Amazing experience, we took the suite the design is super convenient and the area is fully equipped with the relevant extras. The breakfast is good and the attitude of guests knows their place in the sitting area is great. We ended at Gut Stiluppe by chance and let me tell you it has been one of the best experiences we've ever had! The staff was superb and very helpful, food was delicious and the room was just on point. We also visited the pool and sauna area and it looked like a 5 star spa. We really had a great time at Gut Stiluppe and we are planning to go back.

Just returned from a fantastic 2 night stay at this superb stylish hotel in an excellent location in the old town, right by the golden roof. We stayed in the rooms with a balcony, which were situated at the back, felt very peaceful with stunning views of the mountains. The quality of the mattress and pillows are very poor. The mattress had a massive imprint off the previous thousands of people it was terrible to sleep in and we needed to leave a night early.

The best location to stay in Innsbruck. Nothing beats staying at the heart of the old town. Easy access to plenty of nice restaurants in the area, very walkable. The rooms are clean and the room scent they use is a nice touch. Breakfast at the rooftop bar was really good as well. Decent variety and great quality alongside magnificent views.

The hotel is very clean, decent size room, nice staff, good breakfast, good location if you want to be near the gondola (walking distance). But, in the room there is no fridge, coffee maker or hot water machine, so, you can not enjoy a coffee or tea in the room.

Horrible bed. Haven't slept in such a bad bed since I was in the army. The thin curtains let morning sun in, waking me up involuntary at 6am every day. They had no front desk staff in the evening. Great location and superb breakfast. The rooms were a perfect configuration. I love the glass walls in the bathrooms. Our friends and us met for breakfast every morning. The room was too warm though. Lowering the thermostat had no effect. We tried to keep the window open, and bars across the street were noisy until they closed.
