We booked 2 rooms in this hotel, both were excellent. I would recommend requesting a view towards the glacier when booking. All rooms have a balcony which is nice. We have stayed here twice now, and had wonderful experiences both times. The creche wasn't brilliant for our 2 year old but the 4 an 5 year olds loved the kids club. We spent a week at the Schweizerhof over Christmas. The Hotel is excellently located, virtually ski in and very near the main gondola. It is also very close to the main shopping area. It's a good 10min walk away from Galzigbahn slightly up hill though, this is the ONLY way to get there. so carrying skis there were a few grumbles in our party 🤣 Still it's perfectly located for going to Spar or the nightclub or the 'best bar' in town after you've finished après. Nothing else you could ask for during Our active stay in Stubaital. But don’t get fooled, even if you are not feeling sporty, you still will have a wonderful time. Very friendly staff, great service and assistance, good food. We travelled with a group of 12 with both disabled persons and dietary restrictions, and all requests were fulfilled without any issue. The first snowflakes transformed the area around the Hotel Berghof into a winter fairytale. The rooms were warm and cozy, ideal for the cold season. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Our stay at the Hotel Berghof was a dream. The children loved the large playground and the daily activities, while we enjoyed the peace and quiet and the fantastic mountain views. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive selection and the rooms were always clean and comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the friendliness of the staff, who were always willing to listen to our requests.

Clean rooms, comfy beds, a great shower, and friendly, helpful staff. Things to improve: - The ski locker room. It is dark, dirty and without even a place to sit to change your boots. It does not fit to the hotel at all. Just cleaning it (it had spider webs the size of my head and dust everywhere), adding some light and some bench would be ok. - Behind the hotel there is some bar or pub that on...

We stayed in the family room which was very spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The receptionist was welcoming, the bathroom was impecable the bed was very confortable, As usual the breakfast was delicious & healthy.

We stayed here with a family of 4 over new years eve. Location is brilliant with a very short walk over the river to the Old Town. Hotel staff were really fantastic and accommodating. Rooms were clean and serviced and the breakfast each day was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel

We stayed in a family room which was newly refurbished. There was plenty of room, 2 proper single beds for the children (not the usual sofa bed) and everything was spotlessly clean. Good air conditioning/heating. The bathroom had underfloor heating! Lots of choice at breakfast, all to be eaten overlooking the beautiful river. Excellent location, close to the old town. Hotel Mondschein was perfect for our stay in Innsbruck; it's location couldn't have been better for strolling to the Old Town as well as getting to terminals for buses and trams. The rooms were spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly (especially Elisa) and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic hotel in the heart of Seefeld. Spa facilities are excellent. All staff were polite, friendly and helpful but especially Eva who served us and reception staff Alexander who gave us great advise on where to go walking. Thank you for an amazing staf

Lovely stay in tirol Perfect hotel

Alpenlove is a lovely hotel! We stayed in a Diamond sweet, the room was amazing and felt very luxurious. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good selection at breakfast and the food was good quality. The pool and spa facilities were nice, and a great way to spend a relaxing afternoon. Seefeld is a lovely area in a beautiful part of the Austria. Highly recommend this hotel!
