Newly renovated with modern facilities, and it's only a three-minute walk to the train station.

The distance between the central train station and hotel is easy access. Reception staff were very friendly and attentive. There are no kettles in the room but when requested, staff immediately sent to the room. Hotel is within walking distance from train station. Room heater is working well. Shower heater is unstable with fluctuating water temperature. Room soundproofing can be better as noises from the road outside can be heard.

The location is quite close to the central train station, just a street behind the building across the road. What mountain view?? We didn't have a window in the room. The breakfast was lovely but the room left a lot to be desired. Also had to run the taps for 5 mins before there was hot water

It was incredible! The staff especially Oliver went out of their way to make everything enjoyable. Family run business too. The pool was kept pristine the saunas and hot tubs were so relaxing. We travel to Innsbruck at least one a year and this is our go-to spot—the location is amazing (close to everything, but not noisy), included breakfast is great, staff are friendly and helpful. Ischgl itself is a great place to be for snowboarding or skiing and the Trofana Royal made this trip very special starting from super great gym area + saunas and serving 5star dinner and breakfast. We absolutely loved our stay at the Trofana Royal - our favourite hotel in the Austrian Alps! The rooms, facilities and restaurant are all excellent - really hard to find any fault at all. It is a good hotel in zillertal, very good spa, family pool, adults pool, restaurant variety is very good, dog friendly, it has free shuttle to the ski slopes, but the panorama room that we had was not renovated, it had old furniture. Amazing family atmosphere. Staff very friendly.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and look after you. The hotel is set in the beautiful Austrian Alps and is stunning. The food is amazing. Perfect location right in the middle of town next to the tourist office. Great rooms spread across new and original buildings. Lovely bright and friendly staff everywhere you go. The food is very good with many local specialties and especially the breakfast with eggs, honey and yummy Goats yogurt all produced within the local villages.

Amazing hotel with genuinely friendly staff. Breakfast was hands down the best I’ve ever had honestly feel lucky to have experienced it. Location is perfect for skiing. Super close to the Horn lifts (great if you’re a more advanced skier) and only about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Hahnenkam lifts. Exceptional luxury for the price. Best trained / professional service staff that I have seen in a small hotel in a long time. Easy slope access. Restaurant - a few of the dishes seemed to be reaching / excessively creative, which some in our party loved while others would have appreciated more common comfort food. An excellent hotel to spend some days. Very close to the Hintertux glacier, well served by buses to the glacier and to the other station. Spa is beautiful, breakfast and dinner very rich and the service is quick. Our rooms were clean and comfortable.
