It was a very nice stay, we had a very nice and big junior suite 403, It was clean and the hospitality was wonderful. The view from the balcony was amazing. Breakfast and dinner were great. The skilift was close to the Hotel.

The hotel is ideally located just a short distance from the ski area. We greatly appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, the excellent food, the high-quality wellness facilities, and the very friendly atmosphere throughout our stay. All of these aspects made our family holiday truly perfect.

All was great, we were very satisfied. Staff was friendly, outdoor swimming pool and sauna were really nice. Food was delicious.

When entering you immediately realize that this is a family business - so much love and passion for details everywhere you look. The location is great, about a 20-minute walk to the train station, but very close to the city center. You'll basically need no additional transportation costs. There are plenty of cafes nearby, and the food is quite good. The supermarket is closed on weekends, but other shops are open, so you don't need to worry about finding something to eat. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the main attractions. The place is clean and hygienic, and the buffet breakfast has a wide variety of food. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite this time.

It's been a few years since I last stayed here, and it was a bit disappointing that the amenities and other services had become more basic. The breakfast was still delicious.

I stayed here to watch an opera at the State Opera House. It has a calm atmosphere and is safe even late at night. It was equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioning, bathtub, hair dryer, espresso machine, bathrobes, and other amenities. I asked for an electric kettle for tea and it was brought right away. All the staff were kind.

The room needs to be renovated. We have enjoyed the stay and will come again soonssss

The room was very satisfactory, and it felt like living in a palace. The breakfast was very rich. The location was convenient, close to the bus and subway, and next to the State Opera and the Vienna Golden Hall, which were within walking distance.

Stayed for 2 nights, the room was clean, daily clean up was fine. Breakfast was not buffet, but you could order whatever you want except two on menu. The services for the first two days were good, the third day was poor in restaurant, like forcing you out. Location is good for reaching any spots.

Old looking Ritz Carltons. The Interiors look like they haven’t been refurbished or renovated from the furniture, flooring. Service was not great from a 5 star, I am pretty sure that’s just how Austrians are, not as catering as other places. There isn’t anywhere to just lounge and chill and eat at during a busy period like Christmas. It just seems like there isn’t enough space for all Hotel guests...

Amazing hotel, one of the best in Vienna

I stayed for 3 days, and the service mostly met my expectations. They helped with luggage, and the turndown service and daily room cleaning were all provided as they should be. The rooftop bar also offers a nice view. There's a gym and a pool downstairs too. Breakfast really depends on the main course you order; after a few days, I found the English breakfast and Eggs Benedict to be quite good....

The room, while not large, is in an old, historic building, but it's very comfortable and clean. The service was excellent; despite a minor hiccup, everything was handled perfectly afterward. Every evening, someone would come to the room to leave water and chocolates – they left a generous amount of water. This was the most satisfying hotel of our entire trip.

The hotel is in a great location accessible by tram. As a Gold Elite member, I also received a complimentary upgrade from the base room to a junior suite as well as other welcome gifts. Breakfast was served à la carte, and the amenities were great. I loved this hotel 🏨 First , the location is 25-30 minutes away from airport. Second , 3-5 minutes away from the palace and stop where you can catch Hop- On Hop -Off bus . Room was clean but the location is further from the city area nearer to the schonbrunn palace. Took a long time to check in even though it was at night. Some of the amenities were not available, body soap was empty and conditioner was not provided.

The location is ideal. The staff are friendly. Free minibar with lots of drinks to enjoy. Free water and wine for enjoyment from 1-10pm daily is a pleasant surprise in the lounge. The room is spacious and lovely.

The hotel is very convenient for shopping and visiting attractions. It is a few steps away from Shanghai Restaurant, which is very good. Recommended

The location is great, just 1-2 minutes from the alley in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral. Everything is clean, and I especially like the Korean-style bidet. The dinner at the restaurant was also great.

In these days where even a five stars classification is not a guarantee of quality, this hotel was a pleasant surprise, providing a true hospitality experience. The position is unrivalled, being only minutes of walking distance away to Stephansdom, Hofburg and other important points of interest. The hotel’s biggest advantage is that it’s within walking distance of the center of Linz, which is why we chose it. Another advantage is the excellent breakfast. The downside is that the hotel is its age. I would really recommend a major renovation. For example, the carpet in the room is honestly disgusting! Hopefully It will be renovated soon.

The views from the hotel are very good. The location is fantastic. It's right on the Danube. The problem is the cleanliness which was poor. I would not stay here again. Trip thankfully had good customer service in this instance.

The service at the front desk was excellent, but unfortunately that’s where the positives ended. The room felt outdated and not properly cleaned (there was hair in the bathroom and a dead fly on the floor). The water temperature fluctuated, and the worst part was the constant drilling and repair noise starting at 8:30 AM. After working until 2 AM, the noon checkout time was meaningless when loud construction...

A very nice hotel with a great view and not far from the city center.

I want to write for families: this is a great hotel. A place for kids to get their wiggles out (climbing room !!), cheese pizzas, apple juice -- all the things you need for a smooth arrival after a long day of travel. Honestly, they were so kind to our loud, emotional little kids. And the staff's kindness was top notch. I would much rather stay here than a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is in the middle of no man land by the Danube river. Unless you drive, you would find its location is not as good as it claims. There's only one bus connecting you to the city centre - with about 15 minutes ride, plus 5 to 10 minutes of walk to the bus stop. The path to the bus stop is not a pleasant walk and it's not recommended you walk on your own at night, especially if you are a female...

Great location, fancy design (but not too much), spacious rooms, attentive service. Breakfast looked nice too, yet we decided to eat outside instead just to explore local cafe spots. Didn’t have a chance to visit the sauna, it’s very good though you can visit it till 10pm, so you can relax in the hotel evening after a long walk in the city. Totally recommend.

On the night of our check-in, my friend discovered that there was no hot water, and she had to take a cold shower, which made her feel unwell.
