The hotel is in the small village of Lechashau which is a short (15 min) walk across the river to the larger town of Reutte. The village is very small and quiet. A bit dated but nice and clean nonetheless. Superb breakfast and great staff. Lots of parking. No AC or fans in the room, so keep that in mind for hotter days/nights.

We loved that the whole building and furniture are old, it added to the whole 'mountain cabin' experience. The rooms itself was very clean. The receptionist was really lovely too. 15 min drive to the city centre.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel with very good quality sleep I was allocated with a big size room, with bath and a balcony with gorgeous views to the mountain. The breakfast could be better if automatic coffee machines are made available in the breakfast saloon and local cuisine cakes are also served.

HOTEL WELL LOCATED in a village near Innsbruk but mediocre catering; No variety of appetizers and identical desserts for 5 days. Hot dishes more or less correct but overall canteen-type quality. Apparently the hotel operates mainly with groups. That's how I stayed there. Some places need to be renovated. One participant came back covered in bedbug bites.

I had the pleasure of spending a couple nights at this hotel this summer. My stay was nothing short of magical. Starting with my room which was perfect and very comfy to the amazing staff and delicious food. I wish I had planned a longer stay and I will in the future. Great location with amazing views. Excellent friendly family run hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive during our stay for the last week of the ski season. The shuttle bus driver was very helpful taking us the short distance to the gondola. The pool was nice and refreshing with amazing views from the sauna. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay (even on a ski holiday) and would return back.

Lovely people staffing the restaurant - mainly Greek - but service standards are poor. Dirty dinner plates left on table waiting to be cleared while the serving staff are busy clearing side tables to prepare for breakfast. The dessert might never have arrived but for being requested. We booked a week and were thoroughly satisfied. We received loving care in a family atmosphere. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was varied and delicious every day. Our second stay at the Karl Schranz which, unfortunately, did not fully live up to our favourable memories of 2023. Needs new beds The hotel itself is great, but the mattress on the bed we slept on was absolutely horrible. I stay in over a hundred hotel rooms a year for work and vacation and this bed was the worse I have come across. I could feel every spring in it. I would compare it to a bad fold out couch. For the price it wasn’t worth the poor comfort of the bed.

Staff is very helpful and kind, the rooms are nice and well maintained. The jewel in the crown is the kitchen. The breakfast is rich, and dinner is a real masterpiece. Very nice breakfast with lots of options. The ski lift is reasonably close although it does take a few minutes to get there in ski boots. On the other hand when returning there is a ski slope that ends just around the corner from the hotel, it's worth aiming for that one if you do not want to walk back to the hotel at the end of a day of skiing.

What a fantastic place! I took the single room in the basement which was comfortable, spacious, clean and has an en-suite. The breakfasts were amazing - all you need to set you up for a day on the slopes. But the best of all were Manni and Maria, who were incredibly hospitable, welcoming and helpful. Absolutely charming little hotel. The decor is very tasteful. The rooms and hotel itself are modern style and everything functions perfectly. Family Christmas ski trip! We have just returned from a really fantastic stay at the Riders In. The hotel was brilliant. Great rooms, comfortable beds and lovely to have a balcony to sit out on. We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The terrace offers amazing views and is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The room was comfortable and well designed. We especially loved the beautiful paintings and unique decoration throughout the hotel, which gave it a special charm and character. A great place to stay, and we would happily return.

We spent Christmas here with my wife, and it was exactly the place we were hoping for. It’s very cozy, from the decoration to the wooden architecture. Even though it’s not in Innsbruck, they gave us a card that allows us to travel for free on the bus.

Great hotel with character with very friendly staff. Very good breakfast with fresh products and the hotel provides the free Innsbruck card with which you get discount and free rides with cable carts up the montains. Strategic location to explore the area, also with good bus connections.

The staff was super sweet and helpful with suggestions on what to do in Innsbruck. The view from the hotel is amazing and easy access to Innsbruck via a bus stop very close by.
