Great week skiing in early March. Stayed at the Lohmann, conveniently situated in the town, has a ski rental shop on site and good sized boot room with heaters. Rooms very big with lots of storage. The food in the restaurant was good with lots of choice and the wine was very free flowing. All the staff were friendly and helpful including the reception team and restaurant staff. Hotel Lohman is a wonderful place to stay and exceeds expectations on many levels. Great service great food and with the added benefit of having its own sports shop connected so you can plan your ski trip in one package. I would recommend to a friend.

We were very much looking forward to our holiday at the Vitalhotel Kaiserhof. Our friends who have already stayed at this hotel have only good things to say. Now the Robert Koch Institute has declared Tyrol a risk zone, and, unfortunately, our vacation will not take place. My wife and I visited the day spa including breakfast. Staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was very enjoyable and offered a good selection of cheese, meats, bread, yoghurts, fruit and cooked options. This is a very happening hotel in town. The decor is sleek and modern, and it has a Zuma in its lobby. However, service quality is questionable. They lost some of our parcels before we arrived, housekeeping is inconsistent and dubious at best, the van refuses to drop guests off anywhere other than the gondola. Not exactly what you expect.

Everything you need plus an excellent spa. The rooms are very practical, spaciuous enough with lot of room to store your belongings. Bathroom is perfect. It’s such a nice, clean, and cozy place to stay right in the heart of Manhattan ! It truly feels like a hidden treasure. The only thing I’d strongly recommend is adding an area rug or carpet, which would really elevate the space and make it feel warmer and more high-end. That small touch would make an already welcoming place feel even more comfortable and complete.

We spent a week from 14-21 February. Front desk staff were not as friendly as restaurant staff. A pity. Perhaps they should swop them around! We had no hot water in the evening. When we complained to the front desk they were indifferent and non-committal. Actually suggested we use the Sauna if we did not have hot water in the room! The WiFi was pretty average. We had a very mixed view of this hotel. The rooms were a good size, clean and in good condition. We had the most incredible stay here. Lovely staff, gorgeous views, a cozy lobby with great breakfast and drinks. We have no complaints!

The resturante in clean and people are ok. Not friendly thought. The prices are high and the food was not good at all. I'll start with the good things: the chardonay winr at glass was very good also the garlic soup. But the smash burger my kid of 10 could not eat and was starbing and it is his favourite food. The mix grill were a joke and was 30 euro.

Fantastic hotel, the food is very good and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The frequent ski bus to either Galtur or Ishgl stops at the boot room door. Can't fault anything about this hotel. Lots of winter walking for non-skiers. Spa facilities are a bonus.

Stayed in this lovely hotel for a week in January for skiing. Absolutely immaculate. Staff were happy and polite at all times and were so helpful. Quality of food was amazing. Pool and Spa area was lovely. A great way to end a day skiing. Ski bus stop right outside so couldnt be better. Will be back.!! Not a negative thing to say. Thank u.

My partner and I came here for a short mid-week break right after new years and had an amazing time! the location is perfect for exploring the region but you also don't even need to get into your car to access amazing hiking! the room was also lovely and the view was stunning. I spent 3 days in that beautiful hotel and everything was really great. The food was delicious, the staff very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with a wonderful view from the terrace. I will definitely come back one day. Thanks again

Pros : The room is OK (except for the mattress which was too hard) The Wifi is OK Cons : The breakfast is "average" No free bottle of water (there is a 0.5 L water bottle in the room for 2 EUR) There is a very small safe in the room that you can rent for 1 EUR a day
