It is a good hotel in zillertal, very good spa, family pool, adults pool, restaurant variety is very good, dog friendly, it has free shuttle to the ski slopes, but the panorama room that we had was not renovated, it had old furniture. Amazing family atmosphere. Staff very friendly.

Perfect location right in the middle of town next to the tourist office. Great rooms spread across new and original buildings. Lovely bright and friendly staff everywhere you go. We travelled as a family of 5 across Europe and must say, we had the best experience at Adlers Hotel.  Proximity to train station was good.  Views from the rooms were the  highlight.  Staff were also very patient and friendly.  All in all - a 10/10 experience for us.  Will highly recommend.

We are a group of friends and couples staying in this hotel. We had a great view corner room during our stay and all other friends have great Mountain View as well from their room. Everyone was surprised by the view and we ended up staying in for dinner instead of going out.

It was a warm stay for the evening. Staff very friendly and breakfast was quite impressive. The bell tower and lack of water pressure in the shower head were frustrating though. Wished I had know about the tower, but that is own failure

I stayed there a week on my own. The room was big enough to host a whole family. It had a beautiful balcony with breathtaking view. The sauna was great. The pool is small but enjoyable. It's easy to start hiking from the hotel or get downtown with a bus. On the flip side - the bathtub is a bit slippery with nothing to hold on to, and check-in is in the late afternoon.

As always a wonderful experience at the hotel post. Only reason room is not 5 stars is because the runner on the shower door did not work properly, making the door difficult to open or close. My wife and I returned yesterday from a wonderful week in Serfaus at Hotel DreiSonnen. Everything was excellent , the staff were friendly and attentive, the food was delicious. Nice hotel and our room was facing the mountains and that was really nice, but in general it was more a ski hotel that needed a touch and a smile. The morning buffet was okay but with a little attention it would have been great. We where passing through and felt something was missing.

We ended at Gut Stiluppe by chance and let me tell you it has been one of the best experiences we've ever had! The staff was superb and very helpful, food was delicious and the room was just on point. We also visited the pool and sauna area and it looked like a 5 star spa. We stayed 5 days as 2 families. It is a really family friendly hotel. Dinner is really good and tasty. There could be more variety for breakfast. The stuff are very friendly and helpful . Location is just next to hintertuxer glacier lift. İt’s also near lifts in tux. İt was a unforgettable holiday for us especially for our kids. Thank you!

This is a fantastic hotel that myself and my family have been coming to for years. It’s immaculate, the food is fantastic and the spa is incredible. Staff members speak a variety of languages including English and Austrian German, they’re extremely helpful whenever you have any queries. Very nice wellness hotel with alpine and cozy atmosphere. The rooms are very clean and the location at Neustift im Stubaital is perfect for skiing at the glacier as well as for hiking and walking around in summer. The Spa area is great with a number of different saunas and heated swimming pool. The several course dinner menu is amazing and can be definitely labelled towards fine-dining experience

We’ve been in the area 3 times before, this time was our first holiday as a family of 3. Our little boy enjoyed every single second. The hotel and staff were great and very friendly. Very good location, with an amazing spa and great food. Everting was perfect and will hope to come back soon. The restaurant has even a play room for kids if they want to go while the adults can enjoy their meal.

Loved how easy it was to use the train system to ski. It was perfect for getting to Fiberbrun and Kitz.

Everything was satisfactory and pleasant experience including dining and breakfast. The reception staff Jasmin was superbly cheerful and friendly. The room given to us facing the busy street was noisy till 10 plus in the night.

Lovely - but note no bar or restaurant on a sunday Very nice hotel but specifically chosen as it had a good restaurant but it isn’t open on a Sunday and nothing to say that. Had to find a restaurant in the town. One was so full they couldn’t accommodate us. The other completely empty and meal was awful.

Horrible bed. Haven't slept in such a bad bed since I was in the army. The thin curtains let morning sun in, waking me up involuntary at 6am every day. They had no front desk staff in the evening. Not a 4 star feature... There weren't also any stores open in the whole village after 6pm. Couldn't get even a chocolate bar after that. This village clearly doesn't want any visitors.
