The gym was under construction, the shower drain was not working, leaving you standing in a bath while showering. location was far from city but still a good stay for the price.

Good location , supermarket just across the roads for buying fruits etc, very near to the tram station . Only set back is the house keeping service that is not very up to mark

I got the impression that it's an old hotel. It was a bit challenging to adjust the shower temperature, and the hairdryer would stop working after about two minutes of use. However, it's pretty convenient as it only takes about 20 minutes by tram to get to the city center, which was a plus. Having a supermarket right in front of the hotel was also great.

We loved the location and the vibe. There was a tram station nearby, supermarket and dm as well which was so convenient. The room was a bit old, with the bathtub lack of cleanness but considering the price, it was overall satisfying enough. Thank you.

I stayed at Hotel Schloss/Baden to join my cousin's wedding. It's too far from city center, but the retro style of hotel and the rose garden are enough to stay. Rooms are comfortable and the best part of the hotel is toilets! They have floor heating. You can choose to stay if you need a romantic or relaxable holiday.

Very beautiful conservated castle turned into a hotel. There is a annexed spa with saunas, pool and massages. Very beautiful views and quiet neighborhood. Staff is super friendly, breakfast is delicious and room is comfortable and cozy. We loved it! :)

It was incredible! The staff especially Oliver went out of their way to make everything enjoyable. Family run business too. The pool was kept pristine the saunas and hot tubs were so relaxing. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast has a wide variety and is quite good. The hotel is very conveniently located, with a large shopping mall just outside and the subway very close. You can also take a bus to the airport right outside the hotel. The river is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, which is perfect for a stroll.

Since the moment we arrived, we have been extremely satisfied. We did not experience anything negative at all. The room was very comfortable and everything had been thoughtfully arranged. Great vegetarian breakfast with options for freshly made omelets, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, and pancakes. The tea selection at breakfast is of high quality. The sauna area is inviting and, most importantly, equipped with a good stove. Clean kettle in the rooms.

My 3-night stay ended up being cut short to 2 nights due to a flight cancellation. Everything else was very pleasant. The only issue was that because I had pre-paid for the hotel reservation, I lost the cost of one night's accommodation. I asked for assistance but it wasn't possible. Everything could have been much better if this hadn't happened.

The hotel front desk staff were warm and polite. The room had a stylish and minimalist design. Although the front desk forgot to provide tissues and toothbrushes, their service attitude was excellent, and they proactively apologized, which was perfectly fine. Breakfast was a bit simple. I felt the hotel as a whole was absolutely fantastic. The welcoming and service by the staff was efficient and professional. Checking in online is the way to go! However, the rooms do require the window open as the rooms are soundproof. So if you have asthma bare that in mind. Overall, fanatic and would go there again.

We received a different room than the one we had booked. Our son was disappointed because he didn’t get to sleep in the bunk bed on any of the three nights. The reception staff told us that they had no available rooms as the hotel was fully booked, without making any further attempt to address our request.

The balcony is very small and completely useless; I wouldn't recommend paying extra for a balcony room. The apples provided in the hotel corridor are especially delicious—you must try them. The breakfast is average. It's close to the station.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. Had a bit of problems checking in because the night duty staff couldn’t find our booking. It’s a 30 minutes walk to the city Centre so it’s a bit far for walking. But there are buses that take you at a price of course. Macdonalds is really close by.

The hotel is quite a bit away from the old city center but as guests, we get free public transport so make sure you ask the hotel for the Guest Mobility Ticket. The hotel is clean and has everything that one would need on a vacation. There are several supermarkets nearby.

Without a doubt one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. The spa was stunning and lovely and quiet. The added extra touches like the sauna infusion and pilates were a lovely surprise. The food choice was fantastic and quality was outstanding. Spent amazing 3 nights at the thermen resort. Reception staff was extremely helpful in providing free train service card, directions for free laundry within the hotel. Apart from the wonderful sauna and infrared cabins to use, the amazing surprise was the restaurant in the next door hotel serving avocado vegan samosas(mouthwatering).

This was a very quick stop of two night we enjoy the nice facility and the great customer service and the sport activities that you can have .
