Great place for relaxing and staying in summer with kids and also friends or romantic scape. Superb attention, food and breakfast. Hotel staff was kind and super friendly. Wellness was beautiful and the whole hotel was clean. It is located right next to a ski bus stop. I had one of the best breakfast here and also the restaurant for dinner was very convenient. Parking place is huge and across the street.

I keep coming back because this place is the best for someone who loves skiing and good food. Dinners here are a four-course wonder. The hotel is basically a step from the cable car (and the ski rental/shop). There is a small swimming pool and two saunas. And the staff is always welcoming, polite and helpful.

We were just there for the night, the accommodations were really nice. We arrived late so ate at the hotel restaurant. The schniztel and spätzle were great. Breakfast was okay, usual European breakfast fare- cheese, meats, bread, jams, yogurt, etc. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and it was quiet. Stayed at Alpenland Gerlos as part of a family holiday in Austria. Hotel and staff were all amazing and a really welcoming face each day. Apartment was perfect for our family, very modern and lovely balcony view of Gerlos church. Swimming pool on site was a bonus for the kids and free cable cars up nearby mountains well used! Just home from a wonderful week at this hidden gem of a B&B in the heart of Gerlos. Wonderful room with beds for everyone for our family trip. Room and staff were excellent for our one night stay in Innsbruck. Free parking and good location and 15 min walk into town. Included breakfast was delicious. We would definitely have liked to stay longer in Innsbruck and would stay here again if given the opportunity.

A decent option in Innsbruck We had a wonderful time in this hotel and in the city overall. Breakfast was amazing with great variety. Room was spacious and comfortable. Location is also convenient just 10 minutes from city center by bus. We would definitely stay there again.

It is a good hotel for family trips, but the location is a bit disappointing, although it is not far from the maid. The staff was friendly and nice. The parking lot was a bit small, but there was no problem parking. The room was a bit nice, but it was enough for a family of four to stay.

Our third visit to this wonderful hotel which is meticulously run and immaculately clean. Warm and friendly staff, very comfortable rooms and very good value half board. Bar prices are great and the food at breakfast and dinner is extremely good. Can’t fault this gorgeous family run Hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel Zentral. We were there to ski and watch the Hahnenkamm. Getting back and forth to Kitzbuhle was very easy on the train. The staff was excellent. Especially the wait staff in the dining area. The Breakfast had lots of options and was very good. Nice little bar area in front. Rooms were very nice. Would highly recommend staying there.

Stayed in February 2026, loved this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. The hotel staff were so friendly it was like coming home to a warm family. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful in every way and made our first trip to Austria a joy. I would happily stay here again. They were very accommodating to English speakers and skiers. Nice staff, premium room was nice and had a nice view, but the room was not spotless clean (some spiderweb found). The room had no offered water (had to drink tap water that was anyway good). Spa was not as good as expected. Steam bad was not having good steam and the sauna was small and not as strong as expected.

Not worth the high price Our stay at the Mountain was quite disappointing- not value for money that is for sure. Half of the spa was close, amenities were missing around the spa and the rooms are very basic. The restaurant unfortunately only offered buffet, which was very boring.
