Hotel staff was kind and super friendly. Wellness was beautiful and the whole hotel was clean. It is located right next to a ski bus stop. I had one of the best breakfast here and also the restaurant for dinner was very convenient. Parking place is huge and across the street.

We had a great time at hotel lenz, the location is great and just 5 meters next to the cable car station. The hotel personnels are friendly and kind, the food is value for the money and delicious. Room is clean and has nice overview on the Mountain. Next to free parking , another plus is the gas station of hotel makes it easy to tank.

We travel to Innsbruck at least one a year and this is our go-to spot—the location is amazing (close to everything, but not noisy), included breakfast is great, staff are friendly and helpful. Our favorite feature is having access to the excellent Base 5 gym that's right next door to the property, a great complement to the hotel pool & sauna! We'll be back, frequently.

We were just there for the night, the accommodations were really nice. We arrived late so ate at the hotel restaurant. The schniztel and spätzle were great. stayed a night before going on a trek to the Kaiser mountains. We arrived after check in hours and they left us easy instructions on how to self-check in breakfast was good, location was excellent. we even got a Kufstein card and got free castle tickets.

Wonderful room with beds for everyone for our family trip. Room and staff were excellent for our one night stay in Innsbruck. Free parking and good location and 15 min walk into town. Included breakfast was delicious. We would definitely have liked to stay longer in Innsbruck and would stay here again if given the opportunity.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel Zentral. We were there to ski and watch the Hahnenkamm. Getting back and forth to Kitzbuhle was very easy on the train. The staff was excellent. Especially the wait staff in the dining area. The Breakfast had lots of options and was very good. Nice little bar area in front. Rooms were very nice. Would highly recommend staying there.

This was a perfect room. My stay was tranquil and beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful and so was the sauna. I did not want to leave.

Nice staff, premium room was nice and had a nice view, but the room was not spotless clean (some spiderweb found). The room had no offered water (had to drink tap water that was anyway good). Not worth the high price Our stay at the Mountain was quite disappointing- not value for money that is for sure. Half of the spa was close, amenities were missing around the spa and the rooms are very basic. The restaurant unfortunately only offered buffet, which was very boring.
