This hotel offers great location and convenience but I am not very impressed with the lack of service - self check-in/out and luggage storage using self-operating machine and with extra charge $10. I feel its such a nuisance not being taken care of / had to pay extra for storing luggage which is normally a standard hotel service.

I stay in this hotel for 6 nights, generally the room is clean, but room cleaning service is slow, some day after I left hotel in the morning and return around 4pm but room was not clean… The room seems do not have heater as maximum temperature is 25C, no heat mode… One safety concern is the door mechanical lock was not working to my opinion as when we lock it manually/mechanically, we still able to...

Rooms assigned to Chinese guests are generally not great. I specifically asked not to be put in a corner room at the end of the hall, but that's exactly what I got. Check-in was entirely self-service. The cafe next to the hotel's elevator lobby is nice and only a three-minute walk away. The Belvedere Palace is very close, about a five-minute walk. Schönbrunn Palace is around a 20-minute taxi ride.

The service was pretty generic; it felt like dealing with a robot. Everything had to be done online, and I really disliked that the website always asked for my bank card details. On the plus side, the environment was nice, and the location was convenient.

The location of the hotel is very convenient to reach and is within walking distance to the old town. Many shops and restaurants around the area.

We were only at the hotel for less than 12 hours. Location is great for seeing old town Vienna. Importantly, the hotel provided a taxi booking for a 4 AM departure to the airport. The staff were very helpful. This is a classic old-style hotel with character. We enjoyed the short time we had there.

Good service and recommendations from the staff

This hotel is about 3-4 bus stops away from the Innsbruck Bahnhof. The view from the room is fantastic, absolutely enjoyed it! The toilet is big and with bath tub. Kettle and hairdryer are in good condition too! There is also a mini fridge (which turns out is the only hotel that has one of all my hotel bookings). They used a smart pad function for you to set up your own morning call too, like it!

Nice view of mountain from window. The rooms are a bit dated and the toilet drainage is very slow when showering causing water "flooding". It was nice that they provided free chips and manner and drinks in the room as welcome gift. The staff service was excellent too, no other complaints.

Ok for a night The rooms are a lot smaller than they show on the pictures, the bed and pillows are so uncomfortable, be prepared during busy times to wait for the one elevator they have.

The hotel is conveniently located, clean, and the family rooms are spacious. The restaurant and bar downstairs are also very good. It's very close to Klagenfurt city center; you can explore it in about 20 minutes. Lake Wörthersee, about 15 kilometers away, is beautiful with crystal-clear water.

Now our favorite spot in Klagenfurt! We're already looking forward to the next time (especially from March 1st, 2026 onwards with the WestBahn 😊). It was a real treat...

Conveniently located near the Christmas market

I booked a junior suite after seeing the photos. However, I wasn't assigned the room shown in the photos. They said everyone wanted that room and couldn't give me one. I recommend booking a cheaper room. The hotel location is great.

The shower and sink were in separate areas, and stepping out of the shower led directly into the room without a changing area, which felt a bit unusual and confusing. However, the service and location were good.

Warm and comfortable, good location, a little far from the airport, not very close to the subway, inconvenient to carry luggage. My child had an allergic reaction to the cookies provided in the room, so we went to the hospital. The ingredients of the cookies were not marked, I suggest the hotel improve this.

Very cozy, with stunning views of the snowy mountains from the high-floor windows. It's super convenient – just cross the road to reach the main train station and bus terminal. The tap water comes directly from the Alps and is safe to drink. The only downside is that no toiletries are provided, just hand soap, no shampoo or shower gel.

The hotel reception staff were very welcoming and patient with us, explaining things slowly since we're foreigners. The breakfast was excellent, truly a rare delicious meal we had in Vienna. We really didn't enjoy the local Western food outside.

The transportation is convenient, with a tram stop right outside and a train station nearby that offers direct service to the airport. We thought it unfair that as guests of the hotel that we had to pay a “cover charge “per person at dinner. We were the only people in the restaurant on a weeknight.
