As a family, we have always enjoyed skiing in Obergurgle. Due to its altitude and being the highest parish in Austria, we have never failed to have plenty of snow. Just returned from a fantastic 2 night stay at this superb stylish hotel in an excellent location in the old town, right by the golden roof. We stayed in the rooms with a balcony, which were situated at the back, felt very peaceful with stunning views of the mountains. The quality of the mattress and pillows are very poor. The mattress had a massive imprint off the previous thousands of people it was terrible to sleep in and we needed to leave a night early.

The best location to stay in Innsbruck. Nothing beats staying at the heart of the old town. Easy access to plenty of nice restaurants in the area, very walkable. The rooms are clean and the room scent they use is a nice touch. Breakfast at the rooftop bar was really good as well. Decent variety and great quality alongside magnificent views.

The hotel is located in the heart of the town, very close to the Golden Roof. The hotel does not provide free parking, you need to park in the garage outside the hotel, which is not very convenient if you have a lot of luggage.

This hotel is a great find. Super helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious with a little sitting area, in a typical austrian style. Some bathrooms are a little older in style but it really doesn't matter when you have the wellness centre. The food is good and generous. The hotel is very clean, decent size room, nice staff, good breakfast, good location if you want to be near the gondola (walking distance). But, in the room there is no fridge, coffee maker or hot water machine, so, you can not enjoy a coffee or tea in the room.

My friend & I stayed for a couple of nights last weekend and would gladly return. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, the staff both morning and evening were very hardworking and friendly. Only slight downside was that the sauna was malfunctioning both days, but these things happen.

I went for dinner and although the food was nice, it felt like very hostile service considering I was a solo English traveller. I asked for details about the food in English and the waitress simply said she doesn't know and doesn't speak English and she seemed offended by my questions. We had a pleasant holiday in Schrofenblick Resort. Our room was tidy and felt like new, we enjoyed Spa facilities everyday and it was very convenient to use ski bus services, because bus stop is just in front of the door. We liked the place so much we are considering staying here next winter.

Brand New, very nice design and decorations, location, with fully equipped kitchen, amazing spa and free parking. The only thing I didn't like is the too soft mattress, but it's is not so bad. The ski bus stop is really at the door front. The team are friendly, and efficient.

Great option to be closed the city and the action in Maryrhofen with nice breakfast and brand new rooms (one building) recently renovated rooms. Really appreciated that the rooms were sound proof and the beds were comfortable .

Great ambiance in the restaurant with a view of mountains. Forellen fried in butter is a must-try 😍

We exited the 007 glacier bahn and were hungry. The staff were so nice to accommodate us so close to the kitchen break time. We really appreciated the food and cordial service.

As we travel Europe we try not to eat at the same place twice. The Gasthof Grauer Bär restaurant broke that rule. Both meals were spectacular!
