We have just come back from this wonderful hotel. We had the luxury twin room with a double sofa bed, it’s a really big room and extremely comfortable, if a little hot. We spent Christmas with our family and friends at this lovely hotel and had a fantastic stay. Stayed at Elisabeth Hotel for 5 nights for skiing trip. Amazing hotel and great value. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location of the hotel was good. Although the front desk staff can be kind of grumpy and not assisting with us when our room was so stuffy. However, overall a good stay.

My room was on the 7th floor and on the west side. I could open the big window, and the view was so good. It was such a refreshing room. I could relax a lot. However, there are no air conditioners, so if you don’t handle heat well, I wouldn’t recommend it.

It is a good hotel in zillertal, very good spa, family pool, adults pool, restaurant variety is very good, dog friendly, it has free shuttle to the ski slopes, but the panorama room that we had was not renovated, it had old furniture. Amazing family atmosphere. Staff very friendly.

Excellent, very good! Oh my god, do I really need to write so many characters? Overall, it's pretty decent, considering it's a big city. The rent is expensive, and I understand there's no elevator. Climbing stairs helps with losing weight, haha, hehehe!

The room is quite spacious, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The lobby downstairs is roomy, and it's close to the subway station, making transportation very convenient. It's only a 20-minute drive to the city center, and the front desk staff are very friendly.

We got a free upgrade but the room is not the cleaniest, especially around windows. Another negative thing is that the shower is quite small and leaking. The location and staff were very good. Luckily, it was also quiet during our stay so no problem with that.

The room was fantastic! Very clean and spacious! It's a typical old Viennese-style hotel, which I really liked! There's a kettle and the bathroom is very clean. Even for a terrace room, it was perfectly big enough for two people!

The hotel is not far from the center, the metro is 800 meters away, there are restaurants, McDonald's, sandwich shops etc. not far away. The room is very comfortable, the breakfast is good, the staff is kind and multilingual.

The room was like a doghouse, only as wide as the bed, so you could only get in from behind. The sides were black and greasy from the previous occupants. The bathroom was fine, and so was the breakfast. At €420 for two nights in a double room, it was far too expensive.

The hotel is just opposite the ski gondola and very near the center. Big rooms very clean, good food options and very polite personnel. Sauna on 3rd floor where from one has a view of the slopes. Not cheap but it is good value for money.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. We stayed here after visiting Hallstatt. Breakfast and dinner were included, and we also received a Summer Pass, which gave us a free cable car ride to the top of the mountain. It practically freed us from paying for our room. If you have kids, the various rides on the mountain are fantastic.

The check-in time is incredibly tight. Even though there's a self-check-in machine, I can't check in after 8 p.m. I called the security guard and told him, but he refused. Fortunately, I was able to get in after pleading my case.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in terms of facilities. Breakfast and dinner was also superb.

The location is far from the city center, but there are several bus stops outside, and the Flixbus South station is nearby. The room is large, apartment-like, with a kitchen and refrigerator, but no washing machine.

The room was new, clean, and spacious. The only downside was that it smelled quite strong, probably because it was recently renovated. However, across from the hotel, there's a large expanse of grass, forest, and distant mountains. It was a lovely environment, and I loved it. I saw many locals cycling and jogging there.

Very clean, close to train station. Room is spacious

Great location and good room/facilities, friendly and accommodating staff

I really don’t like their pillows. Is totally flat like a piece of paper. I don’t understand why they can let their guests uses such pillows. Should change to some proper pillows.

Very spacious and clean room equipped with a lot of amenities. Everything is well maintained. The only complain is I do not seem to find CCTV in the fitness room (which located in the basement), so I’m a bit reluctant to use it.
