We were only at the hotel for less than 12 hours. Location is great for seeing old town Vienna. Importantly, the hotel provided a taxi booking for a 4 AM departure to the airport. The staff were very helpful. This is a classic old-style hotel with character. We enjoyed the short time we had there.

I booked a junior suite after seeing the photos. However, I wasn't assigned the room shown in the photos. They said everyone wanted that room and couldn't give me one. I recommend booking a cheaper room. The hotel location is great.

The shower and sink were in separate areas, and stepping out of the shower led directly into the room without a changing area, which felt a bit unusual and confusing. However, the service and location were good.

Warm and comfortable, good location, a little far from the airport, not very close to the subway, inconvenient to carry luggage. My child had an allergic reaction to the cookies provided in the room, so we went to the hospital. The ingredients of the cookies were not marked, I suggest the hotel improve this.

The hotel reception staff were very welcoming and patient with us, explaining things slowly since we're foreigners. The breakfast was excellent, truly a rare delicious meal we had in Vienna. We really didn't enjoy the local Western food outside.

The hotel clean up the room on request. I asked for the daily make up for the room, but it was not made on the second day. Did they want to minimize their effort and expense for cleaning? If they do not provide daily make up, they should provide discount. In principle, daily cleaning is thought to be included in the payment.

I had a wonderful stay at this Brazilian-style hotel. The room was very spacious, and having a kitchen made it extremely convenient and practical. Everything was clean and well-organized, which made me feel very comfortable.

The transportation is convenient, with a tram stop right outside and a train station nearby that offers direct service to the airport. However, the train station has two exits; the one closer to the hotel doesn't have an elevator. Excellent stay! The environment was great, and the location was super convenient. The breakfast was good, with a decent à la carte option, and the staff were very enthusiastic. You can find everything you need nearby, and it's only two metro stops from the city center. Highly recommend!

I got the impression that it's an old hotel. It was a bit challenging to adjust the shower temperature, and the hairdryer would stop working after about two minutes of use. However, it's pretty convenient as it only takes about 20 minutes by tram to get to the city center, which was a plus. Having a supermarket right in front of the hotel was also great.

We loved the location and the vibe. There was a tram station nearby, supermarket and dm as well which was so convenient. The room was a bit old, with the bathtub lack of cleanness but considering the price, it was overall satisfying enough. Thank you.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast has a wide variety and is quite good. The hotel is very conveniently located, with a large shopping mall just outside and the subway very close. You can also take a bus to the airport right outside the hotel. The river is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, which is perfect for a stroll.

The people working on the reception and restaurant are not so nice sometimes,,, the breakfast is not so special also. Also some amenities are lacking. It is not good access.

The hotel is in the middle of no man land by the Danube river. Unless you drive, you would find its location is not as good as it claims. There's only one bus connecting you to the city centre - with about 15 minutes ride, plus 5 to 10 minutes of walk to the bus stop. The path to the bus stop is not a pleasant walk and it's not recommended you walk on your own at night, especially if you are a female...

We received a different room than the one we had booked. Our son was disappointed because he didn’t get to sleep in the bunk bed on any of the three nights. The reception staff told us that they had no available rooms as the hotel was fully booked, without making any further attempt to address our request.

Great vegetarian breakfast with options for freshly made omelets, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, and pancakes. The tea selection at breakfast is of high quality. The sauna area is inviting and, most importantly, equipped with a good stove. Clean kettle in the rooms.

My 3-night stay ended up being cut short to 2 nights due to a flight cancellation. Everything else was very pleasant. The only issue was that because I had pre-paid for the hotel reservation, I lost the cost of one night's accommodation. I asked for assistance but it wasn't possible. Everything could have been much better if this hadn't happened.

The hotel front desk staff were warm and polite. The room had a stylish and minimalist design. Although the front desk forgot to provide tissues and toothbrushes, their service attitude was excellent, and they proactively apologized, which was perfectly fine. Breakfast was a bit simple. I felt the hotel as a whole was absolutely fantastic. The welcoming and service by the staff was efficient and professional. Checking in online is the way to go! However, the rooms do require the window open as the rooms are soundproof. So if you have asthma bare that in mind. Overall, fanatic and would go there again.

Feeling at home in a foreign land

The room design is very European and comfortable. You can buy tourist attraction cards at the hotel. The only downside is that it is difficult to adjust the water temperature of the shower. It is easy to overheat or not hot enough. There is no middle ground at all.

The room is the same as the picture, clean, the breakfast is simple and tastes good. The hotel environment is good.

Due to the building's layout, the rooms are rather cramped, but the decor is quite sophisticated. Prices are high during peak season, but it's within a 10-minute walk of major attractions.

I booked a hotel for two nights at over 5,000 yuan a night, facing the street. The waiter was quite arrogant when I checked in. I booked a room with a balcony, but I was given a room without a balcony. The room was also very small. I requested a twin bed room, but the waiter had to temporarily separate the beds. It didn't feel worth the price.
