An excellent smaller hotel with a lot of character. The period decor and ornate staircase really add to the atmosphere. Rooms are modern and clean, bathrooms have their own toiletries. A great buffet breakfast is served, offering both cooked and child items. The proximity to the U-bahn makes getting anywhere in Vienna straightforward. However, this area itself is great for shopping.

An amazing place to stay where the staff are attentive but not obtrusive . Wonderful and delicious food and wine. The roof top infinity pool and sauna are just the ticket after a day skiing. We have been coming to this hotel as a family for the last 5 years, and have had great times. However we all felt that standards are now slipping from what was a 5 star experience. The food does not have the variety, and certain things are allowed to run out with no replenishment. Dinner has gone back to 7pm. Too late. Good to take a the kids and relax in the pool.

Spent amazing 3 nights at the thermen resort. Reception staff was extremely helpful in providing free train service card, directions for free laundry within the hotel. Apart from the wonderful sauna and infrared cabins to use, the amazing surprise was the restaurant in the next door hotel serving avocado vegan samosas(mouthwatering).

This was a very quick stop of two night we enjoy the nice facility and the great customer service and the sport activities that you can have .

Lovely stay in tirol Perfect hotel

Alpenlove is a lovely hotel! We stayed in a Diamond sweet, the room was amazing and felt very luxurious. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good selection at breakfast and the food was good quality. The pool and spa facilities were nice, and a great way to spend a relaxing afternoon. Seefeld is a lovely area in a beautiful part of the Austria. Highly recommend this hotel!

The girl working the downstairs bar area on Saturday Dec 6 about 7PM was extremely unpleasant . She seemed very bothered by our presence. She was more interested in folding napkins than helping us. The hotel interior is very nice, but the location is quite far from the city center and the surroundings are a bit desolate. However, transportation is still very convenient, with a tram station and an express rail station nearby.

The room was cozy and comfortable. We only had one set of bedding, but the front desk quickly sorted that out. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The room also had a kettle, cups, and tea, which was a very welcome touch after a cold evening stroll.

Great location, very convenient for getting around. Many of Vienna's main attractions, including the Musikverein, Belvedere Palace, and Vienna State Opera, are all within walking distance. The hotel itself has a lovely ambiance, and the breakfast is excellent.

Great hotel for a short stay in Salzburg: free parking, free ticket for all public transport, very close to the airport and to the Autobahn to Munich. 2 small negative things I would like to highlight that are worth improving: 1. At the main door, there are 2 parking spots, clearly marked "CHECK-IN". So my understanding was: park there, then check-in, then move the car to the main parking lot upstairs...

The accommodation was in excellent condition, and the staff member who checked me in was incredibly friendly. The parking facilities, although outdoors, were spacious and conveniently connected to the property, with plenty of spots available. I had no inconveniences during my stay.

4th time staying here and another great stay. Staff are attentive and helpful. Room stank of cigarette smoke which isn't the hotels fault. Complained and was happily moved to a new room. Happy!

Excellent place to stay over winter for skiing, the skiing to the hotel was fantastic and the apres ski across from the balcony was amazing. We absolutely loved our stay at the Trofana Royal - our favourite hotel in the Austrian Alps! The rooms, facilities and restaurant are all excellent - really hard to find any fault at all. The spa deserves a special mention and was a favourite with everyone - amazing to have such a large family spa was as well as the excellent adults only area. We will definitely be back!

A lovely well-run family hotel, on the outskirts of Seefeld. I have visited Austria on numerous occasions and it is great to be surrounded by beauty and stay in such a hotel, with its great food, super spa facilities and attention to detail. Excellent location. Right next to the church, the supermarket. Walking distance to almost to every attraction. But the hotel is old. It need more renovations. The bed is not as comfortable as other hotel in same price range. But the room is spacious. I think it is generally ok for a short stay. Yes. My family stayed in the hotel for the half term week. They could not have been more pleased. They described the food as fantastic and the staff as incredibly kind and efficient. The location is also excellent. I have skied in Bad Hofgastein so I know the area well.

The pension is a typical skiers hotel. Breakfast was great and all the facilities were good. Bus to the gondala lift from the hotel entrance or a 13 min walk. They have single rooms and do offer a sauna from 4pm.
