Very good hotel. Spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good location. Everything was very good.

I've visited this hotel several times. The welcome was excellent, as were the spa and pool. The breakfast was excellent. My only complaint was my limited knowledge of Italian.

The Resort is an excellent choice if you would like to experience the See, move and be in the nature, while explore the beauriful Klagenfurt and enjoy the hospitality of the hotel.

This is generally a very nice hotel in a great location (a few minutes’ walking distance to the lake and Minimundus, ideal for driving along the lake or heading south to the Karawankentunnel and Slovenia) with great facilities. Driving is not recommended if you don't have a car, although it's very close to the lake and the miniature world. The lack of tea and coffee service inside, even in the lobby, was quite disappointing. The swimming pool was nice, but the sauna was so-so.

The hotel is located directly off the highway, ideal for business trips, the staff is friendly, rooms are clean, a bit noisy on the street side with the window open, the breakfast is very extensive, the sauna is nice, the lounge area could be a bit bigger

There was no parking left at the hotel when we left, however the check in process was very good as the receptionist guided us to free parking

Hotel is located just outside the city itself, but is served by frequent buses stopping adjacent to the hotel. We rate the hotel as good in all aspects, except that on arrival we found our room had not been fully prepared, i.e. no shower gel, no hand soap, carpet not vacuumed. This was remedied and we did not experience any other problems.

The hotel is located close to the highway which is both a plus but due to the noise a minus. The hotel is pet friendly, however, the park in which the dog can run is located quite far. We have been coming to Kitzuhel on and off for the past 10 years and every time we stayed was at Kitzhof. The staff, the facility and location ticks all the boxes. Honestly the photos on Trip.com do not justify how beautiful the hotel it. Is an old hotel but beautifully and well maintained. We had a great time at Alpenhotel Kaiserfels. The staff is very friendly, the hotel has great location just next to the lift, the rooms are spacious and clean and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The pool is also quite larger and there's activities for the kids such as foosball and a kids room.

The place is a bit dated. Its not really modern any more, curtain had holes, at the pool and sauna area i spotted mold as well as rust. The food was more or less average. I think this place targets the older generations 40-100 year olds, who like that its still like it was in the „good old days“.
