We have just returned from our annual family stay at Hotel Arlberg and as always have been impressed by just about everything. The perfect central location in Lech close to the slopes and the shops, the excellent food and service, the spa and pool facilities, and of course the friendly atmosphere.

We have been going to this hotel almost annually for 35 years and have watched it get better and better each season, while retaining and even exceeding its family charm and level of excellence. The Hotel is fantastic!! Its run by a family and the owner and sons are there 24/7. The service is extraordinary. Every one is looking after you. Neue Post is both sophisticated and relaxed. Wonderful facilities include the spa and rooftop pool. Location is perfect for parking or the train station with fantastic views. The kitchen is amazing, we really enjoyed our food and choices of local wines. Well appointed comfortable and quiet room. The breakfast is simple but nice. You can keep your luggage here for free before you check in and after you check out. The only thing bad about here is that it is kind of far away from all the tourist attractions. Going to the old town takes at least 15-20 minutes walk.

Feeling at home in a foreign land

The room design is very European and comfortable. You can buy tourist attraction cards at the hotel. The only downside is that it is difficult to adjust the water temperature of the shower. It is easy to overheat or not hot enough. There is no middle ground at all.

The room is the same as the picture, clean, the breakfast is simple and tastes good. The hotel environment is good.

The hotel interior is very nice, but the location is quite far from the city center and the surroundings are a bit desolate. However, transportation is still very convenient, with a tram station and an express rail station nearby.

The room was cozy and comfortable. We only had one set of bedding, but the front desk quickly sorted that out. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The room also had a kettle, cups, and tea, which was a very welcome touch after a cold evening stroll.

The location is quite good, not so far away from the city centre, just three to four stops from it. Breakfast is nice and so ad the waiters.

Stayed here for the event, location was great but it’s a basic stay hotel. If you travel for business, need a room for the night and require no other services, this is the place for you . Their website had higher prices though so be careful

We travel to Innsbruck at least one a year and this is our go-to spot—the location is amazing (close to everything, but not noisy), included breakfast is great, staff are friendly and helpful. Our favorite feature is having access to the excellent Base 5 gym that's right next door to the property, a great complement to the hotel pool & sauna! We'll be back, frequently.

Great hotel for a short stay in Salzburg: free parking, free ticket for all public transport, very close to the airport and to the Autobahn to Munich. 2 small negative things I would like to highlight that are worth improving: 1. At the main door, there are 2 parking spots, clearly marked "CHECK-IN". So my understanding was: park there, then check-in, then move the car to the main parking lot upstairs...

The accommodation was in excellent condition, and the staff member who checked me in was incredibly friendly. The parking facilities, although outdoors, were spacious and conveniently connected to the property, with plenty of spots available. I had no inconveniences during my stay.

4th time staying here and another great stay. Staff are attentive and helpful. Room stank of cigarette smoke which isn't the hotels fault. Complained and was happily moved to a new room. Happy!

Clean, and close to airport, about 10 minutes walk away from terminal. Parking is not free, 65 Euro per day.

Ischgl itself is a great place to be for snowboarding or skiing and the Trofana Royal made this trip very special starting from super great gym area + saunas and serving 5star dinner and breakfast. Excellent place to stay over winter for skiing, the skiing to the hotel was fantastic and the apres ski across from the balcony was amazing. We absolutely loved our stay at the Trofana Royal - our favourite hotel in the Austrian Alps! The rooms, facilities and restaurant are all excellent - really hard to find any fault at all. The spa deserves a special mention and was a favourite with everyone - amazing to have such a large family spa was as well as the excellent adults only area. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times and I can honestly say it gets better ever time. The food, the service , the quality of the rooms and spa is superb. Great location beside the main ski lift in the town. The management deserve top marks as the staff are so well trained.

The most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed. There are plenty of amenities and offer top quality service. We arrived at the winter season, so the only down side is the room service closed early. Not recommended! No air conditioning! Absolutely unbearable! It was so hot! Like a sauna! We contacted Ctrip to ask the hotel to send a fan, but it was still too hot, so my mother barely slept all night... Everything else was great, very quiet, with an electric kettle and slippers. stayed a night before going on a trek to the Kaiser mountains. We arrived after check in hours and they left us easy instructions on how to self-check in breakfast was good, location was excellent. we even got a Kufstein card and got free castle tickets.

A lovely well-run family hotel, on the outskirts of Seefeld. I have visited Austria on numerous occasions and it is great to be surrounded by beauty and stay in such a hotel, with its great food, super spa facilities and attention to detail. Hotel is really great if you're going skiing with small kids for the first time. They have small magic carpet in front of the hotel, but since there was no snow when we were there, hotel offers minivan transfers to close locations which was a life savior for us since the hotel is up the hill. The staff were all very friendly, and the room was clean and tidy. However, the soundproofing wasn't great, so it was quite noisy in the mornings, which affected my sleep.
