Nice place with good access to the tram and bus that can take you into old town. Also your right near the Ambras castle which is maybe a 15 minute walk and worth the trip if your a history buff. It does cost $ if you want to go inside, but the grounds are open to the public. It's a beautiful location.

Very tasty regional dishes, nice and competent staff who try to advise and help. Quickly served dishes (although each of the six people from my Familly chose something different). Very good drinks and tea with rum which warmed my body. I can honestly recommend the restaurants in this hotel.

We had a pleasant holiday in Schrofenblick Resort. Our room was tidy and felt like new, we enjoyed Spa facilities everyday and it was very convenient to use ski bus services, because bus stop is just in front of the door. We liked the place so much we are considering staying here next winter.

We come here for dinner every year. It’s situated towards the end of Ischgls main road. The food and wine selection is amongst the best in town, dishes are beautifully arranged and taste excellent. They serve mostly traditional Austrian cuisine, prices are at the higher end. Reservation is highly recommended in winter months. Definitely a MUST visit when you’re in Ischgl.

Last week we stayed in the hotel for the very first time and it was awesome. We had an extraordinary experience here. I have travelled across many countries however I have never seen a more beautiful view than the one we had from our rooms! The food and drinks are excellent as well. They also provide you the stubai card which you can use to enjoy public transport as well as the cable cars to all the glaciers in the area.

Igls is a lovely quiet village with cafes, restaurants, shop, tourist information, ski hire and tram and buses straight down into Innsbruck, which is about 5km away. It's difficult for me to rate this hotel because upon arrival I was checked into a neighboring hotel because this one was full. I really liked the hotel I was checked into; it had a beautiful view of the mountains, a nice, spacious room, and an excellent breakfast.

We were part of a coach party from the UK. This hotel is a real find in the small village of Igls, about 4 km from Innsbruck. I'm torn about this property. While the property is nice, roomy, etc., the Internet was not working. No advance notice or apology or credit was offered. Additionally, I was charged 5 euros per person per night for booking through booking.com (or any reservations website) which is something that booking.com prohibits yet they charge anyway. "The mad architect" also worked for this hotel and installed a transparent glass door for the bathroom including toilet. Not the best idea, in particular for a family room. We were lucky to find a room here as walk-ins on our road trip across Austria. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was spacious and comfortable. We paid for the "half board" option and got an amazing dinner. And the breakfast in the morning was one of the best of any hotel we visited.

Had a great stay here .! Travelled from Scotland and could not have been more welcome. This was my second stay at Hotel Enzian. The rooms are clean and quite. The location is great for skiing multiple areas. The breakfast and dinner provided are awesome because the food is good and there is no searching for restaurants, reservations etc. The only improvement I would like to see is a guest laundry for washing and drying clothes.

The stay at Alphotel Innsbruck is exquisite and relaxing. They have a bar that operate until midnight. Do take a room that is able to see the Alps (mountain view) - it is indeed magical during sunrise. There is a huge variety of breakfast selection at the restaurant in the morning. The hotel is right beside a bus stop so transport to the City is pretty smooth - it is a 100% good choice for the travel

Our previous hotel booking got canceled, so we rebooked this one, which included breakfast. It's a bit far from the city center, but thankfully, transportation is very convenient. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and a shopping mall directly across the street, so overall, it's pretty good. However, the towels weren't replaced promptly enough, which is something that could be improved.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent food. We used the sauna and steam room 3 times, which was really nice after a day’s skiing. We paid for a ski locker at the Pardatschgrat gondola which meant we did not have to carry skis, boots, gloves or helmets back to the hotel and that meant the 5 minute a walk was no problem. Family Christmas ski trip! We have just returned from a really fantastic stay at the Riders In. The hotel was brilliant. Great rooms, comfortable beds and lovely to have a balcony to sit out on. Neue Post is both sophisticated and relaxed. Wonderful facilities include the spa and rooftop pool. Location is perfect for parking or the train station with fantastic views. The kitchen is amazing, we really enjoyed our food and choices of local wines. Well appointed comfortable and quiet room. Great friendly service and warm atmosphere - you see the owner around and know everyone cares.

very good vacation with you' the first room was amazing' the resturanr also to improve - the second room (15) was on the street and hears the whole noise from the resturant and the street.

Beautiful traditional Tyrolian decor with preservation of classic features. Comfortable spacious room. Magical rooftop pool with surrounding views of the mountains. Excellent breakfasts and well equipped boot room for ski equipment.

Such a beautiful place, we’ve stayed in two other hotels in Mayrhofen but Neue Post is our favourite. The hotel is very modern and upmarket, rooms are immaculately clean and food is superb. The spa is an absolute highlight with drinks at the rooftop pool. (When we tried another hotel we actually paid to use the Neue Post Spa because it was warmer than the outdoor pool we had elsewhere). The hotel was absolutely wonderful! We especially enjoyed our suite right by the pool — beautifully designed, spacious, and extremely comfortable. This hotel was super great, the whole hotel is very clean and they alway ready to hwlp and more. the front desk was very polite and more, the server in the hotel was extraordinaire, very helpful. This hotel is a place to visit and everything is nearby.

Booked the property by accident 18 hours before check in and called to ask if I could cancel. They said no. So we went anyway and found the staff unwelcoming and the room faulty in a few small areas.

Great hotel! We loved the rooftop pool. Our room was spacious. Bed was a little hard.
