The staff was very helpful, pleasant and everything at the hotel was extremely comfortable and very up to date. The sauna and fitness area was really great and the breakfast quality and service were top notch.

Everything was great except at check in. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely unfriendly and kept speaking (poor) English even though I spoke German to him. I’d have given 5 stars if it wasn’t because of him.

Wonderful hotel in the middle of nothing. The staff is excellent,rooms are clean with an excellent view on the mountains. The breakfast was also good. Car parking is included in the price. Small thing that bothered us: no power outlets near the bed to charge your phone or other devices.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel with very good quality sleep I was allocated with a big size room, with bath and a balcony with gorgeous views to the mountain. The breakfast could be better if automatic coffee machines are made available in the breakfast saloon and local cuisine cakes are also served.

HOTEL WELL LOCATED in a village near Innsbruk but mediocre catering; No variety of appetizers and identical desserts for 5 days. Hot dishes more or less correct but overall canteen-type quality. Apparently the hotel operates mainly with groups. That's how I stayed there. Some places need to be renovated. One participant came back covered in bedbug bites.

Pleasant and friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Very good buffet breakfast. Reasonable price for half board. There is a different choice every evening for dinner. I do not agree with the very negative opinions seen about this hotel.

Everything was great, the staff at the reception is really kind! The room was clean, it also had a great terracce. Dinner was also delicious, and the juice at the breakfast was excellent!(Finally not something water with some orange syrup..)

Staying in a cozy wooden lodge surrounded by the Alps was incredibly heartwarming and comfortable. The scenery was absolutely beautiful and welcoming, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The hotel is very well located in Sölden, a 5-minute walk from the gondola. Very beautiful and clean, with staff that are more than kind and helpful… and as for breakfast, what can I say—everything was perfect. We will return to Urbanhof again in the summer.

Stayed here for one night as we were passing through. I'm not as impressed as everyone else seems to be. They really have to step up and provide more information on their website, where no relevant info, like opening hours can be found. Also, they only provide one parking lot per room. It's a really nice hotel with a delicious breakfast and a friendly owner. Also a very nice location, close to the ski lift which is about 10 minutes walk. Sauna was also lovely, with a beautiful view.

First, you are greeted by the wonderful outgoing host Marion with a glass of schnapps. She will do what it takes to make sure your stay is perfect. The property is an easy 7 minute walk to the nearest ski lift and many fine restaurants. The rooms are modern and spacious.

Good location close to the ski lift

taxacher hotel is a fine place to stay for a winter sports holiday. The food was a lot nicer than I would have expected, I slept very well on the bed and the room wasn't very big but it was nice and cosy. The only thing I didn't like was that the waitress serving our table didn't speak eighter German or English very well. This made her seen a bit snappy. But overall I had a great experience.

Restaurant is always a bit crowded during meal time. Otherwise its good place to stay. Close to bike trails

We recently stayed here and the skiing was amazing. The hotel was great however Kristian our waiter was amazing! He was the most kind funny and caring person you could have asked for and was kind to us every night make sure to ask how we were engage in conversations and made us laugh. Check in was fast and the breakfast was good but they could do with some more variety during breakfast. Nice stay with clean convenient rooms. We stayed in a family room with bunk bed, which was great. Excellent breakfast with options to sit outside or in. Downside: no elevator, but stairs not steep so easy to walk up without luggage.

Needs new beds The hotel itself is great, but the mattress on the bed we slept on was absolutely horrible. I stay in over a hundred hotel rooms a year for work and vacation and this bed was the worse I have come across. I could feel every spring in it. I would compare it to a bad fold out couch. For the price it wasn’t worth the poor comfort of the bed.

Only one point is the price of a bottle tap water, next to our bottle of wine. The price of a liter tap water in Austria is 0,01 euro. We payed for 1 liter 3,00 euro.
