Was supposed to stay at the hotel but got stuck in the middle east without ability to travel. Despite the fact that according to the terms, we had to pay 90% of the rate, the hotel agreed to waive most of it. We come here for dinner every year. It’s situated towards the end of Ischgls main road. The food and wine selection is amongst the best in town, dishes are beautifully arranged and taste excellent. They serve mostly traditional Austrian cuisine, prices are at the higher end. Reservation is highly recommended in winter months. Definitely a MUST visit when you’re in Ischgl.

We had an extraordinary experience here. I have travelled across many countries however I have never seen a more beautiful view than the one we had from our rooms! The food and drinks are excellent as well. They also provide you the stubai card which you can use to enjoy public transport as well as the cable cars to all the glaciers in the area.

It's difficult for me to rate this hotel because upon arrival I was checked into a neighboring hotel because this one was full. I really liked the hotel I was checked into; it had a beautiful view of the mountains, a nice, spacious room, and an excellent breakfast.

Check in was a little hectic but it was with a tour group Geoffrey the young barman was pleasant and went beyond to make our experience perfect breakfast was ok at best but nothing really to complain about our room was clean and tidy and nice soft pillows and mattress location is not the best if you don’t have transport but I would stay here again if I was ever to visit Austria again

We were part of a coach party from the UK. This hotel is a real find in the small village of Igls, about 4 km from Innsbruck. It was August with lots of families staying but they catered for our large coach for a week with ease. Our room was superb, and somehow the church chimes were reassuring! I'm torn about this property. While the property is nice, roomy, etc., the Internet was not working. No advance notice or apology or credit was offered. Additionally, I was charged 5 euros per person per night for booking through booking.com (or any reservations website) which is something that booking.com prohibits yet they charge anyway. I personally do not like how this was done but if you're okay...

"The mad architect" also worked for this hotel and installed a transparent glass door for the bathroom including toilet. Not the best idea, in particular for a family room. Apart from this, the room was modern and more than correct, but this "handicap" costs them two stars in my rating. The staff was very nice and helpful and the food pretty good (breakfast and dinner)

We were lucky to find a room here as walk-ins on our road trip across Austria. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was spacious and comfortable. We paid for the "half board" option and got an amazing dinner. And the breakfast in the morning was one of the best of any hotel we visited.

Had a great stay here .! Travelled from Scotland and could not have been more welcome. Excellent rooms and restaurant served fabulous food come breakfast or evening , Staff were very friendly and looked after us well. Motorcycle guide was on hand and again looked after us with routes and advice .. Definitely recommend and will no doubt be back next year .

This was my second stay at Hotel Enzian. The rooms are clean and quite. The location is great for skiing multiple areas. The breakfast and dinner provided are awesome because the food is good and there is no searching for restaurants, reservations etc. The only improvement I would like to see is a guest laundry for washing and drying clothes.
