The was our 10th time to the Hotel Theresa for a medical meeting. The family environment makes you feel at home. The service and food are impeccable. There isn't anything I would change and there isn't anything that can be made better than it already is.

A truly wonderful hotel. The staff are all fantastic, incredibly welcoming and attentive. Little touches from welcome drinks to offering ice cold flannels and drinks on hot days by the pool. Everything was thought about and impeccable. We stayed in the skylofts which had amazing views and beautifully decorated.

Nice staff, premium room was nice and had a nice view, but the room was not spotless clean (some spiderweb found). The room had no offered water (had to drink tap water that was anyway good). Spa was not as good as expected. Steam bad was not having good steam and the sauna was small and not as strong as expected.

Not worth the high price Our stay at the Mountain was quite disappointing- not value for money that is for sure. Half of the spa was close, amenities were missing around the spa and the rooms are very basic. The restaurant unfortunately only offered buffet, which was very boring. Having spent a skiing week with family and a group of friends at Hotel Almhof I am glad to recommend it for great service, fantastic food , nicely renovated amenities and location next to the slope in Galtuer Wirl and just a few kilometres from Ischgl skiing paradise. Great week skiing in early March. Stayed at the Lohmann, conveniently situated in the town, has a ski rental shop on site and good sized boot room with heaters. Rooms very big with lots of storage. The food in the restaurant was good with lots of choice and the wine was very free flowing. All the staff were friendly and helpful including the reception team and restaurant staff. We went to the Bechlwirt restaurant for dinner and it was okay. The food tasted good and most of the staff were friendly. However, when asked if some food that was left over could be taken home, they brought us Aluminum Foil instead of a proper box.

My wife and I visited the day spa including breakfast. Staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was very enjoyable and offered a good selection of cheese, meats, bread, yoghurts, fruit and cooked options. 1. After checking in and opening the room door for the first time, there was some stranger sitting in the bed. The hotel was okay but thats about it. Nothing surprises you about it. Rooms lack light, there isn't a ventilation present in the bathroom. Service is often slow or doesn't speak english/proper german. Breakfast was okay but again it doesn't really blow me away. Everything you need plus an excellent spa. The rooms are very practical, spaciuous enough with lot of room to store your belongings. Bathroom is perfect. It’s such a nice, clean, and cozy place to stay right in the heart of Manhattan ! It truly feels like a hidden treasure. The only thing I’d strongly recommend is adding an area rug or carpet, which would really elevate the space and make it feel warmer and more high-end. That small touch would make an already welcoming place feel even more comfortable and complete.

Great view of the fortress right from our room! Good service and very friendly staff. There are other hotels, but closer to the river and the louder it gets. This is a nice quiet place where you can sleep in peace while you are here.

Pearl of Kufstein A nice and helpful hostess assisted us with all the details during check-in, making the process very easy and pleasant. The hotel is beautiful and idyllic with a charming atmosphere, where the originality has been impressively preserved. It's a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Clean but very old Overall it's ok. Excellent location, clean, I had assigned a very old room, furniture and bathroom from the 70s which makes the stay less pleasant. However, it's for just one night could be ok. A bit hot during the night but I kept the windows open to chill down the room. Basic breakfast but ok.

The common area was very nice and cozy. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The biggest negative was having a room on the front, it was very noisy with road traffic. The hotel was convenient to sights and the ski mountain. I think it was a good value. The dining room food was very good and the service staff was very friendly.

We spent a week from 14-21 February. Front desk staff were not as friendly as restaurant staff. A pity. Perhaps they should swop them around! We had no hot water in the evening. When we complained to the front desk they were indifferent and non-committal. Actually suggested we use the Sauna if we did not have hot water in the room! The WiFi was pretty average.
