This is a beautiful alpine resort in a small town called Seefeld which is about 10 miles from Innsbruck. It was very easy to take the train into Innsbruck. The town of Seefeld is charming!

This is one of the best stays and experiences. I highly recommend and we look forward to staying again. The staff were exceptional! The hotel is well situated, well designed and maintained. The spa was serene and clean. There is a lot to do just at the resort without needing to step out. Overall a wonderful experience.

Rooms assigned to Chinese guests are generally not great. I specifically asked not to be put in a corner room at the end of the hall, but that's exactly what I got. Check-in was entirely self-service. The cafe next to the hotel's elevator lobby is nice and only a three-minute walk away. The Belvedere Palace is very close, about a five-minute walk. Schönbrunn Palace is around a 20-minute taxi ride.

This hotel is a good value for money, located near Belvedere Palace. Transportation isn't particularly convenient, but the subway station is about a ten-minute walk away. The rooms have high ceilings. Free drinking water and snacks are available in the lobby.

The hotel is generally not too bad, the only downside being the spa. During our stay, there were no massages available by the pool, and the water was cold. This is the most comfortable hotel in Europe with the best service attitude and the friendliest service staff! Good location, super delicious breakfast, unlimited coffee and tea in the room, and room service. The hotel is very design-oriented, five stars out of five, highly recommended to every guest in Vienna. Because of a small accident, I am even more grateful for the care of the hotel.

Ok for a night The rooms are a lot smaller than they show on the pictures, the bed and pillows are so uncomfortable, be prepared during busy times to wait for the one elevator they have.

The hotel is conveniently located, clean, and the family rooms are spacious. The restaurant and bar downstairs are also very good. It's very close to Klagenfurt city center; you can explore it in about 20 minutes. Lake Wörthersee, about 15 kilometers away, is beautiful with crystal-clear water.

Now our favorite spot in Klagenfurt! We're already looking forward to the next time (especially from March 1st, 2026 onwards with the WestBahn 😊). It was a real treat...

The hotel’s biggest advantage is that it’s within walking distance of the center of Linz, which is why we chose it. Another advantage is the excellent breakfast. The downside is that the hotel is its age. I would really recommend a major renovation. For example, the carpet in the room is honestly disgusting! Hopefully It will be renovated soon.
