There is a reason why this one is ranked behind the Empire and Ritz among the three Marriott hotels. Different rooms, different staff services, very different. There was a problem, Ctrip customer service helped to solve it, so the experience was still good. The breakfast is simple for hotels of the same level, not many people eat it.

We loved everything about this location. I gave the room 4 stars because I believe they have renovated rooms, but gave us an older room.... but it's ok! I am a germaphobe, but felt that the room was extremely clean and also charming. The staff was wonderful, and the food was also great. Right next to the opera house, the location is extremely convenient, very historical, with all kinds of traces of the past. The window overlooks the night theater, but the breakfast service is a bit weak, but it is very rich.

Location is perfect if you come via train. It’s just next to train station. There’s a big supermarket next door. Public transport is free for tourist just get it registered with reception.

The room was clean and a good size. It's right at the train station entrance, and Salzburg isn't very big, so you can walk to the Mozart's birthplace area in about 15 minutes. For breakfast, they had miso soup and rice. Upon check-in, I received a complimentary bottle of water.

The room was clean and tidy, and it even came with a free spa and a complimentary transport card. It's right next to the train station, and downstairs you'll find Starbucks, McDonald's, and everything else you could need. Aside from the slightly high price, I was generally satisfied, and the proximity to the station was a big plus. I didn't opt for breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but the hotel itself, being right in front of the station, made getting around incredibly convenient. This is a very nice place to stay. I stayed there 2 nights. Everything works nice, the rooms and toilets are clean. Sleep conditions were very good, usually I have a problem with falling asleep but thanks to premier inn I had very good rest!! Will come back for sure!

We picked Acom because of it's convenient location - close to the train station, but the hotel itself was rather disappointing - rooms were uncomfortably hot with no way to adjust the AC (it was centrally controlled). Wow, this hotel is something. The breakfast buffet and dinner service is incredible, as were all of the kids activities. Our 9 year old had a blast on the slides and in the kids/teens rooms. The outdoor pools are quite something. We hope to be able to come back during ski season to enjoy the ski in/out options!

Located near the metro and Wien University campus. Not in downtown area, so expect to use the metro a lot. Service is decent and prompt. Got a false fire alarm on my last night. Overall a decent hotel to stay if you are on a conference or need to stay near the campus.

This is a beautiful alpine resort in a small town called Seefeld which is about 10 miles from Innsbruck. It was very easy to take the train into Innsbruck. The town of Seefeld is charming!

Very, very nice hotel, although the price is very expensive. The front desk staff is very nice. The hotel environment is a renovation of a duke's mansion. We have enjoyed some wonderful days surrounded by spectacular landscape and nature. The best thing about the hotel is undoubtedly its service, always willing to give the best so that customers can enjoy it.
