The resturante in clean and people are ok. Not friendly thought. The prices are high and the food was not good at all. I'll start with the good things: the chardonay winr at glass was very good also the garlic soup. But the smash burger my kid of 10 could not eat and was starbing and it is his favourite food. The mix grill were a joke and was 30 euro.

Stayed in this lovely hotel for a week in January for skiing. Absolutely immaculate. Staff were happy and polite at all times and were so helpful. Quality of food was amazing. We had two rooms: one the Chalet and one the junior suite. Our stay was great. Unfortunately our son was between two families, was the stay a bit clouded. We’ve just returned home from a wonderful week’s stay as a family of 4. The staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable. This was my 3rd trip to the Fluchthorn and would definitely recommend and return again. We had a great large room (215) which was spotless and still cleaned everyday. I had an excellent stay at this hotel with very good quality sleep I was allocated with a big size room, with bath and a balcony with gorgeous views to the mountain. After a great stay last year we came back again this summer, and it was still as good as last year. In front of a skiing equipment rental store, and easy to get a bus to Stubaital mountains

Wonderful stay! The hotel was spotless, the food delicious, and the location perfect — right across from the bus station, supermarket, and main square. Stephen, Helga, and their professional staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home.

Helga and her family and staff were wonderful. The food was sensational and the location is great. This is hospitality at its finest. Our only drawback was being too warm in the room in August but we were coming from winter elsewhere. We would definitely stay again.

Hotel located in the very center of a charming town. The nearest shop is a minute's walk away, the skibus stop is just a few meters away. Great staff, always helpful and smiling. Meals (we used the HB board) deserve 5+, the sauna area is worth recommending, we had a really great time there.

Wunderbar and gemuetlich! What a gem of a hotel! Beautiful exterior, and the indoor decor makes you feel warm and cozy. The owners and staff were so friendly and welcoming we felt right at home. Had a great stay here for a week's skiing in the region. The welcome was quick, efficient and very friendly. Our room was modern, super comfortable and with plenty of cupboard space (with decent hangers!). Great hotel location near the lift station. Hotel staff were all super friendly and helpful with anything required. The hotel was also very, very clean which was made it comfortable. As a family, we have always enjoyed skiing in Obergurgle. Due to its altitude and being the highest parish in Austria, we have never failed to have plenty of snow. This hotel was excellent in all aspects. We had a warm welcome upon arrival, a drinks voucher given to us for a welcome drink, the staff delivered our bags to the rooms and unpacked the ski gear into the boot room. Good location. Friendly staff and spotless clean Dated rooms (1980s style) and disappointing breakfast. There is choice but poor quality of food ( Leberkäse, gastro- ham and cheese, tinned fruit salad). The breakfast area and restaurant are devoid of any character. More like a 2 or 3 star hotel. Definitely not 4 stars!
